I got surgery on my chest late February and had to wait during the coronavirus pandemic for the store to reopen. Granted that I understood these life events are unstoppable. What I didnt like was Sono Bello scheduling an appointment for me June 2nd without Dr. Dennis which wasted my time driving up there for 35 mins for a 2 min check up just to do the same procedure 2 weeks later! After my initial appointment with Dr. Dennis which was the exact same procedure the prior 2 weeks. I was suppose to get a call to schedule my next revision date to have my surgery the same day I left that facility. I didnt hear from no one two days passed. I had to make a call myself just to get told will be setting up a date for you to get your prescriptions July 14th. Mind you I already had my surgery in February and now I have to wait till July 14th just to get meds. Will I have to wait a month time after that date again just to do my surgery... Im really dissatisfied as Im hearing hes doing surgeries after Ive asked to talk to him the past three days with no response. Its like once youve done your surgery your on the back burner or something smh.Revise: Manager Dion assured me I will have my surgery soon and gave me a date. Hopefully my surgery date will be fulfilled I appreciate the explanation and her concerns.

My experience was more than great I just stop by their office 2 Saturday's ago and the staff was able to give me a free consultation and it was a great experience and I had my procedure Saturday the nurses was so respectful and caring the whole team made sure I understood everything and that I was Comfortable The Doctor is the best of all doctors That I have ever seen he has hands of a healer I wouldn't change anything Sono Bello is the best

The office was very clean, i was a bit nervous even for a consultation, and i met this AMAZING lady names Lindsay who's energy was so sweet, kind, understanding &very knowledgeable .. and some how she just knew EXACTLY what i wanted.. although due to my financial i am unable to do this procedure right now.. But YOU CAN BET i will be back as soon as i can be.. THANK YOU LINDSAY..

They have a horrible customer service . Is been over 6 months and they never can do my follow up apts because short of staff. Today I called earlier to confirm that was not issues with my appointment as what happened in the past and again drove 40 minutes after 30 minutes waiting was not nurse available for my appointment. Just be careful they are so good to get you kn but after your surgery there is not follow up ( they keep canceling) and there is NOT HELP. Even that you are on pain

Overall, if I were to do this again, I would not go to Sono Bello. Yeah, the healthcare practitioners are great and they did a good job, but this is 2020. I'm sure there are many practices with much better follow up and service. With my current experience, all the back and forth, I would not recommend them to anyone. EDIT: March 4.I had my procedure 3 weeks ago, on February 11. Procedure went great. Dr Paul and the nurse were amazing. At my 1 week follow up, I met with a nurse. She was amazing. Answered all my questions. I felt good, healing well. The practice manager stopped by to say hi. She's great. Good experience on that day. 3 weeks later, after following up, I finally received my second stage garment today. I had to follow up with them to request it, when it finally arrives, it's 2 sizes too big. Considering this is an item I should have been wearing from day 3, it comes across as they don't care. It's disappointing that I still don't have the right garment on Day 21. EDIT: February 10. So the team has gone above and beyond to make up for my initial experience. I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I was scheduled within a week. The preOP is thorough. Dr Paul addressed all my questions. He is very knowledgeable. My procedure is in a few days, Im nervous and excited. So far, Im impressed enough to change my rating from 1 to 5 stars. First POST: January 27. My appointment was 10:45. They tell you to arrive early, i did. It is now 11:15 and Im walking out- still had not been seen. Time management is a major part of patient care, if they cant manage that well, I dont know that I could trust their skills.

It has been a little over a year since I had my procedure done here. I opted to have 3 sections operated on, upper and lower abs and my waist. In total it cost me way more than I thought it should, but I took a leap of faith thinking it would give me the results I was looking for. With each follow up appointment I told the staff here that I didnt see any changes and they told me each time that it takes some time to notice. At my last follow up appointment the female taking my post op photos looked at the before and after shots as I was telling her that there were still no differences. I could tell by her reaction that she couldnt disagree with me. She told me there would probably be something one of the doctors there could suggest for me and that she would have them contact me about other options for improving my waistline and abs. I have yet to hear back from anyone. In addition, I must say that the facility as a whole doesnt seem to have an organized sense of staffing. Any time I was there it seemed like there was always some sort of scheduling issues and I nearly felt like I was inconveniencing the staff just by going to my appointment. I would highly recommend you use a different option to achieve the body image results you desire. This place is not the right answer.

