My fianc and I found Monarch through google searches. Loved the information on their website & decided to reach out to make an appointment. I'm very self conscious with my body, but Dr. Leahy & his nurse Maggie made me feel very comfortable from the beginning! I started the process before COVID hit, so my timeline of wanting to get surgery done was delayed a bit - at no fault of theirs. I completely understood & waited as patiently as I could (which is extremely hard for me to do). When I finally was able to do my final pre-op appointment, I got a little bummed when they said the surgery center had limited openings due to COVID and I probably wouldn't get to have my surgery anytime soon.. but Maggie managed to get me in the very NEXT week after my final pre-op appointment. I had my surgery on 5/28/2020, and to be honest - was scared to death when I was told no prescription pain meds, only Tylenol & Motrin after surgery & that I'd be back to work in 3 days (yeah right!). I swore I'd be in too much pain & it wouldn't be a good idea to follow through with the surgery. But I gotta say.. either Dr. Leahy and his surgery team are magical or they just really know their stuff. My surgery was at 3pm on Thursday, and I was able to get up before 5am the next day to get my kids off to daycare then by 12pm, I was sitting in a salon chair getting my hair cut & colored and then spent that whole weekend out and about with the kids & fianc - never any down time. I TOTALLY could have gone to my desk job the VERY next day after getting implants. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?! OH.. and I went to a wedding 8 days after my surgery.. low cut dress and all, and my breasts/implants looked completely natural! From start to finish, Dr. Leahy and his team was up front about what was going on. The prices I was quoted, verbally & in writing (without having to ask for it to be), was all correct - I paid all of my fees up front to Monarch, Advent Surgery center, and the anesthesiologist and have never been asked to pay a dime more. I would definitely feel confident for using them for any future plastic surgery needs.

Dr Bene is a wonderful plastic surgeon. He is very caring and did a fantastic job with reconstruction. He has massive skills and great precision. I went to the North oak location and all the staff are wonderful. His nurse Susan gave me so much information that I needed in a terrible time.

i'm shocked to see all the negative reviews! I have been to Dr Hodge for many, many years and have always been SUPER SUPER pleased with his work and I am very picky (or so I am told). He has removed moles from all over my body, literally! Great work, very little if any scaring no matter the location! He did my breast augmentation and I love them! Would recommend Dr Hodge and have to multiple people. At least 3 women I know have had the same experience as me!

During Covid-19 pandemic the person behind the front desk took mask off and touched face and left mask off while typing and walking around office. Then saw doctor leave office without mask on when walking down hallway to bathroom and put mask on part way down hallway.

Ive used this location for 8 years, Botox, tummy tuck and augmentation. Im not one to schedule ahead of time due to being so busy. This office will always give me three or four options to get scheduled within a very reasonable time frame. Staff very personable and appear to be happy! Dr. Hodge and Kimber are a great team and work very well together to meet their patients needs in a kind, courteous and professional manner! I also always refer any and all of my acquaintances/friends to this practice. If it is something that cannot wait, they have several surgeons that are just as great as Dr. Hodge! Have had ZERO complications or issues with the North Oak location! Much love!

Highly un-recommended. A staff member or nurse, not sure who she was, spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner I was left without words. It was very distressing to hear her. I am VERY polite, kind, patient and caring. There is no place for her behavior in the medical arena. The doctor I saw was not helpful and is not someone I would recommend. The dressing the nurse put on my injury fell off within an hour. The dressings I had put on myself are sturdy and remained for the duration of a day. I cannot emphasize enough the concerns I have regarding this practice. Find another practice and medical professionals who will care about and for you as they should.

Dr. Hodge and staff are wonderful!! I saw both he and Dr. Leahy for Botox and was treated with respect, in a timely manner. They explained the procedure before hand, worked within my budgeted limits and results were great. The aesthetician, Jennifer, is phenomenal. Seriously SO good at her job: knowledgeable, kind and helped my skin get to a point where I can go without makeup and not feel embarrassed. I would recommend and have recommended Monarch to many!

I went in, their system of putting in information doesnt work. They want ALL RECORDS when you go. Their PA thinks shes hot stuff and god almighty a platinum blonde isnt my idea of impressive. Totally unprofessional, no equipment for X-rays or anything else. They are ill equipped to do anything and its the patients fault. Honestly, I would not let this guy touch me in a surgical case. Do not waste your time here. They are arrogant idiots who seem to sit around and gossip.

Caution! Get all pricing in writing before you do business with Monarch Plastic Surgery on N. Oak. I was told one price before the procedure, and billed much more than that after. When questioned, they deny and play confused. Strongly advise to look elsewhere for your needs.

My experience with this office is with Dr. Bene and his nurse Susan. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Once I finally got my biopsy results I wasn't important enough to Dr. Bene for him to call me personally and give me my results. He left that task to his nurse Susan whom couldn't pronounce words and found it funny while she was telling me I had cancer which was devastating to me. I will never be back to this office and can hopefully warn others from coming here.

My experience was terrible with Dr Hodge. It was 6 years ago and I had to have reconstructive surgery due to breast cancer. Should have known when I and others in the waiting room had to go back in to have larger expanders put in. He kept saying how didn't like how it had a major pucker. Continued until final surgery and still had a major pucker and he sewed it to my muscle. Now, whenever I move my arm and muscles flex some what,my so called breast looks like I am trying to flex my muscles. Final visit, he said, walking out the door, u will need push up bras. Which I have never wore in my adult life. I have regretted that day I was referred to his office. Before and after pictures don't tell the whole story
