It was my first time doing micro needling and I had a great experience. Gloria explained every step and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. The Dr and her staff are very friendly. Dr B is extremely proficient , well educated and stays up-to-date with techniques and trends . Dr B provides you with post care instructions and guidance. She cares genuinely for each person and helping you achieve your desired goal. Gloria is the esthetician and who I see for facial services. All I can say is Gloria is an amazingly wonderful lady. I look forward to my appointments with her. Her demeanor is pleasant and relaxing . Whenever I leave my appointments from Gloria I look and feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Gloria as well goes above and beyond taking her time with you. Another staff member is Jazmn . She has done 2 of my face injection visits. Both visits with Jazmn included her giving me lip filler and botox. She helped me decide which areas and fillers would work best for my needs and the look I wanted to achieve. She took her time , speaking with me and looking over my facial expressions and then gave me feedback on what products will work, how often each one is needed , how long it will take to achieve and maintain. Again, I can not stress how pleasant again I am always pleased with the staff, from making appointments , getting services to leaving. Grace is the front office lady. She is the person who helps get your appointments, assists with any reschedules, does intakes, manages your account even helping you with any reward or perk programs the vendors offer, takes payments and she stays as informed as possible to help get you the answers you have as soon as possible. I have had cosmetic services in California , and still this is the best staff and facility yet.

I have only had one visit for Dysport, but will definitely come back. I love the fact that there is no pressure to add extra services to you at your visit and you are not pressured into more. I left feeling very confident and will certainly return to this location. Sandy was excellent and very professional. I have been to another place to have disport and I am very impressed with Sandy that I will drive to her from Louisville. Highly recommend!

I came to the Center for Plastic Surgery for laser hair removal. I've had laser treatments done before and it does work for me when done correctly. I was excited about the price, but also that it's overseen by a doctor. I am incredibly disappointed in how this experience has gone and do not recommend this office for your laser treatments for the following reasons:1) Despite the fact that this is a physician's office, I have never once met Dr. Bouzaglou. I figured she would not personally be doing the treatments, but I had at least thought that the consultation portion of my initial appointment and maybe a plan for my skin type, etc. might be planned out by her.2) I have never once been brought down for my appointment on time. My appointments generally start 10-20 minutes after their scheduled time. It is not due to other patients still being in treatments, but rather that the office staff are all chatting behind the main desk.3) I'm inclined to believe that the examination table in the laser room rarely gets cleaned if at all. The sheet that covers it is always bunched as if the last person was just sitting on it - and I imagine they were. They also have a privacy cover that the technician just takes back and folds up when you're through with it. Considering the 'personal' nature of many treatment areas, this is incredibly disgusting.4) The amount of time allotted to each of my appointments is not nearly the time it should take to laser two complete legs. 20 minutes will not get through both thoroughly and the fact that I'm never brought down on time means that this time frame is even more cramped causing her to speed through treatments even more.5) The technician moves far too quickly and doesn't even come close to providing even the minimum coverage needed to successfully treat all follicles in the legs. As I have stated, I have done this before, and when done properly, removal is complete for me in 7-8 treatments. I have now been through almost two complete packages (6 treatments each) worth of treatments for one area and there is still a ton of dark hairs left in large patchy areas. If the laser pulses are arranged properly, there should not be any thick dark hairs left untreated following 11 treatments. I tried for my legs as well and the pulse sites were so far apart that there were two inch patches of hair growing in normally in between the sites where the follicles had been impacted by the laser. I've mentioned this to the technician many times, and she insists that the laser is still hitting everything even if she doesn't pulse there and this is completely untrue. To ensure complete coverage, professional salons overlap each pulse sightly - even Tria lasers come with this instruction, so it's unacceptable to not be doing it. I've counted and the average number of pulses per strip of thigh or lower leg is 5-6. Considering that the head piece of the laser is about 1.5' maybe 2', there is absolutely no way that she is completely treating the whole area.6) Upon purchasing your package, you'll find that there is no guarantee of any results whatsoever - which conveniently gives them an excuse for why you're not seeing any results when in fact the service is to blame. I had hoped to be through with these two areas by my wedding, but I'm quickly finding that is not the case. I expected to need two packages worth to get through, but having to consider buying a third do to the incompetence of an employee and lack of management is completely unacceptable. At this point, I could have bought one package from the big name laser spa, and come out on the other end at the same price - with a guarantee too which is something I didn't get here. I would have saved myself a ton of time and money, especially that I'm now going to have to go there anyways to get this sloppy job finished. Going into this, I had considered using Dr. Bouzaglou for other minor cosmetic treatments, but considering the care they put into their laser service, I'm not confident I'd be happy with the results of anything else this office offers.

