I am so happy with my experience with Dr. Lonegran and his whole staff. Dr. Lonegran was super informative and helpful, and his staff was knowledgeable and efficient. I am almost 3 weeks post op and I already love my results. The day of surgery I was made super comfortable and Dr. Lonegran was super helpful with answering my questions when I returned home to recover after. I would absolutely recommend Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Delaware.

I just read all the reviews regarding Dr. Ian Lonergan and felt compelled to share my experience. I noticed that every review has 2 common themes: expectations and customer service. Dr. Lonergan told me what to expect with my rhinoplasty. I could not be happier with the results. The healing continues, the swelling is going down and my self esteem is growing. I hope all those unhappy with their experience, pause and ask themselves whether they expected to be turned into a Hollywood vixen when they woke up post surgery. As far as customer service goes, address it with the staff directly. By venting in these reviews, you may be preventing other women like me seeking Dr. Lonergans services. He is clearly extremely talented, experienced and treats his patients with utmost respect and honesty. I remain feeling overwhelmingly grateful with my new nose. It has changed my life.

Had a tummy tuck 1 year ago, I've maintained my weight, and my hips are uneven at the incision lines. No matter how much I wore the binder it has not changed. Fat was left on my left hip above the incision and not the right. I would think twice before going with this surgeon unless you dont mind mistakes like this.

I had a great experience back in 2012, the only thing I would do differently is choose a larger size. Loved post surgery but once the swelling went down they are not the size I wanted .

I had my breast augmentation here in May 2016 and I am still so happy with the results. They were so friendly during the consultation and did not pressure me to go larger than I wanted. The price was an amazing deal. I had regular appointments with them before and after the surgery. My recovery time was almost nothing, I barely had to take pain medication and was back to work the following week. My breasts are symmetrical and the perfect size, my confidence has increased 1000%. My experience was HORRIBLE!! I went to Dr. Lonergan in July 2016. I had a breast lift and implants (500cc). After the swelling went down, my breast started to SAG all over again and my areola was disfigured. I went to him 4 times and he told me that they look natural and wanted to charge me another $4,000 for bigger implants. I seriously did not want bigger implants!! I went to get opinions from 3 other plastic surgeons from different places. Each doctor informed me of the same thing, that there was not enough skin removed from my breast. I chose Dr. Elizabeth Warren to have my surgery corrected. In January 2019, my surgery was done. I kept my same implants, had the extra skin cut away and she even fixed my areolas which was disfigured during my 1st lift with Dr. Lonergan. Im now very, very pleased with my results. I know everyones experience is different, but this is mine. I wish I could post before and after pics on here!!!

I had a horrible experience with this practice. While Dr. Longergan had little to do with this, his reception team made most of the issue. I was rudely spoken to when I came in for my consultation, was not made aware that my procedure had been scheduled for me without my consent and was lied to about the window of time I could get the procedure handled. My case was being handled by one woman on the staff in particular who was very rude over the phone. I have since found a new surgeon to handle my procedure and their staff has been completely helpful and not like this staff at all. Theyve even informed me that they have had several clients come from this same practice with the same complaints.
