I recently went here to get laser hair removal. It was my first time doing the removal and first time there. Everyone there was so sweet and so accepting. Dr. Sanchez made me feel extremely comfortable. Brittany walked me to the consultation room and she was so sweet. Claire W was the very best. I was so nervous and she calmed me down, walked me through the process and took my anxiety away. She also made me feel like I wasnt being judged. This experience/place deserves more than 5 stars! Thank yall again! If you want to go a place that treats you great, this is the place to go! Oh, and their prices are so reasonable!

I had Mohs surgery with Dr. McDaniel for skin cancer yesterday. Although my diagnosis was scary, Dr. McDaniel and her staff were extraordinary and made the process so much easier. They are so nice and friendly and explain everything so well. I so appreciated all the extra touches such as a map being included with directions, the ambient lighting in the waiting room, coffee, TV, snacks and even the light lunch of sandwiches. This is an all day process and they made it very comfortable to be there. I highly recommend Dr. McDaniel and QnA and should the need arise, I wont go anywhere else. I just moved to Ponchatoula about a month ago. I saw QanA on Instagram and followed them, I wanted to find a new place for all my injectables. I liked what I saw online and talked to my new neighbor about Botox and she mentioned QanA as a good place locally to go and the reviews were good. I called to make an appointment and was told about their Botox special. The person I spoke to was very nice and very pleasant to talk to, I was excited to find a new place thats only about 3 miles from my house. I get Botox about 4 times a year, I get Juvaderm twice a year, I use Latisse, Ive done cool sculpting 4 times. I love events, specials and trying out new products! I am gonna age gracefully, darn it! My husband works in San Francisco and had to leave earlier than expected so I had to take my 5 year old and 2.5 year old with me to my 11:10am appointment. I was told to come 10 min early to fill out paperwork, I came in 15 min early. There was about 7 people in their waiting room, there was a Botox event going on. I saw people go in and come out, after about 30 minutes the waiting room was empty. My children were getting restless but after I put on the Disney app they were good. 20 minutes later, now 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I have to go. My kids are ok now but its nap time and who knows how much time I have before the meltdowns start. I dont think waiting 50 minutes is acceptable. I was upset, I spoke to the lady sitting behind the desk and told her I have to leave, Ive been there 50 minutes and I havent even been seen yet. She said Theres an event today, were a little busy and it takes longer. I said, I understand that, I have been to events, planned events and had events, I was never told I could expect to wait an hour to even be seen due to an event. Then she replied, Well, I didnt talk to you so I dont know no apologies, no accountability. Just I need to wait longer due to an event. QanA obviously doesnt value their clients time. I did my part, I showed up early, I waited, and waited and waited. When I got to the car, parked right out front, I realized it had been an over an hour, not 50 minutes that I waited. So it seems to me, to wait an hour or more before youre even seen is perfectly fine with QanA, in fact, standard operating procedure especially during an event. And I am the one with the problem. Ok, Ill take the thousands of dollars a year, I spend in injections, facials, waxing, face/body products and anything else they would call and say Hey, you gotta try this! somewhere that values my time.

I absolutely love QNA! Ive been recieving laser hair removal treatments and laser genesis on my face. My treatment results so far has been AMAZING! My skin is glowing from laser genesis & its helping to remove/reduce my acne scars. Ive been getting so many compliments on how glowy my skin is. My laser removal treatments has also been great, I received the first one towards the end of October and only had to shave twice in between treatments (second treatment was in January due to my busy holiday work schedule). I've taken my kids to Dr. Benson's derm office MANY times, friend's kids and I have gone to Dr. Benson for the last 10+ years at QnA for Pearl Fractional laser treatments, fillers and Botox/Dysport. I also have my mother seeing him, too. We love him! I've also seen Dr. Malinski and had excellent results-she is amazing too! I've had facials and laser treatments with the ladies in the spa and they are awesome! Recently while scheduling a routine procedure at a doctor's office, the staff member told me she thought I was at least 15 years younger than the age on my paperwork. I told her that I have a great dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon--Dr. Benson. Over the years, he has not only taken care of all of my skin issues, but I have also had Smartlipo done on my neck, legs (with Cellulaze), and abs, CO2 resurfacing under my eyes, and Botox & fillers. I now can wear clothes I could only have dreamed of wearing before (no more thighs rubbing together as I walk!), and I don't feel so tired looking since I no longer have thin, wrinkled skin with dark circles under my eyes. The Botox and fillers are simply amazing! Dr. Benson doesn't over do them, so I feel like I look rested and younger looking--not plastic or distorted. I have known Dr. Benson for years, and he has done many procedures on friends and family members of mine. We all have been so pleased with our results. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone with years of experience, a caring manner, an excellent staff...and mostly results that make you look and feel better.
