Dr. Freedland did an amazing job on my breast augmentation!! Im only a couple weeks out and I cant believe how in love with my body I am! I love his staff from the receptionist Laurie to Stevie (I call her a breast guru) and Barbara who was awesome to work with on financing. Check his malpractice insurance company first before you proceed with any surgery under him. My wife had surgery back on Nov 2016 and she had complications and he kept delaying things and kept saying just wait a little longer until almost the 2 years passed. When we tried contacting him, he continued delaying it. We filed a claim and we found out by the attorneys that the malpractice company he uses went out of business by the state on Nevada due to insufficient funds to cover their liabilities(lancet Imdemnity Group) June 2018. If you do use him MAKE sure to ask him for his malpractice policy and check how many settlement was made on his behalf.

I had my breast augmentation done in the summer of 2013 with Dr. Freedland. His staff was extremely kind, clean office, and the doctor was amazing. I didnt feel rushed and they explained in detail everything I asked. The nurse who helped me select my size was extremely helpful in making sure I didnt have rippling and creasing on the sides and in my clevage. I was able to comfortably pick a size that was large as I wanted them as well as fit my frame without it looking gross. My breasts look as natural as possible with having an augmentation done. Now with two kids and several years later Ill be scheduling a second surgery to get them back to perfect. I wouldnt trust anyone else to do them no matter how far away we live we will be traveling in for them.

Horrible experience. Freedland should not be practicing medicine. We had to pay for additional surgery at our expense because of the poor job he did in the first place. My daughter came out of surgery with her nose crooked and was told it would be fine later....it never was, so we had to pay him for additional surgery to fix it. It was still messed up, with cartilage sticking out of the side and she couldn't breathe. We had to go to a real professional to fix it and they had to take cartilage out of both ears to reconstruct a new nose. Three nose jobs creates lots of scar tissue and she will have to go through the rest of her life with breathing issues. Stay as far away from him as you can. He talked beautifully, which convinced us he was the one...but we should have done much more research.

I did not have a good experience. A second procedure, at my expense, is needed to correct Dr Freedland's careless mistakes. No one should leave a plastic surgeon's office searching for another surgeon. Please do your research before surgery, check the office policies and all costs out of pocket. Also make sure staff are licensed and properly trained prior to administering injections.

Honestly, if I could rate Dr. Freedland with negitive stars, I would. I had a breast reduction in 2014. The results were less than okay, and when I went back to address this issue, he wanted me to pay $2500.00 more to have a revision. My right nipple was at least an inch higher than left, it was misshapen and was so far toward the middle of my chest, that it stuck out of my bras and bathing suits. I consulted with local surgeons and all of them referred me to the reconstruction surgeons at U of M. I have had one corrective surgery already, and I am now going to have another, which will result in a nipplegraph and complete loss of feeling in my right nipple perminantly. There is a scar on my left breast where Dr. Freedland admittedly 'nicked' my skin and caused a half an inch scar in my cleavage area. I asked him to refund my money so I could afford the reconstructive surgery, and he had his secretary tell me they would refund $3,000 dollars, as long as I sighed a statement claiming Dr. Freedland was just giving me that money as a ' courtesy' to me. As if a plastic surgeon would just hand over money unless he was responsible for negligence and trying to avoid a lawsuit. Like an idiot I signed it and took the money back. All of this was before I was told that my breasts would not be fixable. So, case and point, I am sitting in the waiting room at the U of M plastic and reconstructive surgery center, waiting to find out how much more out of pocket expense and emotional trouble this will cause me. AVOID THIS DOCTOR! He should not be practicing.
