I have been to the FMCH several times over the last few months for cataract surgery for both eyes and yesterday for a badly sprained ankle. Every time I have been there I have received excellent treatment. Every interaction I have had with any doctor or staff member has been positive - helpful and friendly.

People should never be traumatized AFTER reaching the ER .Should have known from past experiences but was unresponsive in the ambulance. Reviews not allowed less than one star. What a joke except it's not. Hospital of horrors over my lifetime

Was brought to the Emergency room on a Sunday afternoon after an accident falling from my horse. Very helpful, very supportive. Ended being flown to Iowa City, once my injuries were assessed. They even saved my jeans, boots and shirt! Thanks everyone. Good job!

Absolutely horrible. Went to Dr. Agronyo to get established in the area since I was new to the area. 5 minutes into the appointment she said I was crazy and needed a shrink. Dont trust anyone at FMCH. Horrible hospital. I would go to my hometown hospital before I went to FMCH

I won't go into detail about the care my loved ones and I have received in the past except to say that both mine and my significant others lack of proper care by certain people that were there at that time was terrible. However, there are some great people at FMCH that DO provide good, quality care. This is not about them. Shout out to the radiology and orthopedic department for giving me excellent care and treating me with respect and dignity!

Not sure how my wife can have a mammogram, it has a flaw ( shadow) so they want to take another for which they said no charge, but now charge us for it. We asked to talk with a certain person about this, wasn't allowed to do that. Was told who ever said there wouldn't be a charge was wrong. Not happy at all.

My husband & I love our Internal medicine physician. She always has time to sit down & discuss symptoms and goes the extra mile in providing care. Unfortunately, FMCH administration has determined she has to leave. Not sure whose bright idea this was! As elderly persons, we do not wish to visit the walk in clinic or the ER for our needs. Apparently money rules at FMCH rather than patient needs.

There waits are ridiculous the least they could do is check your vitals or fever. I've tried to give them multiple chances but everytime I take my family I just end up going to another hospital

At FMCH, there is ZERO point in having a GP. I see doctor Anderson as my GP but if I get sick, or need to see her regarding a medical change I need to make an appointment 5-10 days out. Which is astronomical and ridiculous. When I call to make an appointment for an illness they tell me to go to the walk in clinic, however, the policy at the walk in is you can only be seen for one thing. So if I am having nausea and diarrhea I can only be treated for one or the other. I understand needing to limit the time for walk in patient, but the FMCH wall in treats your symptoms not the cause of your symptoms. If you arent able to go to the walk in, they tell you to go to the Emergency Department, where again, Ive gone and never had blood drawn, urine tests run or anything. My symptoms have been treated and Ive been released. FMCH is not looking to treat patients and cure them they are looking to treat patients and get them to leave them alone. My health, my choice, my decision to not go to FMCH unless I dont have a choice.

I'm not one to complain, but the service of this hospital is terrible. Don't get me wrong, there are some amazing people within the staff, but also many that are so rude and careless. Good luck.
