I have never had a better experience with a doctor's office in my life. I had a rhinoplasty/deviated septum revision with Dr. Gross June 2020. The results were life changing. My breathing and my confidence were completely restored. Himself and his entire staff is incredibly friendly and walked me through each step from my consult appointment all the way to my surgery. Melissa, one of the medical assistants, especially helped me through every question and concern that I had during the entire process. The entire staff truly took the time to get to know me and my expectations with surgery and they exceeded them! Dr. Gross is an excellent and talented surgeon and his work truly shows it. I'm so happy with my results. 1000/10 stars. I would recommend them a million times over.

I had considered rhinoplasty for several years to fix both my breathing issues caused by my deviated septum and the physical appearance of my nose. I finally worked up the courage to go in for a consultation and upon meeting Dr. Edward J. Gross and his staff at Primera Plastic Surgery I felt incredibly comfortable and extremely confident in my decision to book my procedure. Going in for the consultation, I noticed the staff was very friendly, organized, and the facility was super clean. Dr. Gross was very informative, already knew what to do with my nose, considering I'm a cleft patient, I knew I wasn't going to be your ordinary patient. But he was super confident and assured me that I was a good candidate for a rhinoplasty to improve my breathing, the assymettry of my nostrils, etc. The days leading up to my surgery I was met with Shalyn, who was amazing btw, gave me her number to answer all the questions I had, she has given me all the info needed post-op, was very organized with all my scheduling and appointments. She made financing with CareCredit super easy, and also gave me this little care bag of saline, medicine, gauze, care tips, etc, and everything I needed for post-op. The day before surgery, I was treated with a COMPLIMENTARY facial lymphatic massage by Cathi that was so relaxing I almost fell asleep.The day of surgery, I was under the care of Sara, who was so gentle and caring, helped kept me at ease from nervousness, and I couldn't be more thankful for such a smooth transition into surgery. Dr. Gross also gave my husband a follow-up text to see how I was doing that night, which was super nice of him. During the week of post-op, I was provided with all the medication needed. There was little to no pain. I will say though, that nasal stints were put in and breathing was more of my main concern than the pain. But overall, recovery was great. I think I healed pretty fast. Lots of rest was needed. Definitely take a week and a few days off from work. After my one week post op, my nasal stints were removed by Alina, and I'm so happy to be able to breathe again! After that, I was moved to the salon and spa, where I will be given another COMPLIMENTARY facial and hair cleanse & blowout. Thank you so much Agnes, for making me feel beautiful leaving the salon that day.I would like to end this review by giving a shout out to Dr. Gross, Shalyn, Cathi, Sara S, Alina, and Agnes for taking care of me throughout my rhinoplasty experience at Primera!!

Originally from central Florida, I was researching plastic surgery services around the area to help do my Rhinoplasty. I found Dr.Gross and Primera Plastic Surgery and found their reviews to be very pleasing. From the second I reached out for my first consultation, I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the amount of service that the staff provided. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and soft spoken. They helped answer any questions and concerns that I had along the way (Shalyn especially was amazing! I was in contact the most with her throughout my experience and she was fabulous!). I had been in touch the entire time from afar as I live in California and the communication was flawless, they accommodated with me well even with the time distance with setting up calls and appointments. When I finally arrived at Primera the day before my surgery they showed me around to ensure I wasn't lost and felt comfortable at their facility. Everyone was very friendly and nice to chat with. Came the next day of my surgery, the process was easy and quick. The nurse set me up, between the time I got there and I was sent into surgery I was there 30 min getting set up. I highly recommend Primera and their service!

