I had under eye, tear trough and cheek fillers performed by Dr. Berkowitz and could not be happier. Dr. Berkowitz is an Ophthalmologist and a Plastic Surgeon so that is why I chose to go to him. You can't mess around with fly-by-night med spas or Plastic Surgeon's that don't specialize in the eye area when injecting filler around your eyes. There are nerves, blood vessels and delicate anatomy that could be damaged forever if the injector doesn't know these structures very well. I had the procedure done twice now over 2-3 years and initially had some excessive swelling and bruising for about 5 days (my body is sensitive to everything), but when it went down everything looked great. Family and friends have told me I look 10 years younger. I initially thought it was a steep price, but I now think it was completely worth it and won't go to anyone else for the eye area fillers.

NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A SERVICE, RUDE, STUPID, FIRST THING THEY ASKED WAS IF I HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY DEDUCTIBLE, BEFORE ANY PROCEDURE WAS DONE ON ME, I LEFT THIS REVIEW AND I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM 'CEO' TO INFORM ME THAT IN THE USA ALL HOSPITALS AND DOCTORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID ALL DEDUCTIBLES IN ADVANCE, REALLY? HAHAHAHAHAHA I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH SYMPATHY FOR MONEY AND EMPATHY FOR PATIENTS. CHECK THE REST OF REVIEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING THAT EXPERIENCE.

Dr. B is an incredible surgeon. I had a face lift and blepharoplasty (eyelid lift.) My results are natural looking and I am so happy. Dr. Berkowitz was compassionate both before and after my surgery. That last review was definitely fake from Charles Rich. Dont believe this Mark Berkowitz or anybody in his office. He will look you in the eyes and lie to your face. They want to sell you a bunch of extras, then gets mad if you dont buy into it. If you dont go all out and spend all your money, and just get done what you believe you need, he treats you second class. Theres much better places to go and spend your money and be appreciated. Very disappointing experience and a rip off. Just ask to look at his hair, and decide for yourself!

After voicing my curiosity towards what I could do for my love handles and lips, I was recommended to Accents. Dr. Berkowitz suggested coolsculpting for my hips and juvederm for lip injections. I had coolsculpting done on each side and my lower stomach, friends noticed my stomach looked flatter and I had more of an hourglass shape before I was even able to mention that I had anything done. I told the nurse Silvia my concerns about my lips looking crooked before the procedure and she made them look even and full. Very happy with my results and I will be back again, I would trust Dr. Berkowitz and his staff with any procedure.

After years of contemplation, much online research, and after meeting with more than one hair restoration facility, I opted to have my hair restoration procedure done by Dr. Mark Berkowitz. He took time to meet with me personally and answer questions, before making the commitment to have the procedure done. He and his staff are exceptionally skilled and caring people. My wife and I really liked the doctor right away. He is genuine, brilliant and very cool. There was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics here. When you are the best, you don't need to pressure anyone.The technical staff 'Maria' and 'Jessica' were personable, knowledgable and professional while answering my followup questions, and explaining everything to me. They want you to be satisfied and exceed your goals and expectations.The front desk staff were also worth mentioning, by virtue of their kindness and helpfulness. I had the usual concerns and apprehension most people considering this procedure would have.You want the best people to do the job because the consequences are lasting.Without the professionalism of Dr. Berkowitz and his staff, I may have put it off a few more years--perhaps indefinitely. Dr. Berkowitz has had the NeoGraft procedure done himself. His before and after hair results are pretty impressive. He has documented his process on line. Having been through this surgery, he was able to answer questions and explain the process and his personal experience, first hand.There are helpful videos online as well. I found them informative, reassuring and well worth watching. The office also has some before and after photos, which I really appreciated. Expect to be there all day and free of your cellphone, laptop, etc to allow them to use their talents to give you the best results.The pain was minimal, limited to the initial injections to numb my scalp.This lasted about 30 seconds. The doctor instructed me to breath a specific way, as Mindy rubbed my shoulder to help put me at ease as numbness set in on my scalp. I found this especially compassionate. It also reinforces the empathetic and caring nature of these people. From there on out, I felt no pain whatsoever.I had my surgery two weeks ago. I am excited to see the results continue to progress, over time. The healing is now complete and the baseball hat is off. Dr. Berkowitz is both a skilled artist and gifted surgeon. His understanding of aesthetics and eye for detail are evident immediately. He designed a natural frontal hair line and paid close attention to follow the swirl pattern of the remaining hair at the crown of my scalp, to recreate what I once had. It takes a skilled surgeon and team, to complete this complex procedure.I was especially fortunate to have his team leader 'Mindy'. I met with Mindy just before beginning the surgery. She is dedicated, talented and caring. I really cant imagine how they can do something so tedious for 12 hours. I received 2500 grafts, as I slept. Their skilled workmanship is already evident after the initial healing. My scalp healed very fast. I purchased all of the necessary post operative supplies in advance, then followed their helpful instructional packet to the letter. I do not see even a single scar on my scalp. Its best to allow five days recovery at home if you don't want others to know you have had this surgery. You cannot wear a hat until the fifth day and there will be some obvious scabbing. After 10 days, nobody can tell any surgery was done.My wife really likes this staff as well. She has enjoyed a skin facial and has scheduled a second one on the day they review my one month progress. I am grateful to Dr. Berkowitz and each and every person on his staff, for their kindness, expertise and compassion.They have given me their best efforts to obtain the results I am hoping for. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Berkowitz without hesitation, to men or woman considering this hair restoration procedure. It was not an easy decision, but Dr. Berkowitz and his team made the choice easy. 8 MO POST OP UPDATE:7/04/19 I LOVE MY HAIR--GROWING IN GREAT!

The entire staff has been very pleasant and professional from the surgery consultant (Fran) to in patient (Jessica) to prep (2 Sherries and Donna); the Anesthesiologist, the Nurse and of course Dr. Berkowitz's expertise, I felt in very capable hands and was very comfortable with the whole procedure. I have been a patient of Dr. Berkowitz for about 10 yrs now. Have had various injections, the latest has been Bellifil to fill in the hollows under my eyes. I have a thin face so it intends to sink over time. About 9,yrs ago I had a CO2 laser procedure on my face which removed lots of sun damage and fine lines. Wasn't the most pleasant procedure but well worth it. I am in my late seventies and look much younger. Why do it? For yourself, no one else. It has been over a week and no one returned my call. If I ran my business that way, I would not have any students or clients. It has been 3 weeks and I finally got a return call.
