I made a big mistake to have a surgery done by Dr. Shu, the stitches on my eyes were healing rough, until now i wasn't sure why he had done a surgery for me ( to remove fat under eyelids ) by himself without any assistant helping him for 2 hours of this procedure. The results turned out very bad, one of my eye is still puffy after the surgery, for unknown reason one eye is bigger than the other eye. I hope you don't ever make a mistake like me, his fees is cheaper compared to the other clinic in Minnesota, the cheap price is not nothing in cosmetic surgery, Now i just realized the problem, it is too late ( especially he is not a Plastic Surgeon, my mistakes did not read all paper works carefully prior to have a surgery with him).

Best experience ever. the staff was wonderful. Dr Shu worked with me and understood me. I would not go anywhere else. Appointments were always timely, experience and friendliness was top notch. Answered phone calls right away and follow up care was excellent. You can price shop, but believe me no one will give you your value for the money like Shu. This is my one stop shop. Five star!!

Dr. Shu, his truly wonderful staff and the facility in which they work was nothing short of impressive from the beginning when I first went in for a consultation through having my procedure and in addition to my follow up visits. Everyone is so personable and attentive; you can just tell they love what they do! Dr. Shu listened attentively to the kind of procedure I was looking have done, made experienced recommendations and explained the process and the cost very clearly. Every effort was made to accommodate me and the day of the surgery could not have gone better! There, literally, is nothing bad that I can say except I wish I had found him years ago when I was having my other procedures done! He is the best cosmetic surgeon I have had, and he will be my one and only choice for any future work I may pursue.

Loved my experience here. Dr. Shu is kind, down to earth and an effective surgeon especially for hemorrhoids/hemorrhoid tags. The ladies up front are prompt, and always call ahead of time when he needs to reschedule. The prices are fair and he really does care about post-op, making sure you do what is necessary to heal even for months after the operation. Its a pity he doesnt have his own building yet, since the office is deep inside a shared business building and a bit hard to find at first. And did I mention how much he takes care of his tropical fish? Two of the times I came in he was sweating over the tanks, pumping out dirty water lol

They lied to me about the initial consultant fee, so I waited a whole year to go back because THAT was such a horrible experience. Then when I called and made an appointment they told me the procedure would be $400 since I already had the check up the year before. Then come to find out they didn't even have me scheduled the day I agreed with the lady to come in, and now they wanted $800?!! Seriously?! I was even initially apologizing for the year before because I felt so terrible for the misunderstanding thinking maybe it was my fault and then THIS?!

Dr. Shu's pricing list for liposuction is misleading. I does not include 'sculpting' or 'high def' You will pay about 30 percent more for it!! Be prepared for a bait and switch!!
