Awesome service from the staff as well as Dr. Richardson. I am terrified of the dentist/orthodontist, however, Dr. Richardson is not only highly skilled in his profession, but he is also mindful of my dentophobia. He and his team were sincerely calming during my procedure.I must add that their COVID-19 protocol is spot on. The reception area, offices, and staff are clean and safe! I recommend this practice to all.

I had my tooth removed today. I was not the nicest person at all because of my fear of the needles. The staff was so patient, nice, sweet i do not even want to stop complimenting the staff from the from desk to the assistant.Now let's talk about the dentist Dr. Neeru B. Singh was so gentle, patient and nice. AND I CRIED LIKE A BABY because of my fear. She is my favorite dentist from now on!!!!!! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much i feel already so much better

Anyone who has needed dental work, particularly extractions, knows how painful and traumatic it can be, but also who you choose as your doctor is. I've taken my two youngest children to Dr. Richardsons practice and could not have been happier for the experience. I wish I had known about his office sooner when my oldest had a few teeth removed. Yes, they are professional, most are, but what sets them apart from others is there overall atmosphere and how they treat you. Not only are they courteous, professional, polite and patient, but he and his staff take their time to walk you through everything that's going on, any procedures that you need to have done until you're good with it. They encourage you to ask questions until you comfortable and I understand whats going on. There is no pressure, just reassurement that they are there for you and give you the information you need to be able to make informed decisions. When you find a doctor that you know you can trust you really do have to stick with them, hence why we drove over an hour and a half each way for each of our appointments just so I would know that my kids had the absolute best care available. I honestly cannot recommend a better office for having oral or facial surgery. Again being able to trust the competency and professionalism that you receive when you walk in their door, there just aren't any words to describe it.

This is a wonderful place. My daughter was so scare about the procedure. But the doctor and her assistants were magnificent. They talked to her kindly even when it was a busy time. They were on time and very considerate and so proffesional.... I travel an hour to come here but it was a great decision. She enters the place so scare and came out happy...

Since I walked in I fell in love with this place. Its a beautiful environment, very clean, they have a very professional staff everybody is just so nice and welcoming. They dont make you wait like other places they even took me 30mins before my appointment. What I loved about this place is that they have appointments right away I called them and I got an appointment literally the next day. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible and even though they didnt have any spots available they opened up a spot for me the next day of my consultation they got my wisdom teeth removed. I really appreciate them because not all the places do such a great service like them

I had my impacted wisdom teeth out yesterday at the Richardson Center and it was the best experience I could have hoped for. I have pretty bad dental and needle anxiety and they took my phobias seriously, worked quickly and efficiently as a team to put me under before I knew what was happening. I woke up what felt like a second later and had no pain until later that day. It's clear they were gentle on my jaw and lips; I've had a tighter jaw just from a filling before. Even before the surgery, Dr. Singh was so thorough and compassionate at my initial consult. The day of, Dr. Richardson was cheery and funny and helped relieve some of my stress. I can't recommend this team enough.And on top of the wonderful care, they are very affordable. I had a deductible and have to pay 20% out of pocket and their prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Thank you so much!

I have Graves disease, a generalized anxiety disorder, and an irregular heart beat to top it all off. They recommended general anesthesia and Im so grateful they did. Before I could even think about panicking everyone was talking to me while Dr. Richardson carefully inserted the IV into my hand. I very quickly started going to sleep and remember saying wow I think its working. Next thing I know Im trying to talk to the nurses through the fog of anesthesia. One of them gently put me in a wheelchair and took me outside. As soon as I got home I slept and by the time I woke up I wasnt bleeding anymore. I ate some porridge and took my medicine and now I feel great! As if I didnt even get four wisdom teeth out. My face isnt swollen, the stitches are neat, I mean I really have no complaints. It only took around an hour. The worst part was the anticipation before the surgery! So if youre scared of everything like me, definitely come to the Richardson center theyll take care of you!

Dr. Richardson and his medical staff were exceptional!!! The customer service and care from his whole medical staff was superb. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed for braces. I was a bit nervous at first because of all the horror stories I was told from peers of their experiences, but my experience was the exact opposite. I was in low to mild pain for about a few hours after surgery, but by that evening I was up walking around and talking. Dr. Richardson is a consummate professional doctor, he's very well versed in his field, and he also makes you feel at ease with the surgical procedure being done. I would recommend anyone getting their wisdom teeth pulled to go to him and his staff of medical professionals.

