I cannot rave about Dr. Nitch enough!! On October 1st 2017 I had an over 700lb forklift attachment break and crush my entire upper body and head. As a result I quite literally ripped half of my face off! My nose was shattered and I completely detached it from my face at the nostrils, a large chunk of my forehead was peeled away, fractured my jaw and knocked out my two front teeth, one included destroying the entire socket requiring several additional oral surgeries. Dr. Nitch was on his way home when he got the call about my accident, and even though I did NOT have insurance he rushed back to the hospital where he performed absolute miracles! I had just become a Nationally Qualified bikini competitor a few months before, and following my accident I was positive I would never be able to compete again. Dr. Nitch assured me that within a year my scarring would be almost unnoticeable. I was skeptical to say the least. Yet everywhere I turned in the hospital (so many follow up appointments) there was someone with an encouraging story about how Dr. Nitch worked wonders on them personally, or someone close to them. So here we are just over a year later and I can honestly say that everyone was right! There is almost no scarring left and if I wear makeup you would never know I was involved in such a horrific accident! Dr. Nitch has a great sense of humor and bed side manner, he is a highly skilled surgeon who believes in doing the right thing over making a dollar. I cannot speak to the one bad review on here, but I can say it is the complete opposite of both my experience and everything else I have ever heard regarding Dr. Nitch and his work! I am literally a walking talking poster child for what a great plastic surgeon and person Dr. Nitch is!

Dr. Nitsch has a bedside manner like no doctor I've ever met. He did a breast augmentation for me on 10/11/17. He is very caring and did a truly beautiful job. He also made me feel very comfortable from my very first appointment. Plus he is very knowledgable. I could not recommend him more highly.