I found Primera Plastic surgery after doing some research on the internet. When I came in for my consultation everyone was very warm and welcoming. I have been nervous about getting an Otoplasty for a long time, but Dr. Gross and his staff made me feel so comfortable that I instantly let go of any hesitation. My experience coming to this office was really warm and welcoming. I was looking to improve my jawline and Dr.Gross really took the time to inform me about the procedures that would be effective in providing me with the results that would make me happy. We decided that submentoplasty, liposuction and a chin implant would be perfect for me. I also opted to get buccal fat removal as well to help with my round face and chubby cheeks. The staff here was patient with me giving me a several print outs to prepare me for my surgery. They also provided me with a medicine calendar so I know when to take my pain killers and to clean my wounds. I feel like if I have any issues after my surgery the staff will be able to assist me in my recovery. They also set up my post operational appointments to help with my recovery. I am excited for my procedure and for the other services I plan to use for my skin later this year like Botox and micro-needling.

What can I say for my rhinoplasty with Dr. Gross and amazingly beautiful staff?If I could give more STARS I would because for an entire year the entire staff has gone above and beyond. My review is my story. A few years ago I went to an ENT for what I thought were allergies. During that time I was told I needed reconstructive surgery on my sinuses due to a past trauma. I had no clue really because my nose stayed straight it was just tender for a few weeks. I mean I had stuffiness but I wasn't expecting to hear 'you need reconstructive surgery for 90% blockage in your sinuses.' I was a little shaken but was ready to move forward. As we were scheduling my surgery I remember asking, ' you can fix my breathing back to normal?' The doctor said yes confidently and went on about the relief I would experience. I then asked, ' can you make sure that my nose is still straight?' I instantly watched his demeaner change. He gave his reasons on the importance of breathing over looking good. I scratched my plans for surgery and went on a mission to find an ENT that could confidently answer my question. I repeatedly asked a half a dozen ENT's can you fix my breathing and provide me with a straight nose since I liked my nose. One after another gave the same exact reaction. Which meant I needed to change gears. I needed to research more and take my ownership of my health and my appearance into my hands. I didn't want to settle, I wanted to correct my issue. I soon shifted to plastic surgery doctors, which came with the exact opposite issue as the ENT's. I'll admit walking into Dr. Gross' doors for my consultation felt like a routine I had been down before...but this time was different. This time I was heard. I liked my nose and really didn't want changes to my face because I wasn't displeased, so I was scared to say the least. The key moment came down to the same question, 'Can you fix my 90% blockage AND provide me with a 'straight' nose?' Dr. Gross smiled and went into all the possibilities 'we' COULD do with ease. It felt like I was finally in the right place! Dr. Gross, and the entire staff are a friendly, fun-loving, and medically professional crew with lots of talent. During my consultation every detail was confidently explained, I was shown before and after's before my surgery with special imaging, an entire schedule was tailored to my follow up needs, my medications were given in advance, and basically anything I could think of was already made into a future checklist, a gift bag, or added as a bonus. I was looking for a doctor to do what many were saying was impossible. I was looking for a doctor to fix a nose I wasn't displeased with. A HUGE thank you for making my nose perfect.

Before coming to Dr. Gross, I had a prior consultation with a doctor in Winter Park. It was a horrible experience. Everything that I had imagined it would be was the exact opposite. From the unfriendly staff to the doctor who blamed my 'unsymmetrical face' for not being able to give me the results I was looking for with the surgery. After leaving that consultation, I contacted Dr. Gross's office. I booked an appointment with him as soon as he was available. The only thing the previous experience did was highlight what I would not accept from my plastic surgeon. I am happy to say I couldn't have been more pleased with my entire experience with Dr. Gross. I knew after meeting with Dr. Gross that he was the right plastic surgeon for me and who I wanted to perform my rhinoplasty. While walking through the spa with Shalyn, she explained what to expect before and after the procedure. She told me about the pre-op facial before the surgery and then another facial on a return visit. I was again impressed. Then she said I would be having my hair washed and blow-dried after they removed the cast. I was amazed by all the thought that has gone into making his patients feel the best they can after surgery.

