I'm not sure if this office only wants to deal with plastic surgery exclusively? What I know is I went in for an infected cyst. I wanted it removed. They flat out told me my insurance will deny it and I had to pay out of pocket. They didn't even try to assist me with my insurance or try to submit a claim. They wouldn't even remove the infected part. I went to another place for a second opinion and they immediately sent it to my insurance who approved the procedure immediately. This office treated me like I wasn't worth the time. I will NEVER recommend this clinic or go back. Ever.**Reply to Owner**That is simply not true and Dr. Booth told me plain as day it was infected and needed to be removed and that I would have to pay cash because insurance would not cover it! I do not appreciate your misrepresentation of the facts. Your office wanted cash payment up front.

Dr. Shah and his whole team at Signature Plastic Surgery were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel welcomed, relaxed and reassured especially after telling them I suffer anxiety. They allowed me to take up A LOT of their time with questions and told me I was welcome back as many times until I was ready. Dr. shah helped me select my size by making sure I was fully informed of everything first. When I was finally ready to book, I made a last minute change which Dr. Shah was ok with and they helped me speedily through the process. When we were in the surgery room I experience a mini panic attack after feeling the anesthetic which Dr. Shah helped me through by staying by my side and keeping me calm. Its only been 4 days but Im thoroughly happy with how they look! They were more painful then I could have ever imagined, the meds didnt help too much. But over all I would recommend them to anyone! Especially if your like me and like the communication as Dr. Shah is ALWAYS available for his patients and ensures to call the night before surgery just in case if any worries x

This is based on the current aesthetician services. The normal girl is on maternity leave. I gave it a try, how I wish I hadnt. It was not relaxing. The lady who did the facial was doing my facial and a cool sculpting treatment at the same time . She Kept leaving the room to go check on her other patient. The timer kept going off in our room. It felt like a medical procedure not pampering. Ill wait for Makaila to come back. No one asked me, how was it? so I didnt get a chance to tell anyone. I gave them four stars because normally office is awesome. Love the doctor, hes great.

Where do I start. Dr. Shah and his staff are amazing from the front desk ladies to the nurses and then there is Carol . They are all amazing. I went in for a consult after not being very happy at all with 2 other consults with 2 different surgeons. Dr. Shah and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He listens and explains everything to you. I went in 2 different times because I had so many questions and wanted a mommy makeover and that has alot included. It's a tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lipo. Poor Dr. Shah sat through my list of questions lol. I am soooo absolutely in love with my results. He is an amazing surgeon. I feel like the MD takes his time to listen to your concerns and is very competent. I get Botox and I like that its less wrinkles but my face isnt weirdly frozen or anything. Prices are not groupon cheap however you get an actual physician who opens the new vials in front of you so I feel its well worth the costs. The support staff are also very friendly and professional.

Im very pleased with the results from my sculptra treatment.I had a total of 4 vials and saw a difference from the beggining. With sculptra you will see more improvement as time goes by.4 months later and my skin looks fuller and younger and the results are long lasting.I would definitely recommend this treatment!

Once called back I found Dr. Shah to be very attentive, he answered all my questions directly and didn't line his answers with a lot of fluff. I like that! I love the results of the XEOMIN treatment I had. It's been 2 full days and I can see a substantial difference (a softer look now). I love the Signature Institute. I will definitely be going back.

I got an appointment the same week I called. This was my first time trying Botox. It did not hurt and the doctor did it himself. He was cheerful and friendly and explained all about trying Botox and what I could expect. Some of the injection spots actually felt good (!) because the needle was in such a tight muscle knot in the forehead and it felt pleasant as if it were immediately loosening the knot (like that nice acupuncture feeling). Procedure was over in less than a few minutes and there was no anxiety or drawn out anticipation or uncomfortable feeling. The whole experience was actually quite pleasant. ***UPDATE* The Botox took effect in two weeks exactly as he predicted. I had a life-long very deep frown line since early childhood that I did not expect to get rid of with just Botox and was prepared to seek a filler for that as he suggested given the very deep crease I had. All around my eyes, eyebrows and forehead had been totally smoothed out with just the initial Botox! I returned after two weeks looking for a possible Botox touch up (?) and fillers for that remaining crease. Dr. Shah said he didnt want to freeze my entire forehead any further with more Botox, he is a very honest doctor. He said to just try the filler this time for that remaining crease. I asked for my tear troughs/under eye hollows filled, and again he was very honest saying what would work and what could be done. He doesnt rush you at all and lets you look in the mirror a lot in between shots. There is no anxiety or fear - no extra anticipation- just a smooth process with no fear/awkward build up. He makes the shots go quickly and smoothly and hes very gentle. Then I got lip injections as well. Lip injections really do sting quite a bit more than other parts of the face. Its literally over in a few seconds though. I asked for a tiny amount and not too much in the lips to avoid the fish face and I am very pleased with the initial results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shah because he does the injections himself, tells you what to expect and what will work, what can be fixed with which tools, and he is very gentle and caring and his staff is totally friendly and understanding and interested in the patients. I do recommend clearing the rest of your schedule for the day after the lip injections due to swelling and pain so you can ice them. My lips were pretty sore all day but it will be so worth it to have full lips again. The staff is so friendly and nice it makes a great experience l will be back for sure for many more things in the future.

Dr. Shah has the best bedside manners. He performed breast implant removal with a total capsulectomy. I ended up with a fever during the middle of the night and called Dr. Shah. He answered his phone and instructed me on what to do and what else to look for. He personally followed up with me the next day to find out how I was (What Dr. actually does that).The office visits are quick and I have never waited in lobby very long. On certain days they have late hours which help with not being able to get in until 6pm. He is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and listens to what you want and expect. So glad I found him for such a procedure, as I was so scared.

Left my friend's face Messed UP BOTCHED and for 1 year gave her free services to fix it so she would SHUT UP after left her hanging and looks HORRIBLE she's a Model and gotta pack her face with heavy makep now. The staff FAKED best friend nice to her it's all lies. There fake you'll be royalty until there done. They run groupons constant for a reason. They lurk you in for good reviews n business and cut you loose to misery after botched. I told her call a lawyer anyway! REAL REVIEW HERE. NOT FAKE! PAID! OR IN THE WE LURK YOU IN PHASE! I've had Dr Shah do Juvaderm injections on my lips and nasolabial folds. I naturally have a thin upper lip. I didn't want lips that were so exaggerated that people could tell I've had fillers done and I didn't want something that didn't look natural. Dr Shah does exactly what I asked for; a natural, beautiful look. After I get my fillers people can tell that something is different but it's so natural that they always say my skin looks so nice or ask if I've done something different with my make-up. Dr Shah does a great job.