Dr Banks and her team were awesome.I entered my surgery with a extremely large abdomen 47 inches and now i look amazing im down from a 16 pants to a 10-12 pants and this was all in 3mths.Im 60 and feeling so much better . The staff were so kind and helpful I could never thank them enough. OBF

I gave 5 star because I was not pleased with my surgery but with Sono Bello guarentee to fix the problem and they did. Dr.'O' was not the original Dr. who did my first surgery so what work for others didn't work for me. Dr 'O' is AMAZING AMAZING let me tell you this..OMG he sure fix my problem and I am well please. The office manager was great with helping me resolve my problem. I definitely recomend them to all of my family and friends. The entire staff was excellent

Went there for liposuction procedure. I have separation between upper and lower abdomen which 2 doctors came in and promised me this would be resolved with lipo not a tummy tuck. Fast forward 1 year after spending 7k, I was still left with this same separation and deflated abdominal skin and was told that I would see the doctor but only saw a nurse at each visit. I think thats poor business to make promises that are not kept and to take peoples money.

I havent had my procedure yet and will do a follow up review once I get that done, BUT I had to do a review because of my AMAZING experience with Sono Bello thus far. First of all, the office space is gorgeous and so welcoming. The receptionist was really sweet, my wait time to see my consultant was minimal. So, let me tell you about my consultant ERICA she was phenomenal... she made me feel so comfortable, she was so informative, answered all my questions, extremely patient, not pushy whatsoever, very understanding, worked with me I cant say enough wonderful things about her... she has made the experience a million times better for me and I truly appreciate it. She truly cares and is beautiful inside and out!!! I cant wait to get my procedure done!!! So happy I chose Sono Bello and I would recommend Sono Bello 100%!!

I met with Lyz for my initial consultation. I found Lyz to be very professional, personable and likable. She was also very informative, patient and answered all of my questions. She did not rush me...she made me feel like I was her only focus. My initial consultation experience was what made me feel comfortable enough to move forward. Lyz helped to put my doubts at ease. Today I met with Dr. Dennis. What a professional! Dr. Dennis and Nurse Julia both made me feel comfortable with the process. Dr. Dennis is very patient and explained everything. Nurse Julia and Dr. Dennis were very thorough. Dr. Dennis ensured that all of my questions were answered and they both asked me to write down if I had any further questions and advised me to bring them on the day of the procedure.I cant say enough about how positive my experience was at Sonobello so far. I have to say I put this off a few months because I was nervous. My questions were answered and that made me feel comfortable. I feel confident moving forward with the procedure.I will add to this after the procedure. I hope this is helpful for anyone who is struggling and wondering whether or not to do a procedure like this. All I can say is if you want to improve your figure and you have tried everything else--why not give this a shot. Just make sure you come to this location in Hanover Maryland.

If I could give a lower review, that would be what she deserves. Dr. Banks is too smart in the mouth and has no concern or care for her patients. When I was showing the area of concern on my body she simply said I cant fix what I dont see and when my daughter tried to show her she said well you fix it. That was very ignorant and uncalled for. She had a smirk on her face while I was addressing my issues and went back and forth with me about what we did and didnt discuss or agree to prior to my surgery. Beware! If you dont want to leave looking lopsided, uneven, and square, consider choosing a more professional and considerate doctor!

I had my surgery done Feb 15th, Dr O was awesome and that where it turned. I called to see if I could come in a little earlier for my follow up appointment and was told it had been moved to another 2wks out. I explained that I was having concerns and again was told they would see March 9th. I went to sleep Thursday night and woke to a burning pain in my right side, when I tried to get out of bed it hurt more than the surgery. Once in the bathroom I threw up became dizzy and almost passed out. My husband heard me and helped me back to the room. Took my temperature it was 104. Friday morning I called the center explained what was happening was put on hold for the nurse; she never came to the phone so the reception comes back on and says the nurse wasn't available but I could talk to the manager fine. I was put back on hold then eventually hung up on. I gave them my name a number 3 times and still havent heard from them. Ended up need IV antibiotics topical and oral as well along with extra trips to have blood drawn to make sure my numbers are going down. I'm never one to tell anyone what to do or think and my experiences may not be yours. But hindsight I wouldn't do it with this company again.

This place is so unprofessional I had an appointment at 2:45 a woman called me at 2:00 asking me to reschedule because it was an emergency in the office with one of the doctors when I told her I couldn't reschedule she was like okay well we'll see if we can move people around so you can go ahead and come in but it just so unprofessional I would not refer any of my family or friends to this place, don't waste your time...
