I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr.Diane Duncan. From the moment I met her I was so impressed with the level of kindness, competence and experience that she radiates. After all the hard work of losing 180lbs I knew the day was coming that I would need a doctors help to finish my weight loss journey. After seeing a skin removal surgery performed on a friend by a general surgeon I was horrified at my prospects. I realized that removing the skin alone wouldnt be enough. I needed a skilled surgeon with years of experience who knows how to achieve superior results for their clients. That is Dr.Duncan! From consultation to last appointment she has been there, listening and helping as much in my aftercare as she had been up to my surgery day. Her facilities are very up scale and as professionally managed ( by a wonderful and stellar staff) and clean as you would hope to find. There can be so much stress in searching for the right plastic surgeon, I urge anyone reading this review to go and take a look at her office, schedule a consultation and meet her. She is an amazing surgeon and a wonderful woman. I am 35 and I feel like I have my body back for the first time. Thank you so much Dr.Duncan!

Dr. Duncan and her invaluable team did a FANTASTIC job on my abdominalplasty (tummy tuck). I'm in heaven with the results. Some other plastic surgeons would not touch me because my BMI is over 30 (even after losing 100lbs.). Dr. Duncan was not phased by my weight, as I am proportionately assembled. :) What she did do was take extra care of me and we took recovery a little slower than if my BMI was lower. I appreciated this care. It avoided infections, dirty drainage tubes, and scar tissue to incision. I would recommend Dr. Duncan to anyone looking to get some work done. I have never been so happy in my life! I was a 32A (didn't even fill out the A cup) I went into the office embarrassed to even have Dr. Duncan look at me. I didn't even feel comfortable in letting my husband see me naked. She was so professional and kind. Don't get me wrong.. she told me the things that I needed to do on my part to make the surgery a success, she could only do the surgery I had to do the rest. And I was going to make damn sure that everything she told me to do...I WAS going to do. This is an investment in myself so why wouldn't I! I just had my 6 week photo shoot and I teared up a couple of times with the before and after photos....I look AMAZING!!! I am confident in myself I stand taller and I feel like a new person. I have even let my husband look at me naked!!! That is a BIG deal!!! Thank you Dr. Duncan and your wonderful caring staff for all you have done for me!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Duncan and her staff. There is a great atmosphere in her office and I always feel comfortable walking in for an appointment. After 6 months out from rhinoplasty surgery I could not be happier with my results! Dr. Duncan was never in a hurry to get to her next patient and always gave me plenty of time to answer any questions I had before and after procedure. She is obviously a highly skilled surgeon, but she is also a wonderful person. Thanks again to the entire staff for all the laughs and, of course, great results! 5 stars no question!

I had six moles removed from my face. They did a great job during the procedure making me comfortable and distracted. They really do make you feel like family! Almost two months after the procedure now and you can barely notice I had anything done. Very happy with the results. My only complaint is the are very very slow on sending requested paperwork.

I had the hydrafacial done and it felt AMAZING! I am a person who struggles with cystic acne and I havent had even a shadow of a pimple since I had the procedure done (about 2 weeks ago). My skin still feels smooth and I could see a visible difference in my pores size and blackheads (especially on my chin where my acne is worst). Highly recommend!

Did work and when it failed would not even see me. Just highlighted section on paperwork that said 'possibility could return to previous condition.' Very disappointing - not just that the surgery was a failure but her unwillingness to even look at it and see if she could help.In the reply The Dr. sent she pointed out that I should not have repeated the behavior that cause the damage. My earlobe was damaged due to an infection, not due to wearing heavy jewelry. He defense that I repeated the same thing that caused the initial problem shows ignorance in even remembering (or looking at chart notes) as to what did cause the original problem.

