Dont trust this place, I had surgery a year ago and sometimes I refuse to think that the plastic surgeon Dr. Charles Puckett made the mess that made the in my breast. They use the practitioners to do some surgeries they put an implant behind the muscles and another out of the muscles and one of the implants is broken and they left it like this. And in the end they didnt want to take responsibility for that damage they did to me. I raised a complaint so I could have the money back, so I could have surgery again and not get any more implants and they left left me a year to not respond and do nothing . Dont put your lives at risk at the hands of theses people; they have no soul, they have no heart, they dont mind hurting you and then abandoning to your fate. They are not responsible for damages. Dr. Charles Puckett was very old and bitter person they had to withdraw it at a certain age, and he didnt have the ability to continue operating or the patience to create something beautiful. And that he treated practitioners very badly and made comments ridiculing my ex husband. But theyre definitely all cowards and irresponsible. And thank you for nothing ( MUCH RISK MANAGEMENT ) for letting me wait a year and do nothing. They never gave me an answer. But this doesnt end here.

My mother went under surgery to replace her breast implants. Dr. Charles L Puckett not only put them in differently on each breast but punctured one of them. Within days after the surgery, the breast with the punctured implant, got smaller and looked deformed. The silicon is leaking and causing negative health effects. When the issue was addressed, they made excuses that Dr. Puckett was retiring and would not accommodate her and fix his mistake. Do not come here, they have no regard for peoples health and should be a shamed of themselves.

I dont recommend anyone seeing Dr. Puckett. He did not perform the services he was paid to do. I was to have a breast reduction and lose skin removed from my arms. The breast reduction resulted in uneven breasts, one breast being flat and nipples different sizes. The worst was my arms, he didnt take the excess skin and my arms are the same before the surgery. Dr. Puckett said that he would do a revision surgery once I was healed, but conviently dismissed me as a patient. He cut me up and down my arms and armpit and left me having stage 4 tunneling ulcers. I went to his office for treatment and while dressing my wounds, he used the same twizzers in my wound that he used to pick scabs off my nipples. Of course I complained to the facility about these issues. Instead of offering help or a solution, the woman in charge told Dr. Puckett my complaints and he became angry and took off his gloves and threw them towards me. All while saying he no longer wanted to treat me because he didnt feel comfortable treating me anymore. I hope that no one puts their life in his hands. This is not a good place at all. I was left wounded and to care for my wounds on my own. And Dr. Puckett got paid for services he didnt perform.

Dr. Puckett did not do all the things he told me and demonstrated that he would complete during my initial visit. The main reason I was having a face lift was to eliminate the loose skin around my mouth. Before and after pictures showed no difference. He said he would fix it but would have to charge for It. I have called 3 to 4 times to get this resolved and no one calls me back. I do not recommend this facility.

Dr. Puckett has been my doctor for 30 plus years. I trust him unconditionally. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand and are comfortable. He deserves the highest stars available!
