Dr Randolph and staff have been wonderful to work with. The entire process from consult through prep, surgery through recovery, has been so easy. The staff is thorough, educated and followed through on all items and requests. They helped with all my insurance needs to ensure everything was taken care of prior to my procedure. Dr Randolph is a very compassionate and kind surgeon, and her work is phenomenal. I couldnt be happier with my decision to move forward with the surgery, or with my decision to work with Dr Randolph and her staff. 5 stars all around!

If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Randolph and her office team are awesome! So kind, attentive, and the results I had from reconstruction were amazing! Dr. Randolph cares about the patient as a whole. She spends time answering questions and she will be honest with you. The only bad thing about having such successful outcomes is that I will not get to see her and her staff on a regular basis again!

This is by far the best place in town. The staff and everyone always make sure you are heard and comfortable no matter what the procedure. Dr. Randolph is incredibly good at what she does and she really listens to what you want and explains everything before any procedures. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Randolph and her staff were very welcoming to me. Everyone was kind and had a smile on their face. I was unsure of how I'd feel about going to a place to get surgery and they quickly made be feel right at ease. I couldn't help but smile when I was being so well taken care of. I felt like everyone really listened to my concerns and my reasons for wanting to get surgery. I was nervous about how to go through the process of submitting my surgery request to insurance. At my first consultation, they explained the plan for my surgery and helped answer questions about insurance. They made this process very easy for me. I left that appointment with a clear understanding of how my surgery would go and that put my mind at ease. On the day of my surgery, I was greeted with the same amount of enthusiasm and compassion that I received since my first appointment. Again, Dr. Randolph made sure that she answered any questions I had. After waking up from surgery, I noticed an immediate relief. My back and neck no longer hurt and it was easy for me to sit up straight. The healing process was not at all as painful as I was expecting it to be. I was excited to go over my results at my post-op appointment. During that appointment, Dr. Randolph did an excellent job of explaining how my surgery went and what I could expect for a recovery timeline. Dr. Randolph is attentive to her patients and I felt that she was just as excited for me as I was. This surgery has completely changed my life for the better! I'm able to fully enjoy life and participate in activities that I haven't been able to do in years! Prior to surgery I was also very self-conscious of how I looked; surgery helped me gain back my lost confidence. I feel like since surgery my life has reflected how transformative these surgeries can be, not only physically but emotionally. Whenever I talk to anyone I know who is interested in having a similar surgery I always tell them my story about my wonderful care from Dr. Randolph. After my final check in at one year post-op, I was honestly sad to be leaving Dr. Randolph's office without having a future appointment scheduled.

I was so concerned about what it was going to look like after. She was very attentive to my concerns and did an amazing job on the procedure. My experience with Dr. Laura Randolph has been amazing. I had a breast augmentation done in December 2018 and had mentor slightly over filled mod-x implants put in. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed and she was so helpful in answering all my questions. I could tell that she was listening and really cared about what I was wanting done, and truly helped me in feeling so confident in my decision. Her staff was so friendly and even sent me flowers the day after my procedure! I'm now almost 4 weeks out, still with some recovering to be done, but couldn't be happier with my results! Highly recommended!!

I was referred to Dr. Randolph by a dermatologist, for a very simple removal of a pea-sized cyst on my face. For some reason, Dr. Randolph decided to have it done in a large medical room with 4 other nurses who did nothing but make jokes, play loud music and make me uncomfortable. The procedure took 5 minutes. I received a bill not long after stating that I owed roughly $2000 for the simple cyst removal, even after my insurance had paid thousands of dollars themselves. On top of that, i had been forced to hand over $500 BEFORE the surgery, DURING my consultation, with NO prior warning. So about a week later, the cyst comes back. Obviously Dr. Randolph didn't even remove my cyst properly. She agreed to have the surgery done again at no charge, but this time she performed the surgery in a typical consultation room. And it took5 minutes and no other nurses were there. She THEN informed me that she COULD HAVE performed the surgery in a consultation room the first time (and i wouldn't have had to pay $2500 out of pocket) BUT she chose to have it done in the expensive surgery room with 4 nurses (who were not needed in the slightest) instead. In short, i paid $2500 for basically no reason, the surgery was performed inadequately, AND it was botched the second time too, because now i have an unnecessary BUMP where she stitched the incision back together sloppily, and i will probably have to have that imperfections fixed by a better, much more skilled plastic surgeon in the future. For now, my face looks ridiculous and she is lucky i haven't decided to take legal action. Yet.

I cannot say enough about Dr Randolph and her staff! Amazing group of ladies! I set my first appt for a breast reduction on Jan 15 , 2019 and Susie was always so polite when I emailed her asking her questions. By April 11th I was heading to Bloomington for my surgery. They were so quick and professional with everything. Never felt rushed at all. My preop appt the dr new I was nervous and she talked to me and asked me what I was worried about. She actually cares. Surgery went great and I couldn't not be happier with the outcome. Granted I'm still in the healing process but I'm loving the zero pain in my neck and back that I've had for years. They prescribed me pain meds and I haven't really needed them but here and there. I just did what she told me took it easy and slept. ALOT! People that see me now cant believe how great I look and how quick I am able to do normal stuff. I've had two friends on the fence about surgeons doing some procedures for them ask me for her info. I cant say enough and highly recommend this lovely facility. The women are amazing and Dr. Randolph is a miracle worker. So caring and honest. You'd be a fool to go anywhere else!!!! The experience here is great from the beginning all the way to the end!!

I traveled from Chicago to Bloomington to have my surgery with Dr. Laura Randolph. It was very important for me in choosing a surgeon that I have full faith that the surgeon would listen to what I wanted and act accordingly. While this should go without saying, I did not get the same feeling of trust with other surgeons I spoke to. On the day of surgery, I met with Dr. Randolph who took her time explaining everything to me in a kind, gentile and patient manner. My surgery was in the afternoon and it was late by the time I was in the recovery room. At no time did I feel rushed or that Dr. Randolph was in a hurry. I felt that I had her undivided attention from beginning to end. I am ecstatic about the results of my surgery. The outcome is significantly better than I expected. I can not say enough about the talent of Dr. Randolph.
