Dr. Diane Duncan is an top-notch plastic surgeon with amazing attention to detail and precision. She is quite talented and has an eye for fine-tuning your appearance to enhance your beauty. I had a Tummy Tuck done with Dr. Duncan in 2015, and was so excited, but after I had problems. The stitches were oozing stuff, the stitches were coming out of the incision, looked like fishing wire. I called and was told it was normal. I developed a lump around my belly button area and I knew it was something. The nurse gave me some cushion stuff, was told it was ok. Only saw Doctor once maybe twice after surgery for a min. The scar is lopsided and developed dog ears, did mention that...but Dr Duncan said nothing actually wouldn't assist me after I kept calling about the lump. I've been in pain for two yrs with this!!! I was finally able to find a brilliant Dr. in Greeley who said I had an umbilical hernia, and there was an accumulation of scar tissue that had bothered my nerves causing my pain for all this time. It could have been fixed had Dr. Duncan fixed the problem back then, but she ignored me after I complained, and made her aware...I wasn't crazy! She messed up and didn't want to take responsibility. I spent all that money and the experience the job wasn't done correctly! I wouldn't recommend. Now I have to get a revision from someone else in Denver, and cough up more money to get the job done right.

Dr. Duncan did work on me that was incomplete. She missed a very large spot under my chin on the right side. This left me looking very lopsided. I finally made her realize that look was not acceptable so she agreed to make it right. We agreed that it was necessary to put me to sleep for this, local would be sufficient. However, when I arrived I discovered that she had changed plans and not told me. She did the work, but once again it was not even. I decided to just live with it and not return to her for any other work. To my shock, I received an invoice from her for the repair she made. All this woman cares about is money, not how you look.

From the first visit through my minor procedure, the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were addressed with full attention and in no way diminished due to the minor nature of my procedure. I experienced no pain during the procedure and while I was prepared for discomfort, bruising and swelling after, there was absolutely none! ('0' on a 1-10 scale). I appreciated the attention to every small detail, to mitigation of infection and the use of homeopathic remedy for bruise and swelling management (VERY effective). Dr. Duncan was as professional as she was light hearted which put me at ease immediately. Robbin, Annie and Deb were thorough, helpful, extremely professional and all worked together in perfect teaming. If I ever need additional work, there is no question that I will come to PSA and have Dr. Duncan and her team take care of mebecause I know they will!! It's a good idea to read the reviews from others who have posted; the ones that are negative seem to be negative about everything from grocery stores to car care. I'm not sure I would want them as customers or patients - they seem to be looking for excuses to be critical

I am a little puzzled by Diane Duncan MD. I became aware of Dr Duncan's use of a non-invasive facial contouring procedure last year (no longer offered). Dr Duncan made a 3 part 45 min presentation at a medical conference demonstrating the effective use of this biomedical device. (My original major at University of California was in Biomedical Engineering.) I think people give way too much credit to certain 'doctors' with lofty attitudes. While Dr Duncan completely changed the chubby cheeks on a Middle Eastern man, this Youtube show was featured under a different MD clinic in the Mid West. I found that a little unusual that Dr Duncan was not using this good work to promote her practice and that someone else was. Nextly there was a complaint on Yelp by a patient dissatisfied with implants and concerns about a sterile field. I myself tried making an appointment to Dr Duncan's office in Colorado. The staff was not very accomodating to patients who travel, I would logically want to synchronize my initial consulation with my first treatment. Do ya think?Ulthera is spelled Ulthera. Also many doctors did not seem to have a good understanding of its use because skin and fat may continue to contract post treatment. I feel like complaining to the board of physicians regarding the yelp reviewer warning others of basic sterile field for implants. Perhaps Dr Duncan wants to serve a more aged clientele. That is fine. Dr Duncan does a great job on 'bat wings'.Here is correspondence from the patient coordinator. (I am frustrated because yes I could get paid to answer questions on cosmetic procedures. I grew up reading biomedical journals and laser aesthetics too from various sources. I have an issue with Dr Duncan's staff. I also think the yelp customer had a ligitimate concern and was made to keep silent. I am an military veteran and this is oppressing me I am a woman.
