I have been going to the MedSpa for several years for glycolic peels, but I will never make an appointment here again. Following the shutdown during COVID 19, I was nervous about having such close contact in a closed room, but I decided to make an appointment. When I got there, I was alarmed to see that my aesthetician (Roz) entered the room with a cheap disposable mask around her chin. she had been using her cellphone when I walked in, and she did not sanitize her hands. I had been screened and I was wearing a mask. When I asked how this was going to go, Roz said, 'Well, you'll have to take your mask off.' 'I realize that,' I replied. 'But are YOU going to wear a mask?' Roz was impatient when she said, 'I have one on.' I told her, 'No, it's not on when it's below your chin.' Then she pulled it up over her mouth, but not her nose. At that point I almost walked out but decided to continue with the facial. Thinking about it later, I knew that I had not been her first client that day, and her standards of social distancing were far too loose for me. I expect more from a place associated with Nebraska Medicine, especially. There are lots of places to get a good facial. I will choose another place with higher standards of safety.

I got a tummy tuck done & I love this place! I was so nervous but everyone there made me feel safe and helped me through it. Dr. Johnson is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I highly recommend them if you are wanting to get a mommy makeover or any other type of surgery!

I have been going to Dreams Med Spa for my aesthetic services for over 5 years. NP Amy Muchowicz is extremely knowledgeable, professional, talented and has an amazing bedside manner. She is wonderful at helping assess what treatments will help you reach your goals, whether it's skin care, laser hair removal, or achieving a natural result with injectables. Besides routine botox and strategically placed filler, my most impactful treatments have been underarm laser hair removal (no more shaving!) and Skin Pen with PRF. My teenager has also seen Amy for SkinPen with PRF for acne scarring with great results and a quick healing time!

I have had Botox from multiple providers in Omaha but my experience at Dream MedSpa was troubling. I made an appointment with a specific esthetician and on arrival was told she was unavailable?? They wanted me to accept another esthetician but I declined until they persisted. After the procedure, a 2 week follow-up visit for evaluation was scheduled and I was told if I needed an additional injection for optimal results, it would be done then. Several days later I had extreme hooding of one eyelid and had several small bumps with redness under that eyebrow. When I called about it, they didnt seem concerned. On my 2 week follow-up with the esthetician I had originally scheduled, I mentioned that I didnt get the Botox results as I had from other providers. Her response unbelievably was, You should go back to your other provider. She also assessed that I did not need another injection. Something else I noticed in the wait room on both visits. It appeared to me that when certain customers arrived, they were greeted with more avidity. Not that they didnt smile when they picked you up from the wait room but, in contrast, it was a more routine demeanor. I overheard a practitioner tell one of these clients who appeared to be a walk in, that she could see her after she finishes with this appointment. Not sure if this is the reason the esthetician I had scheduled wasnt available. I had planned on having an alma peel in the fallobviously, I will not return.

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with. I was sent here for a possible skin graph as my skin never closed after a knee replacement months ago.. It is almost 3 weeks later since my appointment and I have never heard back from them regarding the culture taken on my knee to be sure there is no infection going on before a skin graft is done. I have called several times, but my calls are never returned. Getting to be very frustrating. Would at least like to know the results of the culture. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

I travel to Dr Perry Johnson all the way from Colorado. Once for a mommy makeover with a breast lift and just recently for full body Lipo. Both surgeries were awesome!!! Great and very accomdating staff. They always called me back in a timely fashion and ensures my trip to Omaha isn't a waste of my time and money to see Dr Johnson!

Tried to get in to have them look at a mole I wanted removed. The lady on the phone made it seem like the didn't really want to do that and they book way out. 'At least' 4-6 weeks for consultant and after that several months to have it done. If you don't want to do it, just say you don't want to do it. This just made you and your office look really bad an unfriendly toward customers.

Dr Perry Johnson did surgery on my nose after having some skin cancer removed a few years back. He spoke very few words prior to, during and after the surgery. Its a horrible job and my mirror reminds me of it every single day. My dermatologist even made the comment he wished hed done it himself. I am now thinking I want to have someone repair the damage he did. Do not recommend.

Love this place! All the staff is wonderful, so many great things I can say about this place. I've seen Dr. Hollins for scar revision surgery and was extremely happy. Also, I had Dr. Johnson for a mole removal and you would have never know it was there. Jenny who does facials is wonderful, she takes the time with you and educates you on skin products to use. I would recommend the Medspa to anyone.

I went to several spas, including medspa before and I think this is the best of all. The staff is very helpful with questions about different services, accommodating the request and with scheduling. Great experience with all the staff I went to. Highly recommended.
