I called after hours nurse for shortness of breath, the nurse said she was going to make an appointment for me to be seen the next available day. She then stopped setting up the appointment and told me I need to do it myself. I told her I couldnt and asked if she could make it for me. She huffed and hung up on me. When I called back to speak with a charge nurse, I was told to go into the er and that she will not be setting up an appointment. I told her I couldnt because I didnt have child care during late hours. She said there was nothing she could do and that Im an adult and I need to make my own decision, she cant make them for me. Um its not a decision, Im not going to take my children into the er and take the change of getting them sick. I asked if there was anything I could do at home to help my shortness of breath, she laugh at me and and told me no with an annoyed attitude. She said again there is nothing they will do for me. They have also messed my medication refill date up. I had to wait almost a week and when I tried to show proof they must up the date and begging them to correct their mistake, I was laughed at, yelled at, mocked, called a liar, and so much more. Ive also overheard them joking and talking about other patients. I really dont recommend this OSF. Its worth The drive to go elsewhere were you know you will not be treated like garbage.

Omg I saw a rat there in the bathroom toilet, not very clean and not very professional, you guys made me sick as hell
