Historically low pay for the region, unskilled, uneducated management. Extremely high turnover rate. 4 hours between 10-minute breaks. Shift hours are subject to constant change due to inability to keep workers. You are allowed to leave for the day once the next shift's manager lets you go (your shift's manager works no more than 10 hours).They hire felons and addicts so that they can exploit the wages down to nothing for everyone.Their business model is to employ as few people as possible to maximize shareholder profit, expecting the few individuals who remain to operate upwards of 3 machines at a time... machines that are not necessarily next to each other.The temperature inside the facility is 90 degrees on the coolest days, upwards of 120 degrees near Press #1 and they do not employ a first responder. They refuse to recognize heat exhaustion / heat stroke as a serious condition and they do not provide any means to mitigate these conditions.You are not allowed to listen to music while working. They offer no benefits to speak of and there are no pay raises beyond a modest cost-of-living increase of about $0.20 cents per hour.The automated system that aided in cleanup at the end of the shift broke 5 years ago and was never fixed so cleanup every day now means shoveling soaked poly bead from a trench behind the line of machines into hoppers. Most shifts run between 11 and 13 hours long. There are 2 10-minute breaks and 1 20-minute lunch throughout the shift.The supervisors are petty and unprofessional, prone to berating employees for their inability to run multiple machines, pack and make boxes simultaneously.The machines, themselves, are poorly maintained by no more than 2 non-certified mechanics per shift. Scalding water leaks from the pipes above your head while you work and the floor beneath our feet is always slick with drenched foam bead.Foam Fab is a literal hell that refuses to improve its environment.
