Not only did Dr. Smith explain everything with detail and confidence, but he knew the second he walked in the door what I needed. It was incredibly refreshing to have someone who doesn't share my predicament know exactly why I'm not okay with it. There was no dismissal because I'm 'gifted' when a large chest as a girl might do and there's was no sound of remorse in his voice at the idea of losing chest mass as I might get with a boy. I genuinely felt like Dr. Smith cared about my health and well-being and I can't wait to go through the whole process with him.

Dr Smith and his practice are absolutely amazing. I had some issues with my implants after 16 years. Btw...they still look just as amazing as the day he put them in. I needed to see him right away and they got me right in. He answered all my questions and concerns. Dr Smith and his team are so honest and helpful...they are that team that even the awkward moments of your chest hanging fully out and you feel a bit nervous...he takes that worry completely away by his professionalism, kindness and sense of humor to lighten the mood. In January of this year I had my breast implants removed and needed a total breast reconstruction with fat grafting to rebuild. After six months went by I wasnt completely satisfied and wanted an additional lift. Dr. Smith made sure I would be happy with the end results and did a revision today and removed more skin to lift those breast where they should be at no additional cost. Not only did he do this but he also noticed a red vein on the side of my nose from a previous surgery from skin cancer and he lasered it to remove that as well as did a small incision to release the tension on the side of my nose to smooth it out. That was a last-minute revision and I totally appreciated it. He always makes sure his patients are well cared for and completely satisfied. I recommend Dr. Smith and his staff for all my cosmetic needs and skin care products. They are the BEST!!!!!

terrible. went in for a rhinoplasty 2 years ago and my nose came out 10x worse than it was before. the tip points completely off to the left and looks horrible. I constantly get questions on wether I was punched in my nose. was supposed to fix my deviated septum so I could be able to breathe better, and did not fix this whatsoever either. so disappointed. I am now so self conscious about my nose and regret my decision to come here every day.

Wish I could give 0 ....I had second set of implants done by Dr.Smith...And with in a week of surgery, my implant was buckling...I talk to him at follow up appointment and he said we can easily fix that with fat injections...Then at my 1 month follow up he said it's because you need a lift...so I asked why it was NOT brought up before surgery so I had only one operation room charge and etc....They didn't give me a straight answer...I asked for my complete file for the past 10 years and I received everything but second surgery information and beyond that...I sought out the implant company for advice, they advice me to get a second opinion and that the implants that were put in during surgery were being discontinued and discounted...I have sense seen 3 plastic surgeons in Michigan for advice, I NEVER told either one of them what the other physicians had said ....Every one of the Surgeons told me the same thing that the IMPLANTS WERE TO WIDE FOR MY CHEST WALL, and the were discontinued implants, nothung about needing a lift... One doctor was so generous, he offered to wave his fees for replacing the to large/wide implants...Which was very kind of him, but i can not afford to Pay for something that was paid for a third time...I have doctors names, phone numbers and letters as proof, if anyone would like to see documentation, of this error on Dr. Smith behalf.....Now my implants are buckling so bad they have a ripple on top and bottom, and are noticeable just by looking at them....I have NOT received an offer to replace them from Dr. RICK SMITH'S Office....
