Dr. Paredes and his staff are by far the best around..from pre-op til the day of surgery they made me feel comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and comes across as a perfectionist and after seeing the beautiful job he did (breast augmentation) I can say he DEFINITELY is! I have anesthesia phobias so having to do this surgery was not an easy decision for me, but after meeting Dr. Miller the anesthesiologist I was completely comfortable with my decision to use this practice. Even the front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. There's nothing negative I can say about Dr. Paredes or his practice and recommend anyone needing corrective or elective surgery to schedule a consult with him. I hope to not have to have any surgery in the near future but if I did need it there's no doubt I would use Dr. Paredes. My review is true and all my own, I was not paid in any way for this review.

Hands down most talented, courteous and compassionate staff and doctors in this field. I had a scary find from my dermatologist of cancer on my eyelid. After Mohs surgery I would need complete reconstruction. I figured I would have a dis-configured looking eye after all was said and done but was positive that it was something I could remove, so at least grateful to be alive since I lost my sister to skin cancer. The staff and Dr. Paredes was so kind and comforting from arriving to their office, surgery and post op. I felt so calm thanks to them. The surgery went so well and only one month later you couldnt even see the scare. I truly think Dr. Paredes is a miracle worker. I am so grateful you cant even tell I ever even had the Mohs removal to begin with. Thank you Tallahassee Plastics for such a great experience and best outcome possible!

Dr. Paredes has been my plastic surgeon for 9 years and has been with me through every step of breast cancer - all 3 occurences and two reconstructions. He is one of the kindest, most understanding and thorough doctors I have ever been to. He listens, he makes suggestions, he pays attention to the smallest details and does incredibly fine work. He is honest about what he can and can't do. There is always a smile on his face and he works hard to put you at ease. It also helps that he is very good looking! I can't emphasize enough how much I respect him because of his surgical skills, his empathy and his focus on your wellbeing. His staff are of the same caliber - attentive, listen and communicate well, and assure you that are welcome to call them at any time.