I am a 19 year old male who expirienced trauma to my nose as a young boy. Over the years this caused my nose to not grow symmetrically and did not look like it fit my face. Before college I decided that I need a Rhinoplasty due to my nose starting to impede on my self confidence. After traveling to several other plastic surgeons all over Florida, I was immediately impressed by Dr. Gross and his staff. They made me feel right at home and were not afraid of what I would like to have changed about my nose. Dr. Gross clearly and methodically walked me through every step in what my recovery process would be like and gave me a recovery time that was spot on for how long it actually took me. (By the way, recovery was a walk in the park!)I cant even begin to describe how happy I am with my results!! My nose is now straight and symmetrical and it looks as if its the nose I was naturally intended to have all along! Dr. Gross truly cares for his patients and goes out of his way to create a personalized result for each patient. Every other plastic surgeon made me feel like I was just another person about to go under a knife and was trying to fit many patients in for surgery the same day. My mom even recently decided that she wants to also have her nose done because she was so impressed with how perfect the whole process went from beginning to end. First and foremost, the staff at Primera Plastic Surgery is phenomenal. They make you feel welcome from the second you walk through the front door. Everyone is down to earth, including Dr. Gross. He is very approachable and friendly but more importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I had my septum fixed along with the hump of my nose removed. I literally felt no pain post op. Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking I now look worse than before I have two different noses on my face one nostril is flattened all the way down and the other is bulbous please do not go to this surgeon it wasn't worth the delaying of my life for 2 years and all the money that I spent. Also to add insult to injury I was supposed to have one very last consultation with him upon which I wanted to raise all of what has not happened with my nose to him informed that mysteriously evaporated off the books and I need to reschedule with another $150 for consult this after all of the time patience and effort on my part as a patient doing everything he instructed me to do as a patient it's just a slap in the face. I had an amazing experience with Primera. For the longest time I wanted to have ear surgery, and finally I decided to have the procedure done during holiday break. The entire process was very smooth. During the consultation the doctor and staff carefully explained what to expect, mapping out the surgery and recovery period. The surgery went well and there were no complications. When recovering I was able to easily follow their directions and check-in with them multiple times so that they could see how my ears were healing.The results have been perfect and I'm so glad I had this done. Words can not explain how grateful I am for finding Dr. Gross and his Primera team. For years I had been unable to breathe due to a deviated septum, on top of never liking how my nose looked and have been doing research on how to fix both for as long as I can remember. Being only 21 years old, working full time and being a full time college student I did not think I could do much until a lot further into the future but decided to book a consultation with Dr. Gross just to see what my options were. Going into my consultation, I was nervous as most would be, but they put you at ease right away. Every small thing you can think of is covered during this meeting and you even get to sit with Dr. Gross and photoshop exactly what you want to fix/change about your appearance. Pricing is obviously a big factor in getting work done but they do everything possible to make a plan that works for you and your budget. Just like that, I was booked for surgery three weeks after my consultation and to my surprise not one part of me was nervous because I felt so comfortable with him and his team. His staff does everything they possibly can to prepare you for your procedure and check up on the weeks to come to ensure you're 100% ready to go. I had a full rhinoplasty/revision and breathing improvement done in late September which puts you out for about seven full days with a recovery time of about a year. While it was a little rough the second and third day, I would do it all over again because of how amazing my results are now. I hit my three month post-op on Christmas day and the progress I've made never seemed possible to me before. For the first time in years, I'm breathing at night and can finally sleep well. Externally, it looks so natural and the scaring is very minimal for how much work was actually done. Dr. Gross not only gave me the nose I dreamed of but also the confidence to go with it. If it all seems impossible to you, just know Primera will do everything they can to make it work for you. Again, I can't thank Dr. Gross and his incredible team enough for everything they've done for me.