She does what she wants. She Does NOT listen, she doesnt care what you want. I had asked her for DD cup for my breast augmentation...i ended up with a full B cup. I am a tall women (5'10', 150 lbs) with a large chest cavity, so there is no reason why I could not have gotten my DD cup size. I have friends who are half my size, and have gotten DD cups implanted and they turned out very natural and pretty, but again NOT even close to what I had asked for. Very disappointed as I was an A cup, and I spent $7,000 on something I didn't want?! Basically flushed my money down the toilet. So... Now I have to go get another breast augmentation elsewhere and spend another $7,000. I'm giving her a 3 star just because even though it's not at all the size that I asked for, they still look nice.

Dr. Duncan did an amazing job on my breast augmentation and Radio Frequency (RF) lift. I recommend her and everyone at PSA to everyone who compliments my breasts. I absolutely love my results. I don't have any visible scaring which is amazing. My main reason I chose Dr. Duncan was because she promised she could do the lift without the anchor and massive scars.Dr. Duncan listened to my concerns and helped me chose the best options for me. My breasts were slightly different sizes before, but now they are lifted and the same size. They look amazing. Before the surgery my bra size was an A and I had very saggy breasts. Dr. Duncan said she'd choose the size of implants that fit my frame. I am now a 34 DD and very happy with how it looks. The RF lift left four very small scars which are barely noticeable after 6 months.Dr. Duncan and her staff were very attentive and professional throughout the whole process including the post op visits. I am extremely happy with my results and highly recommend PSA to everyone.

Dr Duncan and her team are extremely personable, educated, and professional. They made what was a scary experience a complete ease and I could not be more pleased with my results. Before my surgery I was afraid that I would feel guilty about having an augmentation or regret doing it. I am a mother of two amazing daughters who were born 16 months apart and I nursed both of them for a year. I loved my breasts before I had children, but after nursing my daughters I had hardly any tissue left in my breasts. Dr. Duncan does not guarantee a size nor does she do 'bolt ons'. I describe what Dr. Duncan does as breast restoration and enhancement. I also had one breast the was smaller and shaped slightly different than the other. Dr. Duncan corrected the discrepancy while still leaving an extremely natural look. From the moment I saw my breasts after augmentation I was thrilled. No regret or remorse. I would do it a thousand times over again. I am so happy I made the decision for myself! I did it for no one but myself and I love my result!

Absolutely horrid beat augmentation results and accountability. Woke up with a huge deep bruise on my arm , then got dragged along for months with check ups and taping due to her lack of judgement in using a RF tool that caused a pocket which then in-turn caused migration. Worst service I have ever had. I should have known when I was told she has the worst bedside manners that nurse has ever seen n her career. When asking for my medical records it was three weeks and 5 requests later. Be careful! they will also add comments to your medical records in favor of them to get away and cover their back. They are the most unethical, unorganized surgeon I have ever dealt with. The anesthesiologist was AWESOME! That all that is good about that place.

Dr Duncan finds the perfect balance between not too much and not too little. She and her caring staff go above and beyond to provide patients with the results they desire in a caring, friendly practice.

Choose Happiness

If anything goes wrong she will not be there for you! Beware!!5 months after my augmentation things went wrong. I knew something was wrong and she told me that I could live with it or get the implant removed for a discount rate. When I called for that rate they all of a sudden wouldn't return my calls and when I did get a hold of diane after hours she said not to call her after hours and that she couldn't get me in the next day because I was nonemergent. I ended up going to a new doctor to remove the implants. I filled a complaint about patient abandonment and she has never called since. Terrible experience made worse by her lack of patience care and knowledge. She thought it was a contracture it was an infection that caused so much damage that even after removal it was painful and hard to raise my arm above my head.

I had been referred by a trusted friend to this office. From the moment I called in I felt that I was not listened to. I dont worry too much about that because after all, you are seeing the surgeon not the receptionist. They require you to send pictures before seeing the surgeon. A bit odd I felt but I went along based on the recommendation. I get some random email referring me to a surgeon for nasal reconstruction, when was looking for breast lift and implant removal... I would not recommend places that start off with this poor communication...
