I could not recommend Dr.Restifo enough! I had visited one other plastic surgeon for a consultation and after meeting Dr.Restifo there was no question, I wanted him to be my surgeon. His impressive credentials, extensive knowledge and obvious passion for what he does are some of the reason I knew choosing him was the right choice. The whole process has been so easy with full communication at all times. The results are even better than I could have ever expected. If you are thinking of getting any breast surgery done, Dr.Restifo is an excellent surgeon choice you will be happy you made!

I had visited several plastic surgeons before choosing Dr. Restifo to do my breast augmentation. The reason I went with Dr. Restifo was because of his kind nature, impressive credentials, his multiple awards for compassion, and the fact that he has performed THOUSANDS of breast augmentations in his lifetime (which was far more than any other plastic surgeon I had met with). I was extremely nervous about the decision to undergo such a serious life transforming procedure, and had never gone through surgery of any kind before. Dr. Restifo and the staff both at the office and the hospital made me feel SO comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision and that I was in good hands. I am currently 2 weeks post-OP and am over the moon happy with my results ALREADY. Even though I know I have to wait a few more months for them to truly settle into their final position, they are just more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and I gave Dr. Restifo a gift at my last visit with a letter to let him know how appreciative and happy I am with his overall care and precision. I felt like he knew better than I did what would be best for my body and gave me what I had wanted my whole life! I am so much more confident in my skin today than i was 2 weeks ago and I will forever be grateful for that. I also just want to note that Dr. Restifo is of a kind, caring nature but can also be pretty quiet and straight to the point (not trying to sell you on anything like other plastic surgeons during the initial consultation)...which could have deterred me at first only because the other plastic surgeons were far more outspoken, persuasive, and definitely trying to sell me on choosing them. DON'T LET THIS FOOL YOU. Dr. Restifo does not need to sell his work to any new patients because his credentials and experience speak for themselves. I am glad I was able to overlook the talk in the office with other plastic surgeons and make the right choice based on the before and after photos on Dr. Restifo's website, his videos on YouTube, and what I knew about his education. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Restifo to anyone looking to undergo plastic surgery. He will take excellent care of you.

I had done a lot of research & his website is by far the best with the amount of information given. Everything went smoothly, from 1st visit to post-op appointments. He has the best staff ever, Nurse Jackie is amazing. I also want to mention that I had my surgery done at the medical center in Guilford & was treated extremely well there too.The back pain I was having is completely gone & my only regret is that I didnt have this done sooner. I do not recommend this office for a breast aug. My desired size was not achieved even after saying the 3D imaging was not the look I wanted. I feel like I was thrown a one size fits all and my concerns were not heard. I also need to seek out another surgeon about creasing that appeared 6 months after my surgery and is only getting more noticeable.

Dr. Restifo and his team were so welcoming to me during my initial visit that I knew I had picked the right place for my surgery. I shared my insecurities with him and he helped me make informed decisions for my body. Jackie sat with me and helped me pick the size that worked best for my body and gave me honest feedback. Before surgery I was nervous but Dr. Restifo made me feel so safe and talked me through the procedure. Afterwards he made sure my boyfriend knew that I was safe and things had gone well which eased his anxieties. Him and Jackie kept in contact with me following surgery to make sure everything was going okay and that I was happy with my results. Needless to say I am THRILLED with my results and now have the confidence I always dreamed of. Im so happy I chose Dr. Restifo for my surgeon. I am absolutely pleased with the results. After the first consult of meeting with him, I felt at ease and confident with my choice. His staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I met with Rachel, the patient care coordinator, and she explained all the payment options and also followed up with me by emails and phone with any questions I had. The nurse Jackie, is also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Taking into consideration all the information The internet provides on plastic surgeons, actually selecting one can be an extremely difficult task. Weighing out reviews/credentials/photos coupled with proximity to my location and price was a bit overwhelming. After 3 different consults, I chose Dr. Restifo. This was based solely on my perceived level of his ability to perform a mommy makeover with the best results possible. It was an added bonus that Dr. Restifo and his staff were all very pleasant and easy to work with. However, I still wasn't sure I made the right choice until I was laying in the hospital bed at the surgical center and had a conversation with the nurse. She asked why I had come so far for the procedure (it's a 3.5hr drive) then said Oh youre Dr. Restifo's patient, you must be looking for perfection. And... Well... Yes... if you are going to be cutting my body open and reshaping it the answer is yes a perfectionist is what I want. Hospital nurses get to see so many doctors in action this was a huge confirmation to me that I chose correctly. 3 1/2 weeks post-op I am more certain than ever that I did just that. As the swelling goes down it reveals more and more just how flat my stomach is! It's surreal looking at the hollow space just under my rib cage and the new contour of my waist. My stretch marks were very high so I knew some would still be present but their overall appearance is vastly improved. My tummy tuck scar line is very neat and clean, plus its positioned so low it's undetectable with underwear on. My breast are still settling into their shape but each week they appear rounder. I was pleasantly surprised to find the vertical scar on my breast was done so well it's almost unnoticeable. Now the two things I am most impressed with. During my research phase, I discovered that the biggest difference between doctors was Belly Buttons. Actually, that was a HUGE factor in my decision! I am so happy to report that I love it!! It looks well, perfect (to me). I would highly recommend Dr. Restifo.

