Richard Irons-having needed knee surgery for many years,I was very hesitant to comitt to anyone in this area.I consulted with two of my most trusted drs.in other specialties for advice.Both felt very positive for me,with Dr. Sohn.The first surgery was 11-6-2019 and the second was just completed on 7-1-2020.Five stars is the total package! Everything has been done with great care and compassion! When I went for my first consult on my second knee, I commented that I Can't imagine that I have a new knee as it is so well adapted.Looking forward to no pain and great functioning with the second,thanks Dr.Sohn!

Dr. Sohn did a total knee replacement on me about five weeks ago. I am now walking with little pain already. He did a fantastic job and I appreciate everything he has done for me! Also I want to say their Physial Therapy people are so very nice and helpful. I have been working with Nick and I cannot say enough nice things about him. I would recommend Dr. Sohn to anyone who needs help!

I was actually shocked by some of the negative reviews of Dr. Sohn. He is an amazingly talented Doctor, who explained exactly what had broken in my leg and ankle, and the steps that he wanted to take in fixing it. The original x-rays had been done at the emergency walk in clinic at southwestern medical, who also did an exemplary job. They saw from the x-ray that one bone was broken in 2 places and recommended Dr. Sohn. His office was extremely accommodating, and got me in that afternoon. He did his own x-rays after seeing those from SW medical clinic, and said the he saw a 'shadow' on the x-ray that didn't look right. I saw nothing, but went with his opinion. He sent me for a CT Scan. After the scan, it could be seen that I had broken not only the leg, but also my ankle, in 2 additional places that couldn't be seen from the x-rays. Due to this, Dr. Sohn changed his recommendation to surgery, and I am healing beautifully. I know that there are many talented Orthopedic Doctors available in our area, but I don't know who besides Dr. Sohn would have recommended additional testing to ensure that I was given the best options possible for a full recovery. He was also very accommodating with my parents, who are elderly, and needed additional clarification, and asked many additional questions. He made sure that they were also comfortable with what was happening. I can't say enough good about Dr. Sohn and his staff. They are professional, yet friendly, and always get me the answers that I need. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sohn and his practice.

I saw dr Sohn for the first time 6/14/19. After er and MRI suggested knee replacement. Dr. Sohn said today I'm not a candidate due to other medical problems out of control. If he did it the outcome wouldnt b good . I WANT GOOD..DR. Sohn WOULDNT ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS....he DIDNT JUST WALK OUT!!.....He came up with a plan for me to get my ducks in a row. I have check in appointments with him - he doesnt just leave u out there without direction. This a great caring dr that wants more than another knee replacement under his belt. .he cares about the big picture of your life. Great dr. DID I SAY GREAT DR???

Great positive experience. Dr. Sohn treated my mother with a full knee replacement a week ago. We are very pleased with the results, as she is able to walk pretty well with her walker today. He is very caring and compassionate with his bedside manner. We definitely would recommend Dr. Sohn, if you are in need of any joint replacement work.

This is the second time Dr. Sohn has performed surgery in four years. The first time was shoulder repair and this time I had fractured my leg bone. BOTH times I couldn't have asked for better care. DR SOHN. Did a Left total knee he and his office were kind and thorough and made sure that I had everything that I needed. I am allergic to metals. Dr Soan took all of the appropriate precautions to make sure that I had the correct materials to make a good recovery and a lasting joint. My surgery and post operative experience were more than satisfactory and I would easily recommend Dr Sohn for orthopedic care.

I was driving an hour and a half to see dr. Sohn. He still doesn't know what's wrong months later after surgery. Instead of referring me to another doctor he keeps scheduling appointments 1 month away for the same appointment over and over. The staff can be insanely rude and they do not do call, email, text or any other kind of appointment reminder. I also have a piece of paper saying when my appointment was but it was wrong (their mistake) and there was no way to verify that they were wrong BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY DONT CALL TO TELL YOU WHEN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS. Which would be fine if THE INFORMATION THEY GAVE YOU AT THE OFFICE WAS CORRECT.

The first time I visited Dr. Sohn's office he walked into the room & touched my ankle & didn't say a word to me. He then proceeded to walk over to his computer and started typing away. He was typing for a good 3 mins and still had not said a word to me. I was the one who always had to ask questions about my condition because he was mute everytime I visited his office. If I wanted to know what was wrong with my ankle I had to ask because he didn't make any effort to explain to me what was going on even while examining me. I visited his office 4 times before I was fed up with this quiet & very rude person. He has horrible bedside manners & doesn't really say alot. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. If you are referred to Dr. Sohns office request a different Ortho doc asap. I am not a fan of this doctor & will never visit him again.

Dr. SOHN lacks tact. He doesn't care about your background. The manager 'Dorothy' is completely unaccomodating and even rude.
