I am truly happy with having Dr. DiNick as my doctor. He was so very patient oriented and discussed every detail of my procedure. The surgery was a great success and his follow up was beyond the norm. He always spent time and I was never rushed when in the office. His staff was just as nice and helpful. I would recommend Dr. DiNick for any plastic surgery. I am so happy with my outcome.

After surgery he explain in details my homecare work and provide his office and personal cell phone number is I had any issues. One patient said Dr. Dinick encourages you to call, good luck, his girlie upfront is is supposed to once be his medical assistant never returns calls and if she gives him the message he sure doesn't call back. Glad I'm not having surgery with someone soooooooo evasive and allows his now office manager to be in the room during examination and putting in her two cents. I've since been to other plastic surgeons who have an assistant in the room and all they do is observe and keep silent. We pay for the plastic surgeons expertise and training and not for an office manager, once, maybe medical assistant to be giving her opinions. Something strange in that relationship.

I've read some of these reviews and I don't know what Doctor their speaking about, Dr Denick gave me his personal cell phone number and answered every time I called him. The office staff is beyond professional and extraordinarily patient........ do you have to wait a little bit sometimes...... yes ......because they spend as much time with each patient as each patient needs.. Dr Denick has done three surgeries for me and the only problems I've had have been self-inflicted. BTW...... my tummy tuck, my breast reduction , my bat wing arms have all turned out better than expected.... these were done as separate surgeries, I drive two hours each way for my appointments with Dr Denick.

Totally horrible experience! I'm glad it happened before the surgery because if his surgery is anything like his customer service it's bad. There website still reflects an old address in Novi that he used to practice at years ago. I recvd his info from his website and upon booking my consultation no one bothered to tell me his office had changed to a location over 30mins from the prior location that's actively listed on his website. The new location is in Ypsilanti. I arrive to my appointment only to find out its no longer his office and this happens several times a week and he refuses to change his address. And his mail still goes there too. I called the office to clarify only for them to not answer the phone for over an hour. When I finally reached them and asked why they didn't answer the receptionist stated it's hard to answer on days when they have clients because they are too busy. So you mean to tell me you have clients paying you thousands of dollars out of pocket and you cant even provide them with service and answer the phone? Totally bad experience! I will take my money elsewhere.