I was not ready to deal with the amount of breast sag I had at an early age. I did my homework-I read reviews, looked at photo galleries, talked to friends, and had several consults with plastic surgeons. Dr. Restifo was an easy choice based upon his experience and photos and he was very laid back, clearly not trying to sell me on anything. The surgery and recovery went very smoothly and now at six months out I can really know how great I look. Shape and volume(and my confidence) are restored! Scarrs are faded to almost nothing. VERY EXCELLENT overall experience with Dr Restifo, Nurse Jackie, and office staff.Generally speaking, a vertical thigh lift is a complex and difficult procedure, and complications are typically more common than other body contouring interventions. THEREFORE, it was critical to work with an experienced, knowledgeable, realistic, and ethical plastic surgeon. Dr Restifo is all of these things, and more. Dr Restifo is a true surgeons surgeon. One specific thing that made a lasting impression on me is that Dr Restifo was accessible. During recovery if I had concerns relating to healing process ON A WEEKEND I called the answering service and in all cases Dr Restifo took my phone calls immediately. Whether it was late Friday night, early on Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon, etc... my phone call was always connected to Dr Restifo right away and he provided appropriate instructions. There are not many physicians who are this highly-dedicated to the wellbeing of their patients. I live about 90 minutes away from Orange CT. But after my initial consultation, driving distance was no longer a factor in my decision. I had high confidence in Dr Restifo and this confidence remains very high today, six months later. This is the first review I have ever written, but I felt I had to. Choosing the right surgeon is one of the most consequential decisions any person can make. If contemplating surgery, VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND Dr Restifo.

My primary dr recommended Dr Restifo for a breast reduction. I had the breast reduction performed 3 weeks ago today and it has been such a great experience. If I could give more stars, I would!! I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my breast augmentation. From the very first visit the staff was very friendly and explained everything so well. They were able to get me in MUCH quicker than I expected to get in for my surgery. I think my wait was maybe 3 weeks, and would have been even sooner, if I could have gotten time off of work. Rachel was great and even gave me her number to text her for any questions I may have had. Jackie was great at answering all of my questions as well and even having me come back in when I was second guessing the size of the implant we had discussed. The number one thing I can say is LISTEN to the Dr!! Jackie, Dr. Restifo and I had discussed a 560cc saline implant, and on the day of the surgery he spoke about doing 600cc. I was nervous that they would be too big, but told myself that he is the professional and I am BEYOND happy that I trusted him to make that call. I have a broad frame so the bigger implant was definitely a great call. They look so natural, like they were made for my body! The after care was great and every check up was quick and they would answer my questions before I would even ask them. I would 100000% come back for anything else I may decide in the future. My results COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. I HATED my chest before, and was so insecure and now I am in love with it! I have so much more confidence in myself. 1000% recommend Dr. Restifo!!

I have recommended friends and family members to this practice. the one star review is warranted due to the abrasive and disrespectful treatment I received on my last visit, from Marie Celotto- Dr. Restifo's Practice Admin. As I was leaving the office, after seeing Dr. Mao, Marie yelled out of her office for me to come in, she wanted my license in order for me to use my credit card; I could not understand why, since I have been using my Amex for the past five years, without any issues, ever! when I pressed her for an explanation as to why, she did not have one; instead she rudely and unprofessionally told me that gong forward I needed to pay cash! I told her how insulted I was and did not understand her reasoning. She spoke to me in a loud voice and behaved more like a truck driver or prison guard than a professional working in a medical practice. I left and told her I would not be returning. she did not care. I called the office and left a message for Dr. Mao to call me. he never did!! After 10 Years of loyalty Dr. Mao did not have the decency to return my call. Marie Celotto is a crude, rude, uneducated hack, who should not be working at this practice. Furthermore, Dr. Mao is not the quality doctor I believed him to be.

I cant be more satisfied with my experience with Dr Restifo . Only after first meeting with him I felt kind of coldness from him but I did my research and really didnt find better candidate to make changes to my body . After all everything came out so good . His stuff is very nice . Office is beautiful . Girls on reception was very nice too and would always return my calls and emails . I was so confused with the sizes of implants o wanted to get for my breast augmentation but than just trusted Dr Restifo and he just came up at the day of surgery with his own idea and results are amazing. It has been only little bit over a week since I get it but I already feel and look great . I was watching so many videos and pictures on YouTube and google about the scars from incisions but I swear mine are half smaller than all of I have seen on other girls .
