If I could give ZERO stars I would. I stood outside for 20 min and still have not been called to apt, if running late let the pt know , front desk was EXTREMELY rude handing me my paperwork and didnt explain, I moved to area and was looking for a place to go for my filler and botox and unfortunately due to costumer service I will NOT be going here nor will I recommend and I will tell every customer of mine that comes through the door at my clinic how bad of an experience I've had.

Dr Waters removed Gabes tonsils and I felt so much compassion from the entire staff. I knew Gabe was in the best hands as he went into surgery. I got her into see Dr. Waters, he prescribed meds for her and within a few days she saw relief. In my opinion, we are very fortunate to have someone of his caliber in our community. Dr. Waters and staff treated my grandson with such care when he fell and cut his lip. It was near closing time and when I called they told me to bring him in. The staff and workers of this office are very personable, kind, and professional. The environment is always very clean and organized with comfortable examination rooms and waiting areas. Personally, I met with Dr. Waters on several occasions. He was, and still is, very professional and communicates effectively. He discussed and answered all of my concerns and questions I had in an understandable way. In addition, I had Dr. Waters as a surgeon at the Brainerd Lakes Surgery Center. He removed my tonsils. During this experience, he took the time to sit down and talk with me and calm my nerves pre and post-operation.Dr. Waters is an overall wonderful medical professional. Unlike most doctors who rush through things, he's willing to take the time to get to know his patients and their conditions or concerns. He is down to earth and willing to communicate with his patients in a clear, and professional manner. I would definitely recommend him as an ENT!

Ive been to Dr. Waters office several times and each time was unfortunately a waste of time. This office is never prepared and cant see you unless they have your medical records. So be prepared to schedule several unnecessary appointments that will double your office visit bills and time away from work. There are better ENT doctors and cosmetic doctors in the area! If you need an ENT, see Dr. Witte (Essentia) or Dr. Truitt (CentraCare/Lakewood). If you need someone for cosmetic reasons, see Lotti Oehrlein at Chrysalis Cosmetic. If you do need to go to Dr Waters office, bring a book for the long wait, be prepared to argue, and plan to get a second opinion.Dr Waters recommended a certain procedure for me that didnt make sense so I got two second-opinions that confirmed it would have done further damage! For my son, the Nurse Practitioner, Katie, may be the most argumentative medical professional I have met. Not sure I can even say professional as she argued everything from insurance not paying for the procedure, disagreed with Childrens Hospital that tubes dont help with balance issues, and told me, you should have marched right into Essentia and demanded the medical records. I decided to go with Dr. Truitt from CentraCare and was able to get in the next day at the Staples Lakewood location, didnt have to wait, was treated with respect, didnt argue with anyone, didnt need to show medical records, got in for surgery the next week and low and behold my sons balance issue have already improved. Dr. Waters office was combative, incompetent and a waste of time.
