am very upset by my visit on 6/26/2020. I have had a lot of trouble with dissolving filler I received in my nose here and Phi was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is my third visit and I expressed to her that there was remainder in the tip and on the left side. She initially refused to do it BEFORE I even told her where there is remaining, and told me I need to stop injecting things into my nose. Excuse me, but I dont want to be doing this, I just want my nose to go back to normal. There was a point where I was trying to show her where it still is and she was just staring me down shaking her head. I showed her in pictures and she kept refusing and was extremely rude, until I pointed out on her pictures that the tip had remaining filler. She rolled her eyes at me and said Ill do it ONE more time extremely rude, and injected me hard and didnt even put on numbing cream which she did the 2 previous times. She just injected and never asked if I was okay, which the previous visits she did multiple times so I could just feel her attitude and it was extremely uncomfortable. Nobody should talk to anyone the way she spoke to me, especially not in a professional environment. She was speaking down to me like she knew my face better then I do and was talking to me like Im crazy and stupid. the tip still had remaining and has gone down a significant amount in the few hours since my appointment. I also dont get how last appointment she told me if it gave me anymore trouble to come back, yet refuses to do it before I even could tell her where there was remaining. I will never come here again and I will be leaving bad reviews, nobody should speak down on someone like that and make me feel like Im stupid when Im the one who is right it is my face and in the pictures you can see a significant difference. Ive never been so disrespected by a professional.

Fantastic results - better than anticipated! I scheduled a consultation with Dr Fiala to explore my options as I had already had a breast augmentation performed. Since having my third child, I noticed my breasts didnt sit the same way naturally and wanted to look into having them redone. From the moment I met him, he was warm and understood my goal in what I was looking for. He presented realistic options and Im thankful he did because without his professional opinion I would have selected a smaller implant, not achieving my overall goal for fullness. The staff was absolutely amazing and hands on the entire way, all the way through my graduation appointment. Meghan and Tracy were fabulous and I couldnt have had a better team for my pre and post op visits (thank you ladies). They made me so comfortable including Dr Fiala with their level of professionalism. If youre looking to get a breast augmentation for the first time or even redo them definitely consider Dr Fiala and his office. My surgery with Dr Fiala was far better the second time around as I had another surgeon perform my first breast augmentation. Dr Fiala was able to correct the errors from the other surgeon beautifully. Thank you Dr Fiala and staff for your time and making me feel like a person and not just a number. I would highly recommend your services!!!

Don't trust this office. I went to buy the Obagi creams ($ 440.00) the price is not the problem, the problem is that one of the creams had expired since 2012 and another one expired in July 2020. I went and explained to them to change them and they changed one and they ordered it. When I come to my house to use the creams, the one they gave me was used, that is a lack of respect and that is why I do not recommend them because now they will not believe that they gave it to me like that, they are not trustworthy.

