The staff at the front is rude. The billing department seems to be inconsistent. When you leave you're told you are paid in full and then when you return for follow up they say you have a significant balance. That has happened several times. I am finding a new dermatologist and suggest you don't use this office.

What a ripoff! You will be charged a $163 evaluation fee plus wherever you came in for. That is padding the bill. I was in and out in 3 minutes and charged $400. There was no evaluation and treatment was a couple of drops of liquid nitrogen. The insurance company and I were overcharged. I will not return.

The staff out front scheduling appointments should not cash their paychecks. Two and half hour wait. Hope your insurance carrier has a second choice. Plan A is the pits!

I am disgusted with the staff at this location.I had two Squamous Cell Carcinomas, one on my shin and one on the side of my leg. On December 5 the one on my shin was removed and I understood that due to its location it would take a while longer to heal. The second one was to be removed two weeks later. When that day arrived I was not happy with the rate of healing and a PA agreed with me. She examined it and told me to be patient. Three and a half months later it is still not really healed. At the three month mark I called the office. All calls go to a call center...yes they really are that big... a week and a half later still no call back. Also at the three month mark I discontinued the Gentamicin Sulfate salve that I had been prescribed and switched to Neosporin cream. Started to heal immediately.I called and left a message that left no doubt that I was disappointed with the lack of callback a week and a half earlier. I did at that point get a live call. She claimed no record of my second visit. Stated that I probably had a bad reaction to the Gentamicin and was generally dismissive of my concerns. I stated my reservations about scheduling the second one to be removed. This lesion looked AWFUL at my two week visit... should not that have prompted the review of what I was diligently applying? And about that missing from my records second visit... they certainly charged my insurance company for it! Except that they listed 'wound care' on the same date that the original procedure was done. By now, in my exasperating phone conversation, I am incredulous at the lack of concern, the breezy blow off of the mismanagement of my records. I made the statement, 'What the hell is going on here?' I was then rudely told that my bad language was not acceptable and would not be tolerated... to which I replied, 'You really have heard nothing yet. I will not be returning to this practice' before hanging up.

I did have to wait a long time but I was very impressed with Dr. Mc Bride she was very good on check me over she answered all my questions she had a very nice bed side personality she did not rush her assist was Lso very nice Rosann the only bad I can say is the wait
