I have been regularly getting hydrafacials and other treatments from Alyssa, Twin Cities Esthetician, the last couple months! My wedding is coming up next October and Alyssa has been working really hard to get my skin wedding ready! I have noticed such a difference in my skin since coming to Twin City, and following her recommendations. Alyssa is very professional and does such a great job explaining as she does treatments, while still making it such a relaxing experience! All the other staff at TCPS has also been so great to interact with every time I come to the office!

If there's one thing I hate, is to be lied to. I previously purchased a Triple Retinol Complex product by SkinMedica, here at TCPS. The product worked great for the removal (peeling) of hypopigmented discoloration on my neck due to a chemical burn. The superficial layer of skin was actually Black & I saw one of the best Dermatologists in Chicago, an internationally known physician. The Triple Retinol Complex peeled the skin fast, as it was strong and fast acting. The product was discontinued and I went back to TCPS after speaking to staff first, who said their Retinol Complex 1.0 was just the same acting as the previous Triple Retinol Complex. I was told the 1.0 was stronger than the .5 and others. However, after I spent $93 on the 1oz bottle and a bit more research, I discovered that not only did staff LIE about the 1.0 vs .5 or .25 (that's just the sizes and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with strength or active ingredients) but the product works nowhere near as efficient as the previous Triple Retinol Complex. I knew they'd scammed me after only a week of using the product. After a few days (approx 4) I called and they said they do not return products or exchange. That in itself told me they were just scamming me with their false product information and what they advertised to me about the product. LIES & SCAMS says a lot about a business. I'd known Dr. Tattini for approximately 8 years & I'm surprised that he'd employ and staff member that is crooked and I'm even more surprised that he'd subscribe to such a practice or policy that generates revenue based off LIES & FALSE ADVERTISING. Although the 'advertisement' isn't posted in writing, verbal advertisement from a staff member trying to make a sale is just as bad and it's just as illegal and unethical. What's worse is that the staff said to keep using it and give it 'a chance to work'. That's their way to ensure that an unsatisfied customer uses the product up and time passes. Either way, even after 3 or 4 days, they said they wouldn't return or exchange the useless product. Every now and then when I've had to deal with fraud or some low-level business or crooked person, I have to remind myself that I'm in Bloomington. I'd definitely recommend that anybody wishing to do business would do themselves the favor and drive a little further and seek the professional services of somebody else or go to Chicago. 'The Back Woods' is no comparison for Chicago or New York City spas and their professional staff.

He doesn't try to sell you on things that you don't need... love that about him. The whole staff is great and the ladies in the office are super friendly! My friend told me about Paige Holt plastic surgeon and how very skilled she is with breast augmentation surgery. After a couple of appointments I decided to get the breast surgery, Paige is very easy to talk to and puts you at ease and answers all your questions. I was first introduced to Twin City Plastic Surgery by having Dr. Randolph perform a breast augmentation in 2011. Then I discovered the Oasis Medical Spa! Having really bad acne, Oasis Medical Spa offers chemical peels, micro needling and skin care regimens that are life changing! I really had an issue with the scaring acne leaves behind so after having 3 chemical peels, & 3 micro needling treatments I'm so happy with my skin, I highly recommend micro needling over the peels because the results are amazing! This will vary depending on your personal concerns. The staff is friendly and very informal on what is best for each individual. I sent my mom in for a consult and she went with peels. 5 stars

I came to Dr. Tattini office for a consultation on a breast reduction. I have been plagued with the annoyances of large breast for over 40 years. I went on his website and found many favorable reviews and thought he might be a good fit for me. I was right. I was immediately impressed with the office staff, nurses and Dr. Everyone made me feel comfortable, answers questions and didnt pressure me in any way to make a decision. Upon my decision to go ahead with the surgery I met again with the doctor and he was very helpful again in explaining what was going to happen. They were able to schedule me quickly and easily. I had my surgery a week ago, I received a call from Dr. Tattini that evening as it was out patient surgery checking on me. The staff continues to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I love the results. Cant stop smiling.