This could possibly be the easiest recommendation Ive ever written, I have nothing but love for Dr Fiala and his Angels.. the whole team are amazing, Ive had a breast augmentation and lipo.. before I sat down and spoke to Dr Fiala .. boy was I nervous and unsure about the whole procedure.Id spoken to a few different surgeons in my area and just around the surrounding areas, because we are always told to have a few options to choose from.The last place I checked was Fiala Aesthetics, Im so glad I didnt make a choice before I got to the end of my surgeon list, they were a little out of my way distance wise, but Id looked at the before and after pictures on their website and I loved the results I saw, I was invited in for a consultation, and met so many amazing & fabulous ladies.. all working to make you feel welcome and comfortable from the second you enter the office..Dr Fiala took the time out and listened to my expectations and then worked with me to achieve them.Surgery was a breeze, cant remember a thing.. the recovery was made easier knowing that I could call and ask about anything I wasnt sure about, and there was always someone on the other end of the line that took as much time as I needed to understand all the changes after surgery.Oh and lets not forget Lindsey.... shes my to go girl for fillers and Botox, shes has kitten fingers, the most gentle caring person, she really does put you at ease before she works her facial magic, Ive had Botox and fillers at other places and didnt enjoy even the drive there.... cause it wasnt a good experience.. but LINDSEY.. is an artist, and a perfectionist, my results were fabulous, natural and youthful at the same time.I recommend a friend to come with me, she was nervous to say the least, she had Lindsey Kitten Fingers sprinkled that magic.. and my friend walked out smiling and so happy, with not a wince in sight.. and after 6 days, looking 10 years younger...Fiala just got a new family member.. I wouldnt think twice about recommending Fiala Aesthetics to anyone that wants a five star surgeon with the most fabulous team to shape and sculpt your new body.. to fix the little things that hinder us from being even more fabulous, and all the time treating you as family not a customer, remembering your name every time you walk through the door.. thats why Ill never go anywhere else..! Why are there only 5 starts? they should have SIX!!! If you are looking for body enhancements Dr. Fiala and his team are the place to go. Their whole office is so caring and easy to talk to. They explain everything to you and let you know exactly what is going to happen. My husband calls Dr. Fiala a GENIUS at his ART. I have read horror stories about things that can go wrong from tummy tucks to breast enhancements and I felt safe and positive that none of that would happen with Dr. Fialas team.Before I had my augmentation done I researched ALL the local doctors, and Fiala came with the highest recommendation. I went to Dr. Fiala's office and had injections under my eyes by Trish. I told her after the injections that I did not see any difference! She insisted it takes a while to notice any difference and told me to come back in two weeks! I asked her why I had to come back I two weeks and she said, ' So we can see how you are doing'! NO ONE even noticed anything, in fact, everyone asked me why I had indentations under my eyes! I was mortified, because NO ONE had ever asked me that before. Well, when I went back after two weeks, Trish, escorted into her room and preceded to tell me I needed more injections that she went conservative the first time! Really, conservative to the tune of $850 dollars worth of NOTHING! She then told me I needed more injections and even said I needed cheek injections for much more money!!!! I told her I wanted to see my before pictures and she said sure. She then went to her computer and, guess what, THE PICTURES WERE NOT THERE! She said she did not know what happened and that they did not upload and had no record of them after taking the pictures!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! DO NOT GO THERE! I had gone to Dr. Brian Joseph in Winter Park, Florida before for injections and they were PERFECT and had no problems, but I tried Dr. Fiala's office because it is much closer to my home and had some good reviews! WHAT A WAST OF $850!!! The ONLY REASON they wanted me to back in the office in two weeks was to try to talk me into needing more injections for much more money!!!!!!!!!!!

My journey to Dr. Fiala's office started 2 yrs ago, long before I even knew he existed! I began a long weight loss journey in Nov 2011 and within a year had lost 115 pounds. I did it through diet and exercise, but I started my journey after having 3 children via C-section, and at the age of 38. So, my skin had lost a lot of elasticity and after such a huge weight loss off a body that had been overweight for over 30 years, I ended up with a lot of loose skin. I also never had large breasts, and the weight loss took the little bit I had and left me with nothing!After keeping my weight off for almost a year, my family and I agreed I needed and deserved to have a tummy tuck to remove all the skin and a breast lift and augmentation. We began our search for a plastic surgeon and Dr. Fiala was the second surgeon we had met with in the Orlando area. We immediately felt welcomed in his office by all the staff, and he was so patient with all of our questions. I was very uncomfortable showing my tummy and breasts to anyone, but he and his staff were so very kind and seemed proud of my weight loss journey that they wanted to help me. We had other surgeons to interview after Dr. Fiala, but we decided after our first visit that those other appts were not necessary. He had been referred to us by several women that had gone to him for breast augmentations and they could not say enough kind words about his staff and his work...so we decided to meet with him again for a follow up.I am not a rich woman and do not come from a rich family, but we invested in me to do the tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation all at once, and he and his staff made me feel like I belonged and deserved such a gift. The recovery nurse was amazing as I stayed overnight, and during all of the follow up visits, he and his staff took their time making sure I was recovering well, healing correctly, and answering all my questions. I will not lie when I say that was an extreme surgery and the recovering was grueling, but I tell everyone that, thanks to Dr. Fiala's genuine care for me and his staff's commitment to my health and recovery, I would do it all over again in a minute.Thank you Dr. Fiala for taking what was left after all my hard work to lose a lot of weight and transforming it to be what it always should have been. I hate that I let myself stay so overweight for so long, but being healthy now and being able to be proud of my health from the inside out makes me smile every morning I look in the mirror.

I shopped around to find a plastic surgeon I could trust and I was comfortable with. My sister inlaw and I both were looking for the right person for the job since we both had different procedures and had several different consultations with different doctors. When we both saw Dr Fiala the same day we agreed he was the doctor we were looking for. He was very professional and honest and we both were at ease with him. His staff is top notch as well. Always very friendly and sweet. I am a lung cancer survivor and my breast implants were my 5 year cancer free present from my husband. Dr. Fiala cleared everything thru my oncologist before he would even consider my surgery and I can tell you this, besides beating my cancer it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
