I made an appointment with this Center before I read the reviews. I had to look up the address the morning of my appointment and to my dismay, I read the reviews and they were not great. However, I was delighted to find my visit was not any thing like the reviewers encountered. Everyone was professional, pleasant and treated me with respect. I was very pleased with the actions of the staff and Dr. Wong. I definitely could not give a bad review.

Very unprofessional women in the office I came in to get a lymphoma removed and they said it was too big and they took my money anyways they suck they wouldn't even give me a referral to go get it off. because it's a life-changing experience walking around with this bump on my shoulder there's garbage I would go somewhere else

One of the most unprofessional establishments I've been to. After paying $420 to have 2 precancerous spots removed, while I'm on the table ready to be operated on, they inform me that they wouldn't remove the second one unless I payed ANOTHER $420. When $420 is what we had agreed was the total for BOTH of them. If they had told me it would be a total of $840 I never would have considered going there. That number was never brought up. I'm an 18 year old college student who couldn't possibly afford that amount of money. They had no problem scamming a teenager. I don't advise anyone to give this place business. They do NOT care about their patients. They only care about taking money from you.

I agree with all the disappointed clients. Dont go here! Unprofessional group of girls working in the office. Miss Wong is obnoxious, loud and unprofessional. She had no idea how to treat my condition, so she decided to experiment on me with prescriptions. After two visits ( both bad experiences ) My condition was actually worse. Even worse yet, I tried aloe on my condition and found complete relief after two applications. No prescription needed, had some at home already, no pharmaceuticals with bad side affects and a completely natural cure thats been around for thousands of years. Typical Dr doesnt care about curing people, only cares about endless visits and supporting pharmaceutical companies.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. My mom has very dry skin on her hands and face. The doctor gave her a cream and she wanted to try it before going home. A few minutes later her face was RED and BURNING. She told the doctor but he told her it was fine and should subside within a couple minutes. After a couple minutes she could not withstand the pain anymore and had to wash it off her face. She went to speak to the doctor again but he IGNORED and AVOIDED her the whole time. I have never heard of such UNPROFESSIONALISM and LACK OF PATIENT CARE in my whole life. It took 2 WEEKS for my mom's face to get back to normal. I would have sued if I was her. Please, do not give this establishment or this UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT doctor your business.

Had to wait 55 mins to be seen and both times had to sit and listen to a group of people talking as loud as possible about their life and what not. So, so, so, very rude. Pretty sure same group of people from the first visit. Was talking on the phone. Blah blah blah blah! I would highly recommend the office putting up signs that say, 'Please be QUIET. Patients are HEALING!' If you're going to make people wait an hour, sometimes hours, they should be comfortable. Other than rude caregivers in the lobby, the facilty and staff are fine. Invest in the signs!

I completely love this place!!! My daughter is a patient there, they are so welcoming, friendly and informative on every move!!! They even called on her birthday and sang Happy Birthday!!! Best customer service ever!!! Thanks guys!!! We recommend to everyone!!!

WORST dermatologist center I've ever been to. I was given a cream that made my face RED AND SWOLLEN. I left worse than when I came in. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking treatment
