Its been two years since my sons corrective ear surgery and we are very grateful to have found Dr Terrasse. He did a great job and is very caring and wonderful with children. My son had a very complicated case so we really needed someone like Dr. Terrasse. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has children. Great bedside matters!

Dr. Terrasse is the type of person that was born to be doing he is doing. He is an excellent, straight to the point, personable doctor. I and two other women in my family had breast reductions done by him and all three of us were listened to, respected, cared for, and treated as we should be. He doesn't beat around the bush which is the type of personality you need as a surgeon. If you are serious about the type of procedure you want and want an honest, wonderful doctor, go with Dr. Terrasse. He's not just fun and nice to be around but he does excellent work and is willing to answer after hours calls no matter how much you bother him if you have any concerns, and will put your mind to ease. I highly recommend him for any procedure. I have a friend that had cancer and had a reconstruction done by him and she couldn't rave about him more. Go with him if you want truly amazing service. His staff is very wonderful and sweet as well. His office is clean and very cutely put together. I couldn't speak higher of him.

This place has the rudest staff Ive ever encountered They have horrible customer service nobody acknowledges you till its time for you to come to the back, when the receptionist sits in the front the whole time. Then once they take you back after youve already waited 15 min to get back to the rooms I waited 35 min just for the doctor to come in. I also was told I had to pay all the money the day of my apt even tho I had good insurance. The refused to let me get a payment plan. I do not recommend coming to this office.

My son was bullied at school because of his ears. They stuck out and he idn't like to go to school. This past summer Dr. Terrasse did surgery and Mark looks perfect! Dr. Terrasse did my breast reduction in August 2015. While at the time I thought he did a great job, the end result is completely unacceptable. My breats are shapeless, wide, still large, and uneven. I recieved a second and third opinion on my breasts, and they both agreed that my surgeon did a poor job in closing the stitches and removing extra skin. This was surprising for me, as Dr. Terrasse has done some amazing work and is well known for what he does. Looking back, I remember how he did not attempt to alleviate my worries at all through the process. He was intimidating, and condesending in his responses to my moms questions and my questions. Now, I am sad to say that I was too trusting that he knew what he doing. Yes, my breasts are smaller, but Dr. Terrasse left the skin too loose when stitching me up, which has caused them to quickly become saggy and shapeless in just a couple of years. This is a simple mistake that he should have known better than to make. 3 years later, Im happy that my cup size is significantly reduced, but I cannot emphasize enough how dissapointed I am with how they look. They are not terrible, but they should look so much better and even after a procedure like a reduction. Would not come to Dr. Terrasse again.

I never write reviews but after my experience I knew I had to share my outstanding experience. I came in to see Dr. Terrasse as a new patient. It was an emergency as a dog bit my face and I needed stitches. First of all the service was outstanding. Being that the doctor was booked solid for the day they managed to get me seen within a half hour. When I arrived the place has such a warm feeling it calmed me from me crying in pain. They immediately put me in a room that was pre set up for my needs. The patient examination chair headrest was something I've never experienced in any other doctor office. It was the most comfortable headrest. Every doctor office should have that head rest! It's the smallest details that made this place so amazing. Things you don't ever experience in other doctor visits. I don't know about anyone else but I'm terrified of needles. Knowing I would need a injection to numb under the lip (the dog bite split my upper lip in half). I didn't feel a thing when Dr. Terrasse preformed the injection. I thought my face was going to never look the same but the moment he finished and I saw myself in the mirror I could never repay him for the unbelievable work he had done. Thank you Dr. Terrasse for everything! You truly have a gift!!
