I got a Hydrafacial and Dermablading done by Andrea at Sapphire in preparation for my upcoming wedding! Andrea was very conscious of the fact that my wedding was only 10 days out, and made sure that the process would not be too harsh on my sensitive skin. It was my first facial of this type, so she walked me through every step and made me feel at ease. When I put on makeup the next day, my face was porcelain smooth! My foundation looked better than it ever has. I'm looking forward to getting more facials in the future! And would definitely return to Andrea & Sapphire.

I was going to wait until after my Tickle Lipo procedure to write a review, but I figured I would do it now. I had a free consultation with Dr. Smith. She was so informative, gave me so much insight, and even wrote out a diet plan for me. After the consult, she gave me a complimentary microdermabrasion! When I went In for that, and lip injections.....everyone was SO nice!! They let you know what they are doing before they do it....and make you feel very comfortable. They make you feel fully prepared for any procedure.....Dr. Smith is so down to earth. If you ask her questions about her career is medicine, she is very open. She is incredibly smart, strong, and just a really fabulous person in general. I strongly recommend Sapphire. I will update my review after my procedure on a Friday!

Since day one when I met Dr. Smith I knew I was getting my procedure done. She cares about people and definitely she is not just trying to get your money. Actually she told me that I could get the shape I wanted exercising, but that she understood that I just wanted to see an immediate change. She also made clear that I needed to be mindful of the things that I should change, for example keeping myself more active and eating more healthy in order to keep the results after the surgery. She encouraged me like nobody ever did before to decrease the amount of Coca Cola that I drink! To the point that I lost around 7lbs in 3 weeks before my procedure just by reducing my Coca Cola intake. (I wasnt required to lose any weight before the procedure but I definitely felt so motivated!)I guess what I mean by all this is that Dr. Smith gives you a complimentary consultation and she asks you about your diet and life style, she makes it clear that liposuction is not a weight loss procedure but an opportunity to get your desired silhouette. She explains every step of the procedure and after getting it done I can guarantee that EVERYTHING she said was 100% the truth!The day of the procedure I had a blast, even though I was nervous at first Dr. Smith and her team made me feel so comfortable, I was awake during the procedure but obviously under local anesthesia, we listened to music and talk about life. The room is not the typical cold and scary looking operation room, is feels like a spa but is still clean an sterile. The day after, they called me to check how I was feeling and I also had the chance to directly text Dr. Smith any questions that I had. A week later I went back for my fallow up consultation. I can already see big changes and the best part is that Im still swollen so Im sure that the final results are going to be amazing. I was so surprised that I didnt have to pay anything for the follow up consultation, its all about taking care of you after the procedure.6 weeks after the procedure I went to see the before and after pictures, and I couldnt believe how the different in between the pictures was. I am so happy and dont regret about getting my procedure done, 100% recommended.LoveGuille

Im very disappointed with this place. I had to pay an extra $200 to get the expected services. The staff is very unprofessional and does not respect privacy. Nor do they explain the procedure or what to expect as the end results. They openly spoke about my procedure in the lobby area in front of other clients leading to a great deal of embarrassment. For some reason, the staff doesnt have name tags and do not introduce themselves so you dont always know who your speaking or working with and need to ask for names. They do not follow through with requests and have not returned phone calls. The will require you to reschedule appointments to fit their needs without regards to your busy schedule. I definitely wont be going back to this place in the future. Im going to complete what Ive paid for, which isnt what I had originally expected, then go to one of the many other choices in the West metro area.