This office is by far the best office in the world. They made me feel so comfortable. From the front staff to the back! I had the pleasure to work with Ms. Nick. Omg! Loved her too death. Also, the time management in the office is remarkable. My appointment was at 8:00am. Got there at 8:01. Got called back at 8:05. Now Im my car about to head to work at 8:17. Amazing.

I visited the Richardson Center to remove my 4 impacted wisdom teeth. The staff was very pleasant and thorough with the explanations of how to care for my mouth after extraction. I was very nervous about the process, but they assured me that as long as I followed the instructions provided and took my medication there shouldnt be any issues. One month later and my mouth feels like nothing ever happened! Im very pleased with my results!

I went to Dr. Richardson for a wisdom tooth extraction (two upper molars). The entire procedure was quick and painless as possible. Both molars were removed in less than 5 minutes! I was in and out of the office within 15/20 minutes. I would definitely recommend everyone visit Dr. Richardson for their oral surgery needs. He is very thorough and diligent. Most times when going to the dentist, one is filled with dread, however, at this clinic one feels like home. From the moment one walks in you feel welcomed (everybody is greeting you, and making you feel at great even though you may have to go through some pain:-). Dr. Richardson is super chill!!! I was ready to get my wisdom teeth out and my sister referred me without even telling me how awesome he is! (Quite the pleasant surprise). He has a nice sense of humor and made me feel really comfortable during my whole procedure. You can really tell he loves his job! I was in and out within like 15 min. (Not including the x-rays and numbing prior).The extraction was very quick and mostly painless (I did local anesthesia). Plus he played some good music in the background so it felt less daunting!! The staff are friendly as well!! 5 stars !!!

Yesterday was my first time stepping into Richardson Center. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and exceptional customer service experience I was welcomed with. I was treated very special by each and every staff that I met, their smiles were warming and I felt appreciated. I will say that I was stunned with my experience with Dr. Richardson, this man is unique. His charisma, sense of humor and how he explained all the possible outcomes of my extraction was amazing, this is something that I do for my patients daily as a health care provider. After my interaction with Dr. Richardson, I gave him a 10/10. He made me feel at home , relieved my anxiety and at some point I had to inquire if they provide other dental services e.g routine cleaning and all other services because I had no other reason to go anywhere else ever. As a matter of fact I called 3 of my friends that I know need dental services including my wife to refer them right away.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth out and I heard a lot of horror stories from people already had their wisdom teeth out. Dr. Richardson and his staff were extremely detailed and great at telling you the good, bad and ugly on what could happen during the procedure.I did everything Dr Richardson told me to do and I was pain free within 24 hours after the extraction. This was by far the easiest procedure I ever had done in my life. This office staff were fantastic and very friendly and kind. The staff was extremely helpful and professional.I would recommend this office for wisdom teeth extraction to anyone.

This is a first class operation. The facility/office is very modern, clean and nice. The front desk staff are organized, efficient and friendly. Doctor Richardson has the best qualifications and background, but he is also down to earth and friendly. My son recently had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and it could not have gone better. Excellent service and results. He is almost fully recovered after only 9 days with no issues and minimal pain and swelling. Highly, highly recommended!

Awesome experience. The entire staff was thoroughly profession in every way. Having a tooth extracted with bone graft and implant sounded like it was going to be very painful. Dr. Richardson made sure that it was not. He gave me the exact right amount of pain killer injection into the gum to make the entire procedure almost entirely pain free and made sure that I had the right follow up. The extraction itself was over in so short a matter of time that I thought maybe something was wrong. Outstanding! There is no other oral surgeon I would go to and no other oral surgeon I would recommend. Dr. Richardson and his team are simply the best.

He was knowledgeable, caring and put me and my fears at ease. That trust was well placed and I have continued to see him for all dental specialty work needed, including today where I had a wisdom tooth removed. It took him 10 minutes to remove my tooth; after a quick numb of my gum, I honestly didnt know the tooth had been extracted; that is a testament to his precision.
