Then I found Dr. Wong from online reviews and decided to see him for consultation. The impression I got at the first meeting was Dr. Wong is very patient, experienced, and trustworthy. He was also very candid when answering my questions. My instinct told me that I could trust him. He performed the surgery successfully and delivered the result better than I expected. It has been 6 months since the procedure, I am really happy with his work. I highly recommend Dr. Wong to anyone who is seeking a plastic surgeon whom you can trust.

I had my surgery just over two years ago and I am happy to write a review after having lived with the results for some time. Dr. Wong listened carefully, understood my goals, offer a number of options, and carefully explained the pros and cons of each. The surgery went well, and the recovery was easy and uneventful. About six months later I had an additional fat transfer to fill out and improve the appearance of my breasts. They have healed well, and both feel and look entirely normal. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Dr. Wong. I also recommend and Maria, who assists Dr. Wong. She is very competent, well informed and provides a calm, supportive and positive environment.

Dr Wong is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He devised a program and procedures and schedule to make my crows feet and forehead wrinkles disappear and less prominent. Overall a great experience with a kind Dr. I'm satisfied with his results and value.

After checking out several doctors I decided on Dr. Wong to do my breast reduction surgery, two weeks post op and I know I made the right decision. During the consult he patiently answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or like I didnt have his full attention. He walked me through the surgery and told me what to expect, one thing being little to no pain post surgery. True to his word I had ZERO PAIN never needing any pain killers, not even Tylenol! Dr Wong is absolutely the best and my only regret is not doing the surgery years ago.

He explains in full detail what you will experience and will answer any questions ( I had silly ones) that you have before and after the surgery. Dr. Randolph Wong is a kind, call, compassionate and wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend that you meet with him when you go out for consultations with other surgeons. I think its great that he does not post personal photos of his patients online very often but you can see his work in person during your consultation. He spent over 90 minutes with me going over the various options. If I ever decide to remove my current implants which are still holding on after 20 years- I would choose him. Oh and Marie is fantastic and super sweet and should be cloned.

Dr. Wong and his support staff of Maria and Mrs. Wong were all knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring. Dr. Wong himself did a great job. A few years ago, he had done some work for me, and now, at 64, I was getting some loose skin on my neck, my jowels, and my eyes. Dr. Wong spent as much time as I needed on my consultations and on follow-up appointments. After the surgery, I had no pain but was quite uncomfortable due to the expected swelling. I also had a lot of bruising and chose to stay at home until the bruising subsided. Now Im out and about, and friends tell me that I look great. People dont believe that Im a grandmother. Today I had an eye doctor appointment, and the doctor was impressed at how young I look. She also said that sometimes people have very dry eyes after the eye procedures, but that Dr. Wong had done a very good job of preventing that from happening. Dr. Wong has told me that it will take a year for the full benefit of the surgery to show, but Im already happy with the result. Thank you, Dr. Wong!

A highly professional and personable team. The receptionist Maria accepted my call when their office was closing, she scheduled me a consultation for the next day, and Dr. Wong himself called me back within a 5-minute time period; all responses I did not receive from the several doctors I contacted beforehand. Their office is a quiet, clean and intimate space where you can easily feel comfortable because there is no overlap between patients checking in. The procedure was for my hand and wasn't even cosmetic, but he insisted on performing surgery the day of my consultation. He was very confident in his examination and thoroughly explained any information I needed regarding the operation (preparation, cost, recovery). The entire process was complete in a couple hours and he provided the materials/medication I needed. I had a follow-up the next day as well as 6 months later. He performed cold laser treatment and a complete examination both times. Overall, Dr. Wong should be a first choice when deciding on surgery. He is honest, patient, understanding, and most definitely knowledgeable. Contacting his office is effortless and one visit will eliminate your uncertainty.

I returned home from a cruise that had a horrifyingly intense magnifying make-up mirror in our suite. I was aware that my under eye area was looking 66 years old but was not prepared for the moment when I first saw myself in that magnifying mirror. The eye bags were way worse than I had imagined and as soon as I returned from my trip I made an appointment to see Dr. Wong. The entire process from the consult to the surgery day and post-op appointments was easy and stress free.Maria, Dr. Wong's receptionist and assistant, was a gem all the way through and even assisted during the surgery preparation. Dr. Wong is truly a 'Master'in technique and knowledge. In 20 years of receiving treatments, I have never experienced another Physician with Dr. Wongs experience, knowledge base and most importantly technique. I NEVER bruise with Dr. Wong (I bruise easily) and he injects 'far fewer times' to accomplish same as other doctors. Consequently I hurt less and look better immediately.The staff are incredibly nice and Dr. Wong takes as much time as I need to feel comfortable and have all questions answered. I have also received an amazing series of facial micro peel treatments by Mrs. Wong. My skin has never looked so radiant and clear. I feel pampered and my most beautiful self when I leave. Dr Wong is unrivaled!!! I first met Dr Wong during a Blepharoplasty [upper and lower] consultation. I was ready to get Tight & Right!!! It is my tendency to be very animated; and when it comes to medical procedures, I will literally research myself into a frenzy of a thousand questions. But calm Dr Wong never wavered. He patiently listened to all my comments, answered all my questions, laughed at all my jokes and looked up all of my questionable Google facts. Although I was hesitant to believe him, turns out all I needed was a little filler. It takes a master of the human anatomy to see beyond the skin, beyond the misinformation, beyond the mirror, beyond WedMD and beyond a laypersons idea of what they think they need.Two ice packs, one needle and 20 minutes later; I became a Selfie-queen! I couldnt believe the transformation. You know you look good when your husband says Babe, whats that doctors name again?LOL. Its been 3 years since my first visit and I look forward to my annual visits. It comforts me to know that any procedure I come up with or happen upon online will be analyzed and tempered to the point of PERFECTION.My most recent procedure was tag removal. I am genetically inclined to developing tags in concentrated areas. This time the tags were on my neck and chest. On this visit, Dr Wong was a bit of a pain in the neck [Hahaha]. Anesthetizing the tags was a little painful [tiny pinch], but the laser portion was easy breezyno pain, no sound and no smell. By far, this was my best tag removal experience, ever!I have yet to face the knife, but when that day comes I want Dr Wong to be on the other end of it.
