My experience with this practice left me completely frustrated. The office staff and the doctors seem completely independent from one another. Im not sure if the doctors are even aware of the lack of communication between them and their staff, either that or its the doctors that are dropping the ball. My mom,myself and my sister called numerous times just to make an appointment with the doctor.My Mom, a patient at this office, was in terrible pain and unable to walk. No one ever called us back. My sister finally stopped by the office to get an appointment. It was around Christmas and New Years, a busy time. So we didnt get too upset; plus the receptionist said they were having phone messaging problems and apologized. Its been almost a month now and we are still dealing with the same disconnect. It took us almost a week of calling just to confirm a surgery date. I dont feel comfortable with this practice. All I can think about is, what if there were any complications with a procedure. Who would care enough to call back. No thank you!

Dr. Ferraro has been my orthopedic surgeon for many years. He's very simply the best at what he does. My knees have a lot of wear and tear from 30 years of hardcourt tennis and Dr. Ferrara's knowledge and care have allowed me to remain active. I'm deeply grateful for this.

Love Dr. Ferrero! Very personable and quick. Came in for heel Spurs and I left with enough knowledge that I don't have to make seven and eight trips back to see him! I wish all Drs. Where as nice as he was.I only had one grip and not enough to give his office a low score, but the lady at the front desk was really rude and didn't have a nice attitude when I signed in and wanted to know if she had received my referral. I'm hoping she just had a bad day and will chuck it up to that.

I had my first visit at this office, supposed to come in for cortisone shot, Dr. not available, so they scheduled me with a P.A. (Physicians Asst) who could do the shot... Long story short, she had never done a cortisone shot in a hip before (although the receptionist said she could..so I wasted a day for this nonsense) AnywayAfter my appt, I was told to make an appt with Dr. Trent.. When I went to schedule I asked for early appt because I had heard the wait time at this office was long, little did I know.The receptionist confirmed this and said that Dr. Trent... are you sitting down..... sees over 46 patients a day...okay so maybe he works long hours you say......well he sees 7, yes I said 7 patients an hour!!!!! That means each patient gets 8.5714 minutes of his time?? But, they say this to you like it's a good thing! I worked in health care for 12 years, quadruple (I know it's more than that, but you get the point) booking is NOT cool!I was horrified! So, I say..that is ridiculous how can you offer quality care? She says, 'Oh, he takes his time, that is why he runs over.' WHAT????? So, they over book, then take their time? I don't know about you...but I don't have time to sit in a Doctors office for 5 hours waiting for my 8 minutes. Also, If you don't give 24 hours notice when canceling you get charged. BTW, How would they notice you didn't show up with a bus load of people sitting in the waiting room!!! Hey Docs! Wake up, we patients are people too, our time is just as important.. And you consumers, they will keep doing this if no one says anything. So, speak up!!!!The staff were very nice, P.A. very personable & friendly and the facility was nice, they have a good thing going, if they could straighten out their scheduling, I might be interested.

Dr. Ellison is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever came in contact with. When it came time for my significant other to have surgery he was very rude because of a mistake the nurses in his office had made concerning preoperative procedures. I am very upset and angry with the way he conducted himself. He needs to be taught about bed side manner and professionalism.
