Dr Harrington is amazing! It was my first time doing any cosmetic work. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She is so kind and welcoming. Harrington and her team took the time to explain the process in great detail, including what to expect for recovery. I also loved having an all female team. Deb is great too. I had a great experience with Dr. Harrington. I am 67 years old and when I was very young I had my ears pierced. When I was in my early 20's which was in the 1970's the style was very large and heavy earrings. Those earrings pulled my ear lobes to the point of ripping them and making the holes huge. It was not attractive at all. Dr. Harrington was able to repair my ear's and form them to look natural.I followed her instructions and did not have them re-pierced until she told me it was okay. No one can see that I ever had this issue. She did a beautiful job. Thank you Dr. Harrington.

Dr. Harrington is one of the most amazing, caring, and knowledgeable doctors I know. She is a woman who cares and listens to your concerns. She has done my breast revision and other procedures that I am so pleased with. She now had a medical spa that is absolutely beautiful where I have received the profound rf and skin needling for my eyes with great results. Let me start with this; I really liked my consult with Dr. Harrington. I feel like she listened to me & I left feeling confident that working with her was my best plan for dealing with a cosmetically sensitive mole removal.I had been to multiple dermatologists who all agreed it needed to go, but none of them were willing to do it due to size and location.That being said: I waited months for a consult (understandable) where I had to wait 45minutes before Dr. Harrington could see me (also understandable), and when I was ready to schedule, her staff could only schedule me out more than a month with an appointment time of 'somewhere between 2:45 and 5:45' (still understandable).Here's where I caution anyone going to this clinic: in the course of my consult, I remember quite clearly that they said I could use HSA funds to cover this service (this was important because they came in 2x higher than any other plastic surgeon's quote I've received for this procedure). This sounded too good to be true, so I asked about 3 different ways if they were sure I could use HSA for this procedure. I received an unequivocal yes from both Dr. Harrington & the person who came in to schedule me. I decided that I would just go sans insurance (it was faster) since my deductible is high anyway and wouldn't cover much. Little did I know that agreeing to this would make a mess of everything. I did some digging after I left between my insurance company, HSA tax code, the hospital Dr. Harrington is affiliated with, and Harrington's own staff only to find out that this was straight up wrong. I could not cover this procedure with the treatment codes they were using without some sort of addendum of medical need. I called Harrington's office and spoke with a woman who said I could just come in to chat again to sort out what I need to cover this with HSA since I meet all my insurance criteria for getting it covered medically. She made it sound like it was ok & said she'd just change the appointment I had made for the procedure to be consult round two at 3:45. I had read a review online that Dr. Harrington's office was great at helping get things covered by insurance and all that jazz, so I was still pretty excited. Fast forward to today, I get a call from Harrington's office so I stepped away from a loud party thinking it'd just be a confirmation of my upcoming appointment, but no... The woman on the phone asks if I'll be bringing payment to my appointment. I say 'sure, at 3:45? How much is the fee?' (It would be understandable to pay a small fee for consult round 2, I guess?) And she says, no... My appointment is at 3:00, and it needs to be the full payment for the procedure discussed at my consult.Apparently after all this back and forth, I was still in their books for the procedure! So disorganized, but ok. So through all this noise, I start to explain to the person on the phone the history of this whole thing since apparently there's somehow no record of it on their end & she declares 'well, we never said you could use YOUR HSA, just that we TAKE HSA' and 'Dr. Harrington schedules out until May for insurance visits' and just generally became really rude and combative, treating me like I was in the wrong for the fact that I have been grossly misinformed by their office every step of the way.We got to the point where I just said ok, screw the timeline, is there any way to just do what the office had originally said was possible with the insurance route?Nope! She tells me that we can do it that way, but they'll charge me $325 for the previously free consult and another $325 for the next consult with no guarantee that we can actually even try to get my insurance to work.I cancelled at this point. Maybe I missed something, but right now it feels like I've been misled, lied to, and generally had my time wasted by office staff who seem to have inconsistent views of their own payment policies.So disappointed. I really thought the extra price would be worth it, but working with this office has been a nightmare.

I saw Dr. Harrington for a Breast Lift and Augmentation in March 2017. I had consulted two other Plastic Surgeons prior to Dr. Harrington. I immediately knew that I wanted Dr. Harrington to perform the surgery. She was compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I felt like her long lost friend! She made me feel comfortable and I felt she truly cared and listen to exactly what I wanted. I am 56 years old and wanted an augmentation for the last 10 years. I knew that I would probably need a lift as well (other surgical consults agreed). I felt I may be too old for these procedures and did not want a large augmentation. Dr. Harrington listened to all my concerns prior to surgery. What I liked is that she helped with the sizing. The other two surgeons had a 'specialist' who determined the size and I felt neither listened to what I wanted. If you are an older women and are considering a lift or a lift/augmentation, do not hesitate! I cannot tell you what this has done for my confidence. The whole process has been delightful! Thank you Dr. Harrington. I will be back!!

Uneven Lipo. I had a lipo from Dr. Harrington 2 years ago. Everything went very well. After a few months, I noticed that one side was uneven, much larger than the other. I went back to Dr. Harrington's office, and they agreed it was uneven. So they gave me a 'discount' on cool sculpting, instead of fixing it outright. After spending another $3000 on cool sculpting treatments, I am still uneven and unhappy. I will be shopping for a new surgeon. Don't waste your money here.

Few months ago - I've went with my husband to this clinic for a consultation. I've had an appointment scheduled, after which they've called me and cancelled that appointment asking me if I wanted appointment at another time which I couldn't do because I already made arrangements. When I found another time in my schedule, I've called the clinic and scheduled a new appointment. We went there - on time, and we waited 45 minutes past our scheduled time. Nobody came to tell us why are we waiting so long, and how long do we still need to wait. Close to an hour of waiting, we decided to leave. The secretary was very clumsy and not organized with scheduling. It's really important for clinics to value our time in the same way as they expect from us to be there on time, or even arrive 10-15 minutes early and respect their time. This is not acceptable. Very disappointed.

She has taken a very difficult situation and given us a sense of calm and reassurance. Her level of compassion and care is beyond a five star rating. ThermiVa is a life-changer! As a runner I used to finish a half-marathon with urine-soaked clothes, having leaked through enormous bulky pads, despite stopping in the middle to change them. Today I did an 11 mile training run, without so much as a spot of leakage!! It took 5 treatments for me, so don't be discouraged if it doesn't get better after the first few times. Kim did my treatments and was fantastic.I can't say enough wonderful glowing positive things about Dr. Harrington and her staff. 12 years ago they did my bilateral somewhat complex breast reconstruction after breast cancer and every interaction with them has always been great.
