I wasn't with this clinic very long to draw a conclusion about their treatment; however, they seem to retaliate against you when you miss an appointment. I have depression and accidentally forgot about my appointment and had to reschedule a new one. When I showed up for the appointment the receptionist told me it was on another day and I would have to drive back (50 miles each way). The should be investigated for brainwashing people as well. Anyways, I'm now receiving treatment for my diabetes at a different clinic. The doctor I have now is very helpful in all aspects of your medical conditions.

With having moved five years in a row, I have been to various clinics around MN for both routine and other care. Northfield clinic is hands down the best I have ever encountered for reasons of continuity of care with the team from nurses to providers, the feeling of personalized care, clear and prompt communication, and just the overall helpful environment. I would not hesitate to refer loved ones to the providers at this clinic.

Trying to get an a form signed by Hans and it's been an absolute disaster. The lady who handles claims in Northfield is on full time vacation. It's been 2 months and still not done.

This clinic is awful at forwarding records! I have had to contact them 4 times. It seems like there is a disconnect between the people answering the phones and the people forwarding the records. Although their medical services seemed fine when I received them, this has been very bothersome to me.

I Came in with questions and concerns, after not having visited a doctor since 2013. I left being made fun of, mistreated, and ignored. Adam Ailabouni, MD is a joke. I will never be back. Good day.

The Pediatricians are awesome! My kids see Dr. Ammunrud, but Dr. Flannery is wonderful too! I have been to their women's health clinic, and familyhealth clinic, they are all wonderful! I would recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctors are caring & helpful. They really listen to what you have to say

Lived in Northfield for a few years, needed urgent care 3 times, all 3 times the Hospital staff were totally inept and showed no sense of urgency. First time: I had a severe migraine, went to the ER on a Saturday evening, the place was empty. They put me in a room and forgot about me. I could hear the nurses in the hallway yick-yacking about their boyfriends and restaurants. I was in excruciating pain. After an hour I walked out and went home. Nobbody had even come by to check my vitals, never mind see a doctor. Second time: my son was in an accident and was bleeding profusely. Went to the ER. Waited for an hour to be seen. Blood everywhere, kid screaming, had to use my shirt to stop the bleeding while we waited. Third time: I was involved in an accident and crushed my knee. Doctor ordered an MRI to be done asap, but it couldn't be scheduled until the next day. The next day got to the hospital for the MRI, but waited for 45 minutes just to be registered, at which time the MRI department called the front desk to see what was the holdup, they were waiting for me. Only one woman was registering people, and she was unavailable. Finally got the MRI, nearly an hour later. Afterwards the MRI technician said my doctor would have the results in 12 hours. 24 hours later I hadn't heard anything so I called the doctor, his nurse said to call back on Monday. So 12 hours turned into 5 days. I'm now still waiting just to get the MRI results, never mind a referral to an orthopedist. Still hobbling on crutches, almost a week has gone by and Northfield Hospital has done nothing to treat my injury. Now making an appointment to see a specialist at Mayo Red Wing, because obviously Northfield Hospital is totally incapable of providing proper medical care.
