Amazing communication and follow up. The staff is all so kind and ready to help or answer questions. Having my septum corrected is life changing. I never thought I would be able to breathe like this through my nose. I had actually forgotten what is was like to breathe the right way. Dr Maack spent the time to hear my concerns, propose a solution, and listen to my feedback. Before surgery he spent time with me to explain what was going to happen and what to expect. After surgery he and his staff continues to follow up and ensure I am getting the desired results. This is how a doctor patient relationship should work. I could not give a higher reccomendation. Dr. Maack and his team are excellent! I recently underwent a rhinoplasty, deviated septum repair and turbinate reduction procedure. This is something I have always dreamt of but never acted on until now. Dr. Maack and Molly walked me through the procedure, gave me realistic expectations and answered all my questions timely. Having surgery on the main focal point of your face is nerve wracking, but they helped keep me calm about it. My nose is now aesthetically pleasing and I can breathe so much better! The recovery process was hard, but short lived. My bruising was gone by day 4 and I returned to work by day 11! If he can do my nose, he can do any!

I came in as a work comp. patient, very nervous of what to expect. Was thinking I would get mediocre treatment, but I was wrong. The doctor explained everything and was upfront on what to expect. He made me feel very comfortable with the procedure I would go through. The results were fabulous. Not a lot of pain with the healing, just some uncomfortable times. Overall, I love the results and would not hesitate to get other procedures done.

The staff and Dr. Maack are so friendly. They go out of their way to make sure all questions are answered, everything is explained wonderfully, and their office is very welcoming. I was referred to Dr. Maack by my dermatologist for an evaluation of a bone spur near the bridge of my nose. At my initial visit, Dr. Maack conducted a thorough examination and I learned I also had a deviated septum. I never realized that I wasn't breathing to my full capacity. I ended up having septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal dorsal rasping (a cosmetic procedure to minimize the bone spur). The staff was supportive and informative about each step of the process, even navigating the insurance part. The surgery took place at the surgical center next door, which was convenient. The surgery went well and I am now breathing a lot easier. I highly recommend Dr. Maack for any facial or ENT concerns (cosmetic or medical).

Dr. Maack is the best of the best! I've never met a doctor quite like him. He spends time with you answering questions, never makes you feel rushed, draws you diagrams to better understand procedures and completely makes you feel comfortable with everything he does before, during and after he does it! His staff is super friendly, know what they are doing and super fast if you want them too!I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done by Dr. Maack on October 18, 2018. Today is Tuesday, October 22, 2018 and I have never breathed better in my entire life. The results are amazing and I'm told it's going to get better! Recovery was nothing. I had some discomfort the following day and took pain medication once. It was a little annoying not being able to blow my nose until today but that's it. DON'T BELIEVE PEOPLE WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE TO BREAK YOUR NOSE TO HAVE THIS PROCEDURE DONE! THEY DIDNT HAVE TO FOR ME!If you have been considering gettting this done, I would HIGHLY recommend getting it done and having Dr. Maack do it! Did I mention he even calls you the night of your surgery to make sure you are doing ok?! Not his staff, HIM, Yeah, he's that awesome of a doctor!

Always polite and helpful the many times I called to check on the status of my insurance appeal. Becky went above and beyond working with my insurance company to get my surgery approved. I honestly do not think my insurance would have approved my surgery without her diligence! ! I am beyond pleased with the care I received during my surgery and follow up visit. I had a great experience with my procedure! I am a college student and had never had surgery before, but due to a car accident, I needed to fix my broken nose. Going into the surgery, I was extremely nervous, but the whole staff took care of me so well, staying by my side until I fell asleep and when I woke up. They made me feel calm and safe. Post surgery I became sick, but the staff continually checked in with me (even while home) to see if I was ok and what they could help with. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Maack realigned my septum and now I am breathing even better than I was before I broke my nose. My recovery involved very little discomfort and I was good as new in a matter of days.
