Loved Dr. Malek! Very personable and informative. It was very obvious to me that he sincerely cares about his patients, and will do whatever he can to help. My only issue was with the assistant in the room with us. You could tell she was in a rush to go home, so it was a bit uncomfortable for me. She would turn around and text on her phone, and she did not give me information that Dr. Malek asked her to give me regarding a sunscreen that would be good for my pale skin. I was disappointed about that.

I saw one other plastic surgeon, Dr, Chang, before I found Malek. The experience made me very nervous and apprehensive about coming here. I thought maybe all plastic surgeons would be like that.But this is a wonderful office and people are always kind & professional and very respectful here. Dr Malek is great and very kind & knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about scar tissue and healing & my ear looks great after the horrific car crash I was in. I didnt even need the reconstruction another doctor recommended to me, and I know how to take care of scar tissue and heal smarter now. Ill definitely tell people about this office if it ever comes up. Ive had a great experience here. Thanks!

First the PROS doctor was pleasant and good. No issues. CONS front desk staff was is rude its just not worth going here anymore. First appointment I was 8 minutes late. I had trouble locating the place. My fault. Front desk person scolded me like a child for being late. Told me the doctor might not see me. 8 minutes. Fast forward a few visits I have been waiting 25 minutes for my appointment. I asked how much longer as I had to get to work. Front desk person seem annoyed and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I told her I would not be able to wait in that case as I would be late for work. She told me that was 'No problem' she would just reschedule me. Really no problem if you waste MY time? Well its not the only show in town. I am now over at MediSpa where the front desk folks are very nice. Botox treatment is actually even better results for the same amount of Botox.