Great total experience. Dr. Gross and his entire staff did such a great job taking care of me before, during and after my rhinoplasty surgery. I had the procedure done about 15 years ago, and that doctor did a poor job. Dr. Gross definitely had his hands full fixing all my problems. In the end, the results were excellent, and Im so glad to have chosen Dr Gross. Some things in life you just cant take shortcuts. There are many ENTs and plastic surgeons around. Lots in my network that my insurance would have paid part of, just like last time. But unlike last time, I went with one that was highly skilled and experienced and could not be happier. I had to pay all out of pocket, but so worth it. They do financing there to help out if you need. I 100% recommend using Dr Gross for any procedures!

I honestly can't express enough of my appreciation and gratitude towards Dr. Gross and his staff. I had spent years seeking a surgeon to fix a very unsatisfying rhinoplasty from 2009. We had consultations with numerous 'renowned' surgeons from NYC, Miami, California, over the course of several months. My husband came along each time and for one reason or another, we never felt completely comfortable after leaving the appointment. From the moment we met Dr. Gross, we felt relieved to have finally found a surgeon we felt comfortable with. Unlike the other surgeons, Dr. Gross was extremely humble, personable, and took his time answering every question we had. He was not quick to rush to the next patient or short with answers like most we had met with in the past. At my 1 week post-up, my nose looked 1 million times better than it had looked in the past 9 years! I was literally in tears when I saw the results that Dr. Gross was able to achieve. Now, it has been 3 months since my surgery and each week I see my results getting better and better. All in all, I could not have found a better surgeon than Dr. Gross. The entire experience from consult, surgery day, post-up ( they even spoiled me with free facials and massages!) and follow-ups, completely exceeded my expectations! I cannot recommend Dr. Gross and Primera Plastic Surgery enough. Thank you Dr. Gross!

I am African American and I am originally from Miami . I was in a car accident when I was in college about 10 years ago. It caused a lot of scar tissue in my nose and above my lip . I have been contemplating Getting scar revision sugary for a while . But being a single parent and working tremendous amount of hours it was hard to find a doctor I can trust and plan around my schedule. I was extremely lucky to have found Dr. Gross who not only specifically specialized in nose surgery but scar revision as well ! I felt he was more than qualified to do my surgery . Since the time of my first appointment he had great bed side miner , respectful , patient , and listen to my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable. His entire staff is great and remember you by name . And even the spa is immaculate! Recovery was super easy , I definitely recommend following everything they tell you and even give you things to help you out with recovery . They checked up on me the day after surgery and even called me to be sure I was ok and if I had any questions. At no point was I left wondering or unsure what to do . I had more than enough support and material to know what I was getting into . I thought it would be scary but was very very comfortable through out the entire process . I do recommend taking at less two weeks off of work and if you have kids like I do, be sure to get help you will be on medications which also helped in recovery . The nurse is a great right hand man , or should I say women to Dr. Gross . And the Massage therapist is so good at her Job I didnt even want to leave lol. Again I am a black women and it is hard to trust any doctor with ethic facial plastic surgery, but Dr. Gross is the best doctor you can chose . My nose is freaking sexy and fantastic, I love it and its only been about 2 months . They said it takes about a year to heal and I am super excited to see what it will look like then . I also have better breathing after surgery due to all the scar removed in the inside of my nose from my car accident ! I did get a little puffy and black eyes after the cast came off but thats natural with ANY surgery . It definitely didnt last long . The spa definitely was informative on helping me learn about ways to take care of my new nose and skin regimen! I also got my hair done here and I have gotten a vast amount of compliments on my hair ! Stop thinking about it and go do it , self love is the best love and my confidence has definitely grown after surgery ( in a great way ), I am a humble person but after a near death car accident ( been hit by a car ) it takes a lot out of you . Dr. Gross and his staff were wonderful! The staff is caring and very good at taking care of the patients needs, concerns and questions. I felt very comfortable and was able to ask all sorts of crazy questions that the team was more then happy to assist me with. I had a broken septum and multiple sinus issues that made it difficult to impossible to breath. After the surgery I can not only breath with no issues but I have a better looking nose (added bonus). As I age and I look for more cosmetic procedures to help me I will be using Dr. Gross at Primera.
