I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jeffords and his staff! I first saw him for a lower face lift, and was so pleased that I have back many times. After many years of laser treatments (which really make a difference) I finally decided to go for a full face lift 5 years ago and have been thrilled with the results! No one knew what I had done, but commented on how happy and rested I looked. It continues to look great and I am not afraid to get a 'tune up' when needed. So far I have been keeping the skin tight by regular sessions with James, his fabulous PA who is effective, yet compassionate. It is without hesitation that I STRONGLY recommend Dr Jeffords and his staff for any Plastic Surgical needs.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Keith and his staff. As a surgeon myself they have been very accommodating to my schedule. When I first went in for consultation I wasn't sure if I'd proceed or not. After sitting with the doctor and seeing his passion for this particular procedure(male breast reduction) and seeing his remarkable before and after pictures I was quickly convinced and quickly scheduled. The surgery and post operative period have been uneventful. I'm only 2.5 months or so post op and I am already pleased with my results even though they will continue to improve. I always tell my patients preoperatively that there is no such thing as a scarless surgery though I strive to minimize scarring as much as possible. I can say that I don't anticipate any visible scarring at all from this procedure once I'm completely healed. Can't wait until the summer to finally go swimming without a t-shirt. I can not recommend Dr. Jeffords highly enough. He is an excellent surgeon.

I am 2.5 months post op and loving my results, totally natural and beautiful!! Dr. Jeffords did an amazing job on a very sensitive and tricky procedure (around the face and eyes). I am a female in my mid 30s. I was very nervous going in and right after due to the margin of error for the procedure being so slim... but his jovial and patient bedside manner put me at ease. His staff were very easy to work with and did a wonderful job a caring for me pre/post surgery. Even as I was healing, Dr. Jeffords was always responsive to my many questions and his staff were as well! I have had a couple of routine follow ups and look forward to planning more treatments with his team! I cannot recommend Dr. Jeffords enough. He is compassionate, ethical, will give you a direct answer if you are questioning doing something or not, encourages patient education, highly educated, kind, and extremely skilled in his surgical work! His work is SO GOOD that I had a check up with my GP whose nurse previously worked with a facial reconstructive surgeon. She was dumbfounded my surgery was so recent due to Dr. Jeffords skills! She couldnt believe how well my scar lines had healed and was amazed by the advance techniques Dr. Jeffords used... to me that says it all... when a seasoned healthcare provider does not even notice the work, you KNOW your plastic surgeon is a master at his craft!

Dr. Jeffords and his staff are amazing. I am in the medical field myself and have clients who are plastic surgeons. All my clients are great and highly recommended, but I wanted to get an opinion from a doctor who was highly recommended and someone that I didn't have a business relationship with. I had researched all reviews on two of my clients and was going to pick between the two, but came across Dr. Jeffords randomly in the Delta magazine rating him as one of the 'Best Plastic Surgeons in America'. I was curious to know what separated him from the other two doctors I had originally selected. When I went in for my consultation, Dr. Jeffords and his staff was so helpful and welcoming about the procedure I was going to have done. I left my consultation with no questions because all were answered and knew after consultation I was going to go to him. Dr. Jeffords made me feel welcomed and will always come to him for any kind of plastic surgery procedure in the future. The pricing was under budget of what I was expecting and always recommend Dr. Jeffords after my experience. I had breast augmentation and everything went great from before surgery to after. My results were natural and exactly what I wanted.

At first I had left a wonderful review, because I truly had a wonderful experience, that is until two chin liposuctions later and healed. And no one answering my requests, I had to update my e-mails, or consultation requests- I got Chin liposuction end of February 2018 - I did everything I was supposed to do, head wrapped, all of it. I had minimal bruising, I healed quickly. Except, I didn't see much of a change and ended up with a lump under my chin making my double chin look even worse. So, Dr. Jeffords had me come back in for another procedure around July 2018, Got another chin liposuction... I was hoping this would solve the problem. Nope. I have lost weight significantly anyway's so I'm sure my face has too, but I am still so unhappy with my chin. I still have a lump, or what I think is fat left ... & I still have a double chin. This is really disappointing. Can I see a difference? sure. There is a difference, but on what used to be my good side for taking photos, also used to be my slimmer side now has a lump that resembles a double chin, and it's not going away ... so I am unhappy. This is not the way I pictured my chin liposuction ending up. I see before and after photos of a lot of other patients that have gotten chin liposuction with other surgeons and most of them have WORSE double chins than mine absolutely completely gone. ( I also didn't have a huge double chin, Just a double chin do to the shape of my face and maybe a few extra pounds ... i'm young and it should have been an easy task to be able to remove it completely) However, Thats not my case. Which sucks, for spending time and money for what feels like nothing at this point, because I am still insecure about my face and my profile... I tried to contact Dr.Jeffords and his team a couple of times and no one will respond. I was hoping, since I started with them it would be easier for them to help me out, even if it meant I had to pay a little extra to get me where I want to be, but no one has answered any of my requests. I will be going to see another plastic surgeon to help me out and fix my chin. I'm just really disappointed. I know we can't often expect perfection, but I would've hoped Dr. Jeffords would've worked with me until the end to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my end result, but he didn't. I really think he missed the mark and didn't take enough fat out...

Regardless of diet, work outs, etc. I could not alter this area. I have invested a fortune in Spanx!!, LOL. Finally (not quite certain why I waited so long!) I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Jeffords. From the beginning of my experience to the very bitter end, he and his staff have been not only professional, but also so very kind and supportive. I cannot share enough how positive the experience over the past 8 weeks has been. Today I am 6 weeks post- op and have been cleared for normal activity. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imaged such a simple process could make such a HUGE difference. The only negative I can find with Dr Jeffords is that he is a PERFECTIONIST! During my post-op he had me return frequently just to make sure everything was healing exactly as he desired. I am 52 and have a family. I have had many opportunities to deal with Doctors. I honestly believe, Dr. Jeffords with his expertise; coupled with personal interest and care of his patients, is one of the top two Doctors I have ever dealt with.
