My experience with this office was the worse I have ever experienced in my life.Dr Phiilips was very rude ,disrespectful and violated all Hipaa rules! I am very disgusted and appalled with the treatment I received while at a recent visit. This is a shame that I had to go through this and hope that another human being is never subjected to this.
