Got diagnosed, had a waiting time for treatment and when I complete the waiting time I returned for treatment and the office had LOST all my paper work and patient records. I was so excited to be out of pain and comfortable in my own skin and here we are having to do another waiting time of a full month!! Very discouraged to go back!! Everyone apologized but didnt give a valid reason to why they lost my records. Lacking in professionalism if you ask me. Very hard decision to make weather or not I return. If you choose to make an appointment make sure you baby sit them and take copies of your records..

Though the doctors and their assistants are professional and thorough in their care, we feel the reception area staff members are impersonal. Instead of greeting us cordially and using our names, we are met with, 'May I have your picture ID and proof of insurance?' Those are verified then robotically told 'Have a seat, we be with you in a few minutes.' Staff members need customer contact training.

Both my spouse, Gordon and I feel blessed to have access to dermatology specialists such as these providers. I was treated very professionally by the staff members who looked at my skin and knew right away what I was dealing with and how to treat the rashes and skin growths that had worried me for a long time. My only regret is I should have made an appointment a lot sooner. I'm using the prescriptions and already my skin is clearing-up nicely and feels so much better. The examination by Dr. Flygare was alright, but the save he perscribed dor my rash cost $176. at the Safeway pharmacy, which I thought was way to much, so I didn't get it and canceled my return appointment. My medicare insurance doesn't cover prescriptions.

Other than a long wait in the patient room, my experience was excellent. Saw Travis Taylor, NP-C first and he took excellent care of my and injected my trigger finger with cortisone. Was careful and gentle. Explained everything well and was very knowledgeable. Had 3 X-Rays of my very old injured ankle which was placed on the computer and then waited a while longer for Dr. DiBenedetto to arrive. He was very personable and covered everything briefly. Added two websites for me to peruse and learn about a possible future ankle replacement! Talked about X-Ray results and the ongoing damage to my left ankle. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Even attempted to burn me a CD of my X-Ray to take home. Unfortunately it did not work.

at Ponderay everybody is great I know most of the people there, however your nurse at Coeur d' Alene doesn't know anything about rosacea medication.

I've been using the cosmetic side of NID whom I love. I'd also like to say the Dr I saw was fantastic but i've now been waiting 17 days for biopsy results. They were polite enough to call me 10 days after my appointment to tell me they were having to send it too a second lab but c'mon.... 17 days is a long time to sit/stress/ wait. I called again today (6 days later) still no lab results. I've had tons of biopsies and this is my first experience with this kind of wait. I don't know if i'll go back.

I'm posting this review for my mother Margaret Sieber who saw an MD at your clinic in Sandpoint. When she got home asked her how things went and she was distraught. She informed me that the doctor that had seen her had taken a brief look at the palms of her hands from about a foot and a half away and told her that she had psoriasis. She continued to ask some questions because she is not new to skin conditions and has had eczema her whole life. He was rude and sarcastic when she questioned his diagnosis having never had a spot of psoriasis her entire life it seemed odd to her so she asked if eczema could develop into psoriasis(reasonable question I thought not ever having been told you have it before and not being an MD) . He responded by telling her 'well no it isn't a transformer'. She also tried to explain to him that she doesn't have a few of the other symptoms he was asking her about, his comment was ' well I have been doing this for 30 years'. I understand that experience is huge but it doesn't give anyone the right to belittle someone which is very much how my mother felt. She has very sensitive skin it reacts badly to most lotions which she tried to explain to no avail. The doctor didn't seem to take into account anything that she had to say, never offered to do a biopsy to determine what kind of psoriasis it is, not to mention if it is psoriasis he also never told her how sever it is, if it is ( Mild, moderate, sever) which with a small amount off looking sounds like it can be determined with a short questioner. He then prescribed some creams and sent her home felling like an idiot( which she is not, she is a highly educated women) for asking question that she did not get answers to and was ridiculed for asking. This is not how hard working people paying a lot of money and taking time out of their lives should be treated, they deserve respect which was not given by your MD. I could go on but I think my point has been made.

Extremely disappointed in my experience here. My partner, who has had mystery bites for months as have I, went in to get a prescription to treat scabies (which i had just been diagnosed with through a simple skin test that showed a typical female mite and an egg under the microscope. This diagnoses was done by Elizabeth Vennos, MD from Bellingham Dermatology). North Idaho Dermatology refused to do the simple skin test to double check and instead insisted on a blood test. I am appalled with this service. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

For years I have been embaressed about my skin and the flaking with my Psorisis. I have tried creams, sun booths, shots and ointments spending thousands and thousands of dollars and feeling like my Drs. just didnt care.TOTALLY different here!! First day in they gave me options and encouragment and then reccomended a bio treatment and in the first 2 weeks it has decreased over 30% and made my skin smooth and not so flakey. I can't wait to go back! They are even battling with my insurance to make sure I am covered without making me bankrupt.
