When I chose Dr. Kirbo for my Breast Reduction I didnt have to think twice about it, He was very honest with me about my procedure and I must say it was worth it. He did an amazing job and Im only 3 weeks Post Op loving my results!! The staff is absolutely amazing and I wouldnt allow anyone else to tell me different.

I hate I've waited so long to give these folks their due. Dr Derosiers skills came in real handy to save my leg and foot. Obviously he's a top notch surgeon, but I am most impressed by how much he actually cared about my well-being. The extent he went to help me after my operations is unreal. I'm sure I wore out Chantelle and Robin with all my nonsence but they never have let me down. These folks know what they are doing.

I did my hair transplant in 2018. But after two years my hair looked the same. After asking about it, I was told that all my original hairs have fallen and only the transplanted hairs are there in that area. I am very unsatisfied with the results and loss of thousands of dollars that I invested.

Dr.Rosenberg performed an extended tummy tuck on my wife and the outcome is unreal. She looks absolutely amazing. We researched doctors throughout the US before choosing him and I am so glad we did. Her stomach is flat and the scar is so subtle. Couldn't be happier.

I went to visit Southeastern Plastic Surgery for a consultation. When I set up the appointment I asked if it was going to be consider a professional visit (for insurance purposes) and they had confirmed it.After 2 consultation visits where I was not treated for anything, we just talked about the case, I received an outrageous bill because both visits were logged in their system as emergency visits (how can you make an appointment for emergency visit is not clear to me).I then called in explaining what I was told (my visit were considered professional visits) and settle the bill as 2 professional visits. A couple of months later I received a letter where I have been asked to pay the same co-payment I had already paid. I provided proof of payment and I was told that everything was fine.I now received a collection letter for those 2 co-payment. When I called in to discussed this issue, once again, I was told that their system bills double, once for the doctor and once for the facility. Why nobody told me this and kept confirming that my visits were professional visits (so only 1 co-pay per visit) is beyond myself. This is a very bad business practice.I feel I have been lied to and forced to double pay even though I asked explanation even before entering the office. To top it all off, they even sent my double payment request to collections.I discourage anyone to work with Southeastern Plastic Surgery until they fix their internal billing system which is clearly messed up. The doctor I had the consultations with, was professional and the visits were pleasant, but this unfortunately does not make it up for the poorly handled billing issue.

I just had a laser therapy treatment done for a stubborn birth mark and it has been a great experience! Kristen is wonderful. I've seen her a few times and she is always extremely professional, friendly, and informative. The procedure was a little painful but completely manageable and Kristen did a great job explaining everything before she began. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful and the cost was resonable. Would recommend!

I go to Kristen for medical botox treatment for hyperhydrosis. She really helps me feel more comfortable and confident, she is always professional, and she makes what could be a painful procedure seem easy and manageable. She is amazing!

I had a completely different experience from those described. I was able to get an appointment fairly easily to consult on use of injectibles to plump up my lips. The scheduler apprised me up front about the consult fee, and explained that it would be a credit to future services. She also mentioned that services might be performed in same visit. I was skeptical that this would actually occur, but it did!I had arrived on time for appt, but as new patient, did not arrive early enough to fill out new patient paperwork, but no problem. I was still seen pretty promptly.I also inquired about skincare products. I mentioned that a friend has good luck with Obagi and was prepared to upgrade my products, because I'm rather frustrated with how my skin looks. Rather than get a sales pitch on a comprehensive (expensive) system, it was suggested that I try a particular individual product, rather than jump in to a whole new regimen all at once.Lastly, the PA was very skilled delivering the injections and very professional. Process was a little unpleasant, but not painful- I think that this was in large part to her skill, but it's my first time, so not much to compare to. So far I'm quite pleased with the results

M husband just underwent an emergency procedure for Stage 1 Melanoma. We saw Dr. DeRosier, who was able to squeeze us in with only a day's notice.We were amazingly impressed with both Dr. DeRosier's competence and his demeanor. He explained everything thoroughly; he made eye contact at all times and answered any and all questions we had.He treated both us and his staff members with the utmost respect. I could not think of a finer surgeon to do this procedure. We would definitely use Dr. DeRosier if we ever needed further treatment.

I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Kirbo February of 2013. As soon as I came out of surgery and was awake I looked down and immediately commented that something was wrong. I had my husband help me to the bathroom so that I could look in a mirror where I saw that one breast was higher than the other. I asked that the dr be brought back in as I was very concerned. He was very firm with me and told me that I needed to calm down. Almost three weeks later I called and spoke with Rebecca Mayfield and told her that I was very unhappy with my results. The size was much smaller than anticipated and they were very uneven. She made me an appointment for the following day. I went in and spoke with Dr. Kirbo and he told me that he suggested I wait at least 6 months to see how my breast settled before we made any revisions. I expressed my concern with him about the cost and having to have another surgery and he told me that it was not something I needed to be concerned with and that they have so many return patients because they keep their clients happy. He told me specifically not to be concerned with that but to wait it out and when that time came to make the decision on having a revision that they would work with me on the cost. By 10 weeks post pardum I was even more disatisfied as you could now tell in my clothing that one breast is higher than the other. I made an appointment and again saw Dr. Kirbo. He told me that the pocket had dropped and that my right breast needed to be brought up. I reminded him about my issue with the size and he suggested going up 50ccs. His surgery coordinator, Rebecca Mayfield, was already gone for the day so he let me know that she would call me with the information for scheduling the surgery. She called me back on the second day after my appointment and informed me that he would charge me over $1000 to fix my right breast and close to $2400 to put new implants in. I explained to Rebecca that I was not comfortable with this as this was not a mistake I made. Had I at least came out of surgery with them even it would be different but from the moment I saw them I knew and commented that something was not right with them. She was very harsh and not understanding in the least. I made yet another trip to Tallahasee to get all of my records and she would not give me records of my appointment when I went in at 3 weeks post op very upset about them. Somehow, I had the appointment, spoke with the doctor and got advice from him and they have no record of it. I am very disatisfied and I stongly urge anyone considering this practice for cosmetic surgery to reconsider. I am a mother to three who dreamed about this for years and had to idea I would come home with uneven breast and a doctor charging me to fix his mistake.
