A friend of mine had surgery done by Dr. Burden and the results are amazing! She looks 20 years younger!! Dr. Burden takes a personal interest in his patients and explains his procedure and expected results in detail. A great sense of humor and personality that puts you at ease immediately. Great supporting staff as well. Highly recommend!!

I am originally from Panama City, FL but recently moved to Houston TX. After reviewing many doctors in Houston and in Florida I knew Dr. Burden was my best option. The staff is the friendliest staff that has ever taken care of me. Everyone in the office truly cares for your needs and does whatever they can to achieve that. Having the surgery center included made me feel safer and it was extremely clean. I got a breast augmentation done and Dr.Burden made me feel very comfortable and he is the most trustworthy doctor. If any one wants to get a breast augmentation I highly advise you to use Dr.Burden because you will not be disappointment. I am thrilled with my results.

My daughter had breast augmentation 1 1/2 years ago and I'm just now reviewing Dr Burden because I've been so angry. She had misshaped breasts/nipples were 3cm off and still has the same problem only now they're a size D (she didn't want them that large). She has scarring to the right breast and he got her nipple to high, it peeks out of most bikini tops. I do not recommend him for problematic breast augmentation like asymmetry. The only positive thing I can say is that he was nice during the consultation, but hey I'd take him being a jerk with poor bedside manners as long he did excellent work!!

On 5/12/2016 I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the back and flanks. I just had my before and after pictures completed this week and I am completely astonished at my results. Dr. Burden was a wealth of knowledge regarding what procedures I needed to meet my expectations. I felt 100% comfortable from the time I made my consultation appointment to today, that this was the right choice for me. I am a young mother of 2 children, and I just wanted to feel right again. Dr. Burden, Joan, and his staff did just that. Joan was very informative on what would be happening before and after my procedures. I would recommend Dr. Burden and his facility to anyone whom asks.

I had a fantastic experience using Dr. Burden for my surgery. I had lost 160 lbs and had a large bit of excess skin that needed corrected. Dr. Burden explained everything up front and answered any questions I had. He also helped me to understand what to expect from the surgery to ensure my expectations were realistic before I did anything. I had also asked about multiple procedures and he strongly recommended NOT trying to do too much at one time. I understood this much better after my first procedure. So based on my experience I would highly recommend Dr. Burden to anyone considering this type of surgery.

Had Rhinoplasty done and hate it! Had to go back in for a 2nd rhinoplasty surgery becasue the 1st one he did he didnt di well and had to go back and to fix mistakes...worst mistake ever. Now i am researching for a true Rhinoplasty doctor to fix my nose that he mest up. Not happy. Left a more long detailed review but it doesn't show up...hmmm.

Dr. Burden and his staff were amazing! I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my procedure and would recommend them to anyone. My nurse, Joan Pleat, was very friendly and made me feel like a friend instead of a patient. Dr. Burden also took extra time during preop planning to make me comfortable with my surgical decisions and answer any questions I might have.

I had two procedures done end of 2012 by Doctor Burden 'Destin Plastic Surgery' I had a breast augmentation in November right before my birthday and liposuction of my hips a few days before Christmas. I couldn't be anymore happy with how great i felt after the procedures and my quick healing process Dr. Burdens, his team and Nurse Jone would be my pick for any kind of procedures in the future and they are the only plastic surgeon team I would ever recommend! They will tell you what you need to know and would be happy to explain if you don't understand. Nurse Jone is wonderful as well she isn't ruff while u are at the least bit sore very gentle and she is the sweetest to call back right away if u ever have a question. I had a tummy tuck and silicone breast augmentation with a lift in April 2014. So that is a total of 3 procedures at the same time. I was a little scared at first but I am VERY HAPPY with the results. After researching local docs in Mobile, AL... I opted to drive to Destin, FL. IT WAS WORTH IT!! They do so much patient volume that they are very experienced at what they do!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! They print you a before and after pic so you will definitely be able to see the results!

I had a breast reduction and in a few weeks one of the breast opened up and I had to put gauze in the open breast and remove it to put a fresh one on twice a day. No one said I am sorry or anything. I am left with a huge scar all my life. While there for an appoinment two girls came in and their tucks had opened leaving them scars. Several doctors I went to suggested I sue him and nurses said I should. However the nice person in me couldn't. The scar is my whole bottom of my breast. I was not offerd any compensation or like I said even an apology throught the three months I had to go back weekly for the PA to cut skin off my breast as it died.
