PA ALEX WAS GREAT..HOWEVER, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, NOR DO THEY RETURN CALLS.MY MOHS SURGERY WAS A HORROR SHOW. It been about three weeks since I spoke to the a dr their. They sent my script to another pharmacy. I have called about four times in regards to this matter. Everyone I talk to tells me that they will get back with me. And never do.

The worst experience ever. If you ask them to release your full pathology report with biopsy slides, they will be unable to provide this info because there are certain protocols in place ( they are only allowed to release this info to other institutions) This is outrageous which makes you think if those final diagnosis are indeed accurate. I've requested this from all other dermatology clinics and never been told I can't get my full report. This is a RED FLAG!

Wish i could give zero starts! You won't find a more unprofessional office. So glad I decided to switch doctors. Not only did I find out that I was on very powerful steroids for no reason, I constantly get bills for the same service. Noone answers the phone here, or returns a call. To top my visit off, after 3 weeks i finally got someone on the phone at the office to find out about a byopsy and the person told me that i should just google what they found, i would learn more that way.

Dr. Michelle Bruner is an amazing person and a great clinician. She listened to all the problems that I had one by one and addressed each one appropriately. Even by the end she repeated the solutions for each one to make sure I understand everything. She doesnt push you toward any treatment just for making production unlike so many other doctors. I definitely recommend her to anyone whos looking for a great dermatologist!

The first appointment I had, they were running about a half hour late. When I finally did get called in, I was seen for about seven or eight minutes and that was it. An appointment was made for the following week. However, I got a phone call that the provider would not be there on the day they had set up and then I would have to call a certain phone number to get rescheduled. But when I called the phone number, the scheduler didn't have any idea what I was talking about.So far, I am not a huge booster of this place, but we will se how it goes.

Very poor operationally. The doctor is pleasant but claims no responsibility for the staff's recurring issues. Very hands off approach and unacceptable. Insurance deductable and out of pocket has been met for over 5 months and three family members went for a visit with two having the same issue. One family member(not the primary) had no issues and was checked out with nothing due which was correct. The next family member, myself who is the policy holder), was told that they had not met their family deductable and had to pay. We were at the desk at the SAME TIME using the SAME POLICY. So I had to call my insurance to prove to them because they wouldn't pick up a phone and insist on emailing someone else to find out. So two weeks later I take my son in for a visit after everything is 'taken care of' but he is refused care unless I pay out of pocket on the SAME POLICY that my wife is again in the building using at the SAME TIME with no issue. Lazy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid and find a real practice with a clue that is operationally sound.

Alex did a great job on my skin tags. The new office is very clean - but it is very hard to locate as they do not have a large sign that can be seen from the highway. Also - it has a drive thru on the side so I thought it was a bank. Nice new office - but a little far to drive compared to their old Sun City Center office.

Worst place ever. I recommend you dont go by what shows on their website as they dont offer over half of the services that are listed there at this office. I made an appointment and was scheduled for a microdermabrasion. When I get there I was told they do not do that at all! I took off the morning to do this just to be told they dont offer it. Terrible service and extremely deceiving website- false advertising.

First of all, scheduling an appointment with Advanced Dermatology is very quick and easy to accomplish. I went to Advanced Dermatology in Riverview that day in July because of a serious condition with my finger. Not only was I seen right away, but all the staff treated me with the utmost respect and professionallism. Once again I have nothing but the utmost praise for Tony Nelson for his exceptional knowledge and outstanding bedside manner. I can always count on Tony to accurately diagnose and properly my condition. I have referred several friends to Advanced Dermatology and Tony Nelson in particular. I would highly recommend this practice to eveeyone.
