Dr Henry removed a Lipoma from my neck in Dec 2019. From pre-op to surgery to post-op, my experience couldn't have been better. It has been 3 months since my surgery and my scar is nearly invisible. One conversation with Dr Henry or Tatiyana and you'll feel at ease about your procedure and that feeling is reinforced the day of surgery and the subsequent follow-ups.

Dr shah is not the most considerate person. She refused to numb my face for Botox. She seemed to be in a hurry , therefore I have these two dents in my forehead on each side that look like scars. She also was rude and commented how bad my wrinkles were. I did not see a difference after and will be going to a different dr

Pros:- They tell you what you want to hear, and really have a nice facilityCons:- First time there I was in the waiting room a little over an hour and a half, and pulled into a room, to await a room to see the doctor which resulted in me missing much more work than planned. - I had MRI appointments that were canceled without warning, twice. - Surgery scheduled, and canceled day before- Lack of communication with insurance company which has resulted in having to seek treatment from other doctors. This is the last place I would go back to. Beyond disappointed with how things went.

I moved far away and couldn't have access to their facility so I called and asked if they would ship an item to me in the mail and they did! Even went out of their way to go buy a box to put it in. How sweet is that??? Love this place so much!

If you would like your time waisted go here. If you like to wait in the waiting room 45 min after your appointment time. Don't go here. This happened to me 3 times for the same surgery. Two months later and I still haven't been sent a bill. Some would think this is OK. I prepaid more than what I needed and now need a refund. Called the office twice now and have gotten nowhere. Doctor Henry is unprofessional and joking around with office help while doing surgery. Very unprofessional place overall. I will not be returning.

Dr. Henry and his staff were excellent! I was taken for an appointment as soon as possible, the staff are courteous and professional, Dr. Henry spent time explaining things in simple language, is a highly-trained specialist yet also very relatable. I highly recommend this practice to my friends or family.
