What a great experience. From the moment you enter you are professionally taken care of, just as it should be. Dr. Pinski and the entire staff are concise and informative and always concerned with your experience with them. All of my questions were answered, information and/or printed materials given and full disclosure of how procedures are done, what it will cost and absolutely no rush to schedule anything. Definitely feel that I am being forced to overpay for a visit and leaving without proper care!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at the Bourbonnais location. While there was no improvement, and the treatment did not work for us, we were told to keep coming back, and no alternative treatment was offered. We ended up going to a different doctor that took the TIME to look into the issue, and recommended an alternative treatment that actually worked. Payed the expensive bill last Summer, and got an additional bill from this office 16 months later for the same visit! When I called he Chicago office to inquire about it, there were no concrete answers, and the lady was not able to justify it, neither did she tried to help. She told me that that the bill needs to be payed, and hang up the phone! Very unprofessional! Very disappointed!

I had a skin infection issue...saw the PA first...not impressed. I think she diagnosed my issue properly, but according to another doctor she didn't. I made a fuss and said I wanted to see a real doctor. He was good and i felt like he knew what he was talking about.My big problem is with the medical assistants and office staff. They are so disorganized it's pathetic. I saw the doctor on a Wednesday. Said the office would call in 3 prescriptions for me to pick up at my local pharmacy. I got real busy during the day and stopped at the pharmacy after 5 pm. There was only ONE prescription that had been called in.The next afternoon I called Pinski....told Jessica that 2 prescriptions had not been called in. She said it would be taken care of. Once again I was busy working. I got a voice mail from Jessica saying that the prescriptions had been called in around 5 pm. I waited till almost 8 pm, went to the pharmacy and they had NOT been called in. Pharmacy manager even checked the voice mails while i waited.....nothing.At this point I am going to show up there IN PERSON first thing tomorrow morning and ask to speak to the boss and am not leaving until I get hard copies of my prescriptions.Oh..and I almost forgot the medical assistants. I called TWO TIMES with a question and was told 'one of the medical assistants will call you back.' Didn't happen that day, and I had to call again the next day...did not get a call back until around 5 pm...... Good, knowledgeable doctors, but front office and medical assistants have no clue what they are doing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I took my 2 year old son here because he had Mulluscom on his cheek. The Doctor that we saw was great. She had a bunch of solutions and allowed us to decide what was best for us. Once we made a decision she was very patient and understanding that with a 2 year old things don't always go as planned. The Bourbonnais location was so clean and the people were great!

Doctors are wonderful. However, if you are a new patient with a particular concern, be sure to state that you want a full body scan upon making the appointment. The office staff (not doctors) will deny you that service if you did not discuss it ahead of time and make you bring your child back for another appointment for the balance of their body. They would only allow one site to be observed. I was saddened by this. Who knew how to define the appointment protocol as a new patient making an appointment. They need to be trained to walk you through the options because I have learned that there are OPTIONS to the services received. One mole... not all moles unless otherwise contracted.

Stay away from this place. The staff is arrogant and rude. The 'ladies' behind the counter have the worst attitudes. The doctor refused to listen to me when I explained the medication I took for years and need. Instead made me use cream that cost $50 that didn't work. After arguing on the phone with the idiots behind the counter the doctor sent over the cream I asked for I been taking for 30yrs that works immediately. Then they made a follow up appt and never told me. today I opened a letter saying I owe $50 for a missed appointment. Can't wait to get $50 in pennies and dump them in the office.

I LOVE Peter he is nice funny and totally honest. Like I had to get a steroid shot or do antibiotic meds,and I was like what do u think is the best decision and he was like the big guns,aka the shot,so I thought about it for like 2.5 minutes and he was like while I was thinking it's going to hurt (the medicine also burned when it went in me) I thought about it some more and I was like the shot. So he is soo honest and so kind. I love him to pieces!!!