Went here over year ago using Dysport groupon. They talked me into getting additional Dysport. Said Dysport is not as strong as Botox and I needed more Dysport to get same results as I normally get with Botox. I ended up spending twice as much as the groupon value - over $300 - and many of the shots were very painful. I am very experienced in getting Botox and never had this problem else where. Very disappointed and I will never go here again.

I came in wanting lipo on the backs of my arms and on my stomach because I was unhappy about the extra fat in those areas despite efforts to get rid of it. I was talked out of surgery and steered toward 'cool sculpting'. On my first treatment, Dr. B said she had never done this before so we are going to 'see what happens'. Didn't really give me a feeling of confidence. The day after I got my first treatment, I noticed huge bruises on the backs of my arms near my armpit where the suction had been. I didn't think it was normal. I told the doctor's office and they acted shocked, which made me uneasy, but the bruises went away after a week and it was ok. I'm thinking 'well since she has never done this before, obviously she missed where she should put the cups. Hopefully this won't damage my results.'On my next treatment, I went in for my appointment at 9am, and waited for about 30 minutes to be brought in for my appointment while the receptionist chatted with someone at the window. Keep in mind this person wasn't a patient and they were having casual conversation, so it really annoyed me that she just let me sit there while she talked. I went downstairs and was told Dr. B wasn't even there to do my treatments, but the nurse was going 'to try to do my stomach' even though she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing either.So we treated my stomach and was told I had to come back for an extra appointment to do my arms. Keep in mind that at this point they are raving about how much my arms have changed and I didn't see any difference. Still nothing said about my stomach.I come back another month later (the earliest appointment they had) and she treats the backs of my arms. which was the final treatment, still nothing said about my stomach. Now I did begin to notice a difference in my arms after the second treatment, however, one arm is concave in the back on top and still fat on the bottom from incorrect placement of the vacuum. During this treatment, on one arm my hand started to go numb because nerve was being pinched and she had to come in and stop the treatment and re-adjust. So that took an extra 30 minutes. Didn't hurt, but again made me think she placed the suction cup in the wrong area AGAIN.After that I waited six weeks to come in a let them look at the final results.I went in Tuesday 8/23 for my follow-up and she talked about how great my arms looked and everything. Well I had noticed on my right arm that there was still a very fat area of my arm above my elbow that didn't match the rest of my arm. I showed her how the back of my right arm was concave and she goes 'well I think only you notice it'. I'm thinking, THAT'S THE POINT. I notice it and I don't like it. She said 'well I can fix it, but it won't be for free; I'll give you local on your arm and we can suck that fat right out because I don't want to use the cool sculpting on that area. I'll give you a discount' She leaves the room and a nurse comes back with a $1100 bill for the correction. This is for a correction on the spot of my arm that was the whole reason I went to see her in the first place. Keep in mind I already dropped about $3800 for the treatments I already had. So at this point I'm pretty irritated and walk out. I can't believe that she was an amateur on this machine and since she treated me incorrectly, wasn't willing to fix her mistake. I get that this kind of treatment doesn't have a full guarantee, but when I come in for one area to be treated and fixed and it not, that's frustrating. In fact, it was the area completely around this area that was treated.Btw, she also never even acknowledged my stomach treatments or asked about them. I won't be going back here again. I recommend looking at other offices for treatment after this experience.
