Dr. Cusick performed 2 surgeries on my left arm in 2010 and 2012. He closed and reduced a wound on on upper arm, an injury that later lead to elbow issues. He performed an epicondylectomy that due to its nature of injury risked not being successful. 6 years later I'm thrilled to report that everything is still functioning flawlessly. I appreciate Dr. Cusick's attention to minimizing scarring, and everything he did to give me my arm back!

I was referred by my primary care physician to Dr. Cusick to have scar tissue removed from my lower lip from a fall I had several years ago. Since the first visit I've always felt comfortable in the office. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Wait times are very short if noticeable at all. Even after I'm in the examination rooms the wait to see Dr. Cusick is minimal. From an outside perspective it appears that the office is ran efficiently. After meeting Dr. Cusick there was immediate trust that I felt. This helped when it came time for surgery as I wasn't worried because I trusted that he would do everything wonderfully; and he did. I'm very happy with the work he completed. I just recommended Dr. Cusick and his staff to my best friend as she is wanting some plastic surgery in the future. Like I told her, 'It's honestly one of the best visits compared to all other doctors and offices. They make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and Dr. Cusick does all that he can to make sure you're happy with the results.'

Dr. Cusick has performed a variety of procedures for our family members. We have all been extremely pleased with his professionalism and the sincere interest he has in his patients. Dr. Cusick takes the extra time to truly listen to his patients and to address any concerns that they have. Whether removing a small growth in his office, responding to an Emergency Room visit when our son was in a bicycle accident, or performing a more major surgical procedure, we have been VERY pleased with Dr. Cusick! His office staff members are very friendly and helpful. They remember people and call them by name, which shows their care for the patients of the practice. We would highly recommend Dr. Cusick!

A few years ago I severed my upper lip in an accident. Having heard that Dr. Cusick was a skilled and respected plastic surgeon in the area, I looked to him to perform the reconstructive surgery as I was concerned that without proper treatment the injury would cause a permanent deformity. He made the time to see me on short notice and his staff was incredibly helpful and friendly through the process. Though the lip was mangled, Dr. Cusick was able to restore it to remarkably good condition with no visible scar or deformity. I would highly recommend Dr. Cusick to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

My trouble was not with Dr. Cusick it was with his billing department. His website offered Complimentary Breast Augmentation Consultations. When I arrived, they stated I needed to pay my $60 co-pay if I wanted to bill insurance. I had no way of knowing if I wanted to bill my insurance without receiving a consultation. I was not allowed to see the doctor before providing my $60. I provided them with a print out from their website. It did not matter. Dr. Cusick stated that 'insurance would not pay for my augmentation.' Therefore, there was no need to pay my $60. I called the billing department and they state they would not refund my co-pay even though they advertised Complimentary Breast Augmentation Consultations
