Everyone in the Adult Dental department exceeded my expectations. From LeAnn to Diane to Dr. Tomas Perez to the hygienist, every staff member was friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. After my initial exam, they were able to add on a cleaning right after, to save me a second trip. Although this is more than an hour's drive for me, the trip is well worth it, given my experience.

I love how the pediatrician was knowledgeable, nice , patient and sweet. She made sure everything was understandable and took her time with my son. I took my son here today as a walk in due to a high fever. Recommend by his daycare, His regular pediatrician is in LWR I didnt want to take the chance driving so far. This is my third time coming here. To get (shoot records, and shoots) The last two times I went The front receptionists was very rude towards me. Today I figured it would be the same. They dont acknowledge you when you walk In and say Ill be right with you. Instead youre left standing there for 5 mins unless you speak up. I work with patients all day checking in and out, I acknowledge every last one with a positive attitude. Speaking with one of the receptionists today she had the audacity to make a smart comment under her breath that I dont not appreciate or tolerate. I asked what she said so she would repeat it and she wouldnt repeat it she asked me to take a seat in the waiting room. Which was the correct way to go. Theyre very unprofessional. Id recommend the doctors definitely just know what youre getting into with staff. Id love to switch my son over but LWR receptionists are very professional coming and going out I like being treated kindly and respectfully.

I would give them zero if I can. The receptionist and the supervisor they were racing who can be nastier. These people are horrible they do not treat you with respect they look at you and treat you like a dirty Rat. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Might as well not even make appointment here considering they mean nothing to them. They will keep you waiting for an hour past your appointment time to get back in the room so you can wait another 45 minutes. Unless its a super rare day where its empty, dont expect to be out in less than 2 hours.

Wait time took forever. I had an appointment for 3pm got there early had an incredible amount of wait time. People who got there after me were attended too and left first. Once i got attended to, the staff was amazing but even in the back I waited longer then I should have. From 3pm till closing time at 5pm. But the staff is amazing and does know there stuff and moreEven though wait time is terrible it's the best place to go

i went in as a walk in, i got a nurse practitioner who was very rude, and told me my doctor was too busy to see me....i feel this place has gone downhill since i first started going 13 years ago, it was then they had nice and courteous staff, who actually cared about their patients and returned phone calls, now they don't even do that.....also got two referrals to specialists that don't even exist, they sent me to a community center that was supposed to have specialists there, when i called they said they never heard of these specialists....so the health dept also gives you false info....

Wait time takes forever, very dissatisfied. Every time I go to pick up birth control pills. They always say out of stock, not professional at all. They need a lot of work to be better.

Longest wait time EVER!!...staff are very courteus and knowledgable!!! Wait time is headache though hence the 3 stars.
