I'm over the moon with my results! The staff is so accommodating and genuinely invested in your experience. Dr. King is a body sculptor, and a perfectionist. and I trust her with all of my body modifications!

Unfortunately I feel it is time to leave a full review of Dr. King. January 2019 I had a procedure with Dr. King. Post op I had numerous complications and was eventually diagnosed with MRSA and retained foreign body. Prior to that diagnosis Dr King had always been responsive and attentive. After being hospitalized Dr King stopped all direct communications with me. I ended up being on Iv antibiotics and having another surgery. Since then Dr King has never discussed the situation, offered an apology, or inquired about my recovery. Its now has been 10 months since my surgery. In an attempt to be professional I had always left her an open invitation to discuss her side of the events. Last week I contacted her attorney to offer her another chance to tell her side of the events. My only request was an open and honest conversation. I have never asked for money just information and why her actions changed. Unfortunately I am left with the scars, disfigurement, and pain. I wish I could move on but there are constant reminders I was mutilated by a doctor who has no concerns. The person I trusted with my care fired me when I needed treatment the most. I needed answers. I had others counting on me and was trying to run a business while dealing with an infection, foreign body, and drain. I had a doctor managing my antibiotics but no one following my care. The radiologist ended up ordering my follow up ct and helped me find a surgeon to remove the foreign body. With the lack of concern from Dr King I was left with no one managing or checking my drain. I went two weeks between any type of exam or bandage change which I was left to figure out on my own. For these reasons I can not recommend Dr King. I had initially wondered if it was just emotions and the involvement of others but that does not appear to be the case. I feel I have no choice but to continue with the investigations. It is too bad this couldnt have been resolved without the state board and malpractice insurance. It is even more unfortunate I feel the only way I am going to be able to discuss this is in court. There is a high likely hood that Dr Kings insurance will increase and she will get to revisit this every time she applies for a license, insurance, etc. I will receive a small percentage of any settlement and live with the scars and disfigurement. In the end the winners will be the attorneys.

I had an excellent experience with Kansas Surgical Arts. I have seen both Dr. Oberhelman and Dr. King for several appointments, and have had work done by both of them. I had an abdominoplasty and brachioplasty and the results of both have been amazing. They have always made me feel comfortable and cared for. I had really good luck with all of the staff, especially Kaylin the patient coordinator. As someone who is really skeptical I have a hard time trusting most doctors, and from day one I have felt confident I was making the right choice with KSA.

Wanting to go to Kansas Surgical Arts - Don't waste your money. I bought a 6 treatment package for hair removal and I have as much hair as I did when I started. I kept asking her to turn up the laser each time I went because the quantity of hair that was not growing back was undetectable. I've now had several follow up appointments past the 6 treatment package and NOTHING. I just got on to make another followup apointment and now the facility that I went to is PERMANENTLY CLOSED, so now I have to either drive from south of Andover to the west side of town, or start with a new package at a whole different facility. Keep looking. This isn't the place for you. Too bad too because I had planned on having several things done after the hair removal treatments, but I will definitely look elsewhere for anything I do in the future.Good luck to you all if you decide to not listen to the reviews

I call to book an appointment and the lady said hold on and she keep me on hold for 25 min I hang up and call again I ask about what I was interested in and she literally said hold on and send me directly to leave a message ?? Really ? Wow ! Never feel this bad before for someone because they have lost a good client.

Called to get a max price or a ball park range on a lipo tummy tuck and the lady was rude and stated she would not give it to me ... I told her I was able to get a range from everyone else but she would not give me a range .... so I will not be spending my money there. I will go somewhere else

I had SO MANY countless poor experiences with this place. I really wanted to like it! (hence, I kept coming back making excuses that the next time would be better over a 4 month period.) To not get into the long messy stories here are my top dissatisfying experiences:*COUNTLESS Price Misquotes (which cost me hundreds of dollars more!) -- I had to feel embarrassed BC of the misquotes (that's the reason I called ahead of time for the laser hair removal prices to begin with.) also-- other prices were much higher than expected at the end (dysport)--- (but those were only like $200 more -- not a few thousand, thank goodness!) *they forgot to have me sign disclosures until AFTER procedures were finished. *Products that took two months to get in AFTER paying for them in advance.*several appointment mix-ups (east or west?!) *appointments set with the wrong person when I specifically asked to have them set with a particular person- so the inconvenience of traveling there on my time off and then having to reset my appointments. *misquoting -- again. Too many Times! *uneven lip injections --people would ask me if my right side of my lip was stung. I was told to wait and look like that for several weeks until they decided it was okay to fill the other side. I CLEARLY could see the other side was tiny in comparison the first day. I had to justify to them why I deserved to have the other side filled for free. *The way my lip injections were done caused me to have VERY deep smile lines for some reason. I didn't even address it BC of all the frustration I was already dealing with. *being transferred to speak to someone else WITHOUT being told. The person would simply say 'just a moment I'll look into it' Then another person would pick up the phone and I would have to explain everything all over again. This is BIG for me, BC I work in customer service and we are coached NEVER to do this to customers. There wasn't even 'ill get so & so' on the line...Just straight up cold transfer. That feels like call avoidance. I was asking basic questions-- not irate but speaking in a friendly tone. Now I would understand if I was a total jerk and called in screaming (which sometimes I felt like doing ) however, I wanted to be the bigger person and talk things through, like I expect from my escalated customers at my job. I'm a new person So I expect respect. Bottom line, this place is unprofessional, unorganized, and mistreats their customers to make extra money. If that's not how they meant To come off--ALL THESE things should be CORRECTED! I cannot be the only one. I had a few good experiences, like my facial lady was very professional (probably the very best person there!) However due to all the things I had to go though I may never return-- but that facial lady (not naming names) is the best and I might try her again-- however their prices went up in facials so I may not.I hope this helps you make your decision!

I went to KSA to get botox and juvederm. They are like artists and are so serious about doing a fantastic job for the patient. They take their clients well being and satisfaction very serious. I totally love their friday pricing for botox. Go, you won't be sorry.
