If possible avoid going here. I was seen for a fractured tibia and ankle. My first appointment took about 2 hours and I only spent about 5 minutes with the doctor. Went back and was put into a cast, to again only spend about 5 minutes with doctor Lin. I also dropped off paperwork that day from my job to have filled out that will allow me to teleworker during my recovery. I dropped it off on 11/20, here it is 12/9, still no paperwork. I call again last week only to be told it takes 7/10 business day....for 2 sheets of paper???? They do not care about their patients or their personal situations. Thank goodness my boss as been understanding or else I would have been out of work for almost a month now without pay. I am planning to switch doctors as soon as I can!

Doctors are amazing but the front staff, and phones are terrible. They dont do email or phone reminders for appointments. They dont answer the phone before 9 but start appointments at 7:30 so if you need to call them before 9 about your appointment you are SOL. It takes 2-5 times calling for them to answer the phone. They dont return calls token you leave a voicemail. Theyve messed up my appointments twice by looking at the wrong week when scheduling and then after I take time off and come in I am told my appointment was actually in a week. I would not recommend their office unless they make some serious changes to their front office.

I went here two weeks ago for hip pain. Waited for over an hour to be brought back and then have them realize there isn't a room open and they brought me back to the waiting room for another 15 minutes. When I finally got into a room I talked to the PA and she sent me for X-rays then one of their doctors came in said not a word about my X-rays he just wrote me a prescription for pain medication, that I don't want, and told me to see their pain management doctor. You also cannot reach them by phone and will listen to the phone for 10 minutes before it hangs up on you. Will never be going there again and I have an appointment with another orthopedic office.

This place is terrible every time Ive been there the wait has been hours and dont ever see doctor Peter Trent hes very nasty and disrespectful he questioned me about a visit I had with my GYN doctor and when I told him that I wasnt discussing that with him he yelled get out than and threw my medical records folder at me and when I told him I was going to report him and he said he didnt care to get out

The doctors are great, I've had 3 surgery by two different dr. Dr.Love and Dr Ferro, but I will say they have merged with another group and things are very bad with the service and the phones, but everyone is very nice and understanding but service must get better, so I can go back to 5 stars,,

Currently have. Been here over an hour without seeing anyone! Another woman in the waiting room told me she was waiting for over two hours last time she was here! Absolutely no concern for other people or their time! Extremely disappointed! Especially since my patient was a child. This will be. The last time I come here!

Quick and speedy service and very friendly staff, especially the ladies at the front desk! Did not push me to get unnecessary xray for a particular injury stating that the recommended treatment would be the same in either case. Appreciated them not trying to just make an extra dollar like so many other places. Definitely recommend!

Ive been calling since they opened up at 9 am on Wednesday May 1 with no answer. Get there at 10:30 am to inquire about an emergency. My mother was in severe pain at had been seen at the office before. The front desk personnel was very rude and unsympathetic to our issue. The front desk is the patients first impression and customer service should be a top priority. I would not recommend this office for any medical needs.

FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE TERRIBLE! MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR DR. LIN TO REVIEW HIS LAB WORK SINCE JANUARY 30, 2019, SO HE CAN GET HIS PRESCRIPTION REFILLED!! Dr. Dexter Love is just fabulous. Never arrogant or condescending, always respectful and fully informative.I highly recommend him for any orthopedic concerns. Office staff is well trained. Tip: go to the website, download new patient forms, fill out in advance. Makes first visit go faster.

Dr.Lin is Awesome! He not only make the pain go away in my bunion, my foot looks beautiful. I love the results! I was able to wear my 'approved' sneakers in a couple of wks time and walk immediately right after surgery. He used a 'hidden incision' as he calls it. My friends all noticed the difference! I'm soo happy!

The front desk checks patients in quickly and are professional/kind. Dr.Love took the time to evaluate the problem, and planned a course of healing that worked. He is knowledgeable and explains the problem as well as what is needed to fix it. He starts with the least intrusive tests/treatment that can fix the issue, but also explains the process if more intrusive care might be needed. When the patient leaves, they know what's wrong, what the course of action is, and what will be next based on the body's response to the therapy plan. Great place for any orthopedic need.

My appointment was scheduled while I was at the hospital for a follow up with the surgeon. My appointment time was for 10:30, I signed in at 10:20 and I was first told that I was not scheduled for an appointment then after getting that straight I have been sitting in this office waiting watching carry out delivery men bringing loads of food in while I am still sitting here. I am thoroughly disgusted, I have been here for 2 hours at this point and still waiting in the lobby! I have a broken ankle and shattered heel, I am in pain, swollen and foot throbbing!

Let's start with the people in the front office.... they really should dress more business like. I'm neutral about their knowledge/attitude they really should step up their game.Crystal, the surgery scheduler, you absolutely CANNOT reach her when you call AND you CANNOT leave a message because her mailbox is full. Very unprofessional! But when she calls you she is friendly. Dr Trent, I have to wonder is he getting ready to retire??? I just had my 2nd surgery on same problem in 5 months. 1 in July 2017, another in December 2017. This wouldn't have happened if he had fixed it the first time. Dr Trent does NOT give good restrictions or instructions. He is way to lax! This is costing me time and money away from work. Now let's talk about the wait time... A couple times I waited almost 2 hours... I refuse to do that again I will leave. These are small town doctors let's give the patients small town courtesy of getting there on time and not over booking!UPDATE: August 21, 2018. In June my new dr had to go in and undo what Dr Trent did and clean up his mess and check for infection. Less than 1 year from 1st surgery! I almost lost use of my arm thanks to dr Trent. 2 weeks later my new dr did a rotator cuff revision complete with pig skin patch, stem cells, rope, and more. If this doesn't take I will need a shoulder replacement. Dr Trent did not listen when I told him something was wrong, neither did the physical therapists. Instead they acted as if I was being lazy and not trying. I was not, I simply could not use the arm. My first surgery never healed, the 2nd was a boshed job, both dr Trent preformed. This all started with a partial tear of rotator cuff, after the 2nd surgery Dr Trent did I had full thickness tear and more! If I lose use of my arm, I will sue! PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW DR TRENT TO OPERATE ON YOUR SHOULDER'S. I AM FILLING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MEDICAL BOARD IN BALTIMORE, THEN PURSUING OTHER OPTIONS!

Crystal that works at this is the complete worst this office really needs a wake up call. They think they are better then others and they dont really care about the patients they are very rude when they call other offices and they lie on them to try to get them fired which is wrong
